That's just it, I don't want anyone to go. But, I don't want any of us to feel as though we're being picked on. Including you or anyone else. Do you understand? You didn't like feeling picked at over your every post by someone else so please don't make another feel like that. We can surely learn together to be gentle and loving toward each other and get along. Don't you think?

Getting someone to admit that someone they know needs their help is not picking on them. And it wasn't my posts that she was reacting badly to. She can dish it, but she doesn't want it served to her.

I only come here to twiddle away a little time once in a while, but she lives here pretty much fulltime and since she has expressed many times that she is unhappy that I post here, I'll just move out of the neighborhood so she can feel comfortable again. It's not worth fighting over, or PMing a third person to complain about. It does seem funny to me that she keeps PMing you to complain, but not once has she PMed me to discuss it like an adult.

But whatever. I don't feel like playing childish games.

I hope they aren't just targetted at me.

I hope the person who seems to follow me around the forums to make nasty comments on practically everything I post will read them, too.

And my previous comments about how we all could do something, even if it is just one hour a month were meant for all of us, even me, and were not "picking" on the person who thinks she was being picked on. They were not directed to just one person.

If anyone finds it offensive that someone might suggest turning off the computer for one hour a month and doing something godly, then I don't know what to say except, "I'm sorry I offended you."

Red, I'm sorry, but this kind of stuff is what put me off this forum before. It was a mistake for me to come back. Now I'm going to have to feel like everything I say is "picking on" her, even stuff that isn't addressed to her or intended for her and stuff that is meant to encourage, not demoralize. It's better for me to go away again.

Thanks for inviting me back, but it just ain't gonna work.

It will if you 3 stop acting like children and try. This a Christ loving forum. Not a territory of alpha dogs. Nobody is here to be in control. The whole point is to be able to discuss and enjoy each other and learn. I understand what your posts say and what you're getting at. Some don't understand you and you don't understand others. What I want is for us to be free to talk and try to get to a place where we understand and can get along. Is that so much to ask? I enjoy each of you. But I think this indifference with the 3 of you is a bit foolish and I feel it's getting in the way of Jesus and love and learning. If we run everyone off with our childish disagreements...there will be no one here for us to fellowship with at all. I don't want that. I doubt Menno or anyone else wants that. I think as peace lovers there should be just a little more effort here. All I ask is that you 3 put down your battle weapons and relax and give it a try for crying out loud. I love all of you and I want you here and I want you to love one another. It's not impossible unless you make it so.

If a person can't spur people on to do good deeds without one person thinking it's an attack on them personally, I guess the only think left to discuss is...well, I don't know what there is left to discuss.

I assure you, I have no agenda and I'm not making any attacks. This is sickening to me. It's sickening.

It's also sickening that people are all, "ooo this is secret so I've got to PM my gossipy complaints to someone sympathetic instead of PMing the person I have a problem with directly. That IS childish.

And if that person is revealing the contents of PMs that I have made to them to someone without my permission, that is a serious infraction of the rules.

But that's all beside the point that this forum has very quickly degenerated into a very childish place to be. If I am the cause of that, I apologize and bow myself out.

That's just it WalkIn. I'm not saying it's all one persons fault or even anyone's fault. What I'm saying is there seems to be too much misunderstanding. I think it needs to be worked out. Instead of leaving the place with just one more empty forum. The blame has to stop. I personally don't care who has done what. I don't know if there is some way we can help each other to understand one another and get along or what. Pointing fingers isn't going to get anyone anywhere. Any ideas on how we can make this work or would you rather I just give up and walk away too so there's like what 4 of you left here?

The only way I know to keep the peace with some people is to maintain silence, since that seems to be the only way to keep from disagreeing with them.

If I go away, those other people come back, right?

If the goal is to keep the forum populated, and the only way to keep it populated is that I remain silent, then I think the only rational answer is that I go away, don't you?

I'm not wanting to make you go away. You seem to be the person everyone goes to with complaints against me, so it would be appropriate for you to contact those people and tell them I am gone and they are safe from anything I have to say.

Instead of worrying about who's doing what or pointing fingers or leaving or shying away, as adults, why can't you guys try to talk things out or maybe take a little bit more care in how things are worded? None of us are perfect. I'm not an anabaptist. I probably don't even belong here. The point is this is where I want to fellowship because I like it here but, now that everyone is running everyone off I'm left with Menno and P_G. I guess I can choose to stay and just fellowship with those two and forget about the rest of you? Or I can pick up my toys and storm off in a huff, too?
I wouldn't normally be so bold but, I like it here and this is irritating to me. I simply can't understand why 3 adults can't get along and talk.
