Red Vs Blue

I am assuming that some of you are fanatics over RVB while others look around confused. RVB is a spin-off, not affiliated with MS, of Halo, where some red and blue teams try to kill eachother and get the other's flag. There is more speaking and laughs than actual violence and it has become a very big thing. I would like to hear some opinions about this, perhaps fav characters or episodes.

I ADORE that series! It started out with enough swearing that I can't spread around the first season DVD to TOO many of my (sometimes ultra) conservative friends. They've REALLY toned it down though. I proudly flaunt the 'light red' donut shirt when I'm feeling particularly ****ed or something. It always cheers me up!

as for my favorite character, it would have to be Dufrane/O'Malley

W00t....I guess I am not the only RVB g33k in here...yay!

Anyway, yeah I have dial up too...but what I found to help that is 1) having a relationship with someone with DSL or 2) being a sponsor and then you get season 1 and season 2 sent to your house.

I love O Malley but I ordered, or rather my bf ordered, the Cabooose -1 tee off their tore.

Have you guys heard about the RVB store that accepts paypal? It was their orginal and is kewl...

I love this show!!! Its so frickin funny! I really didn't start getting into it up until episode 5 or 6 of season 1! Caboose is my all time favorite with Church coming in to a very close second! These two together just crack me up And Sarge... man he has some great moments too!

I absolutely LOVED the last episode of the second season!!

Sarge: Griff, if we're gonna die... I'm glad we get these last few moments to make amends. My only hope is that I die before you -- that I don't live through the horror of losing a man on the battle field!

Griff: Yeah... I hope you die first too Sarge.

That was classic! My other favorite episode is when Church comes back as a ghost and the interaction he has with Tucker and Caboose!

This series is hilarious, what I've seen of it. The only thing I REALLY didn't like was the amount and frequency of cussing. It was just bad.

Yeah, they did cuss a lot in season one. But I've noticed they don't do it as much in season two!

On the Season 1 director's commentary (on the DVD) they mentioned that they made a specific effort to cut the swearing in their episodes. It's actually obvious toward the end of season one. If that's your objection (to anybody else out there), you can safely go back and watch the season two shows without being offended!
