Refuting Sola Scriptura - Why the Bible Alone is Not Sufficient

When I attended a Catholic service, I observed the Bible being held in great reverence and being kissed as mark of worship. This is something different from Protestant's treatment of the book.

That's interesting, considering that we were discussing the alleged worshipping of the Bible by some Protestants. One would think that if they actually did worship it, they wouldn't be thought slipshod when it comes to respecting it!

And, on the other side of that coin, what is more important--to hold it up, kiss the pages, and then consider the contents inadequate to guide mankind...or to really trust it and agree with what it says of itself, i.e. that it is of highest worth, like gold. ????? I'd say it's the latter.

Okay, well educate yourself first with the origin of your Bible. Because I am using evidence to support my arguments, and if you don't even know how your bible originated, you will not understand.

Not only the 66 books has been scientifically proven while the 7 books don't have the same pattern, this proves, with calculators, that added traditions of the canon got blown out of the water sky high still going upwards, instantly and accurately. While Catholics deny due to the papal systems propagandas, those that want to take a calculator and go to post #361, they can see the truths physicaly exposed right before their very own physical eyes. Simplicity and truths refutes the extra man made books and false traditions. The Protestants are ahead of their time.

So the idea is that you analyze each book using a particular theomatic algorithm and if the analysis yields a "true" value, then the book belongs, but if the analysis yields a "false" value it does not?

Yes, we also stand when the Gospel is being read as a sign of reverence for Christ's teachings in His ministry.

It is being done in our non-denominational church too. Of course, we remain seated when all other books are read.

The elects thanks God. Where there are 3, Christ is among them. RCC is just another denomination. The universal Catholic church is founded by Christ, not RCC. RCC later scattered with greed. Protestants worships in the universal Catholic church and use 66 book as thier source of authority, not the papal system. RCC is a papal system, not the universal Catholic church. RCC don't need to answer God cause God will pass over them as they are invisible.

We praise for God's wisdom in choosing the elects so it don't matter if we hate or love them cause God knows what He is doing. He knows how to operate the Protestants, His people. RCC operates on thier own in thier own denomination and gets to choose what feels good to them.
