Regency Time Period RPG

Is this based off of novels? I saw CJF say something about baseing this off of a novel, if it is, would I be able to join even though I haven't read the novel?

I think so long as you have the gist of the time period we're basing it on, and can understand a bit about the culture of the time, then you're fine to join. But i'll let CJF answer that.

Hey all. Sorry I haven't been on. It's been a pretty hectic week. Job interviews and such. But, anyways, to answer your question Big Al, yes, you can join even though you haven't read the novels. I don't think we're going to be following any of her novels exsactly as they happen, so there's no need to worry. Thanks for joining!

I haven't read ANY of the novels, though I love some of the movies....

Yeah, me neither. But I do adore the movies!

Oh, the novels are so much better than the movies! The new Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightley is NOTHING like the novel. Keira Knightley is a terrible Elizabeth Bennet.

The Sense and Sensibility movie with Emma Thompson is really good. They did a great adaptation of that novel. The novel, though, is my favorite book of all time. It is just amazing.

Emma with Gwynneth Paltrow is pretty good, but there's alot left out of it that was in the novel. The novel is awesome. I laughed so hard I cried.

I've had a huge thing at work come up. I may have to cancel this RPG, or leave it to all of you to start, cause I may not be on much.
