Everyone, when I was in Fort Worth last weekend, seeing family, I had two really demonic dreams--I don't know if it was because of the motel room I was sleeping in, or if it was because of demonic over my famly--I have a mentally ill mom, and my brother has been out of a job and drinking, sleeping in the day, etc. It is a pain and very creepy for me to visit family back home. I hate it. I dreamed of a figure with it's face hidden, coming in a doorway--it was so realistic and horrible and I was glad to wake up from it. But good came out in that I was able to witness to my brother(he grew up with his dad out in California, so we didn't grow up together). He told me of seeing wispy figures hovering over his bed when 5 yrs old. and...when he was livng with a foster family(who were church of christ) he was baptized...but he doesn't understand about being born again...and there is some incorrect doctrine in the church of christ when it comes to salvation, Baptism, etc. So...I know I planted a seed, but pray for him. He dealt with creepy churchianity stuff, but I tried to tell him it isn't about that.

I would agree there.

Well, I see it this way..when our first ancestors Adam and Eve, sinned, they gave title to the earth over to satan, which means satan runs things--the world system, and will be that unfortunately, until when Jesus returns. That means, there will be tares in power in religious powerful places as well as political. satan literally controls our political systems as well as the media, Hollywood, NASA etc. We, who belong to the Lord, and if we are really walking in His Ways, will find ourselves on the fringes of society--because 'the powers that be', those who follow satan--won't let us be 'successful' etc. Those who do...unfortunately, have 'sold out' compromised, etc. I want to say more on this, but this would not be the place to say those things--it may creep some out-

Don't forget that satan can do nothing that is not in God's Will.
satan may "run" things, but we serve the One who truly runs them.

Right now, entirely too much cleaning and laundry. But truthfully, it's lovely to know how blessed I am to have a home to clean and clothes to wash.

It's really hard to articulate it exactly. Maybe sentimental reasons? I searched out for a forum for more fellowship and was enticed by the name. Enticed probably is not a good word, but "christian" being in it certainly piqued interest.

Fellowship in love then, not fellowship at any cost of thy saying what someone else wants you to say?

Maybe it's because with "christian" in it, the site was not showing embarrassment or hiding it's principals founded on faith and Christianity?

The principle of Jesus and St Paul is stated in scripture and how could that be upheld in any creedal church anywhere?

2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Would that single verse bring taers to a billion 'modern' sinner-christians [oxymorons] eyes if they could but see what it says , plainly ?

Maybe because I've grown more, which I definitely attribute to some members here?

Does one grow by means of people or by every word of God ?

I can understand your feelings towards modern christianity. If it's the same that I'm thinking. How would you define "modern"?

certainly anything beyond the destruction of the seven churches of God is modern, anything derived from any root of Rome .... but there are other corruptions , and what of teh great rift even incorrupted 'christianity' ... each side caliming the other is heretic, but never guessing that both are ...

But, just like in church, I have found many members here who have God's love that oozes and seeps uncontrollably from their pores.

Read Matt 7 notably the bit about good works and what use they are , but note that none of the congregation do not have good works either ?

It is their deep faith, trust and love for and towards others that I strive for.

Today I am feeling better, as I rested last night and went to sleep early and slept deeply--but I still decided to keep my pajamas on just to remind myself to be mindful of recuperating. (Btw--do you love my jammies??)

This morning I awoke to rain, here in the lovely tropics of the U.S.--so I share with you this poem. It is not summer here, the air has turned to cool crispness, and yet the sentiment is well said:


Summer Rain

Father Sky is gray
As the new light appears
And the laughter of the birds is still
the clouds shed their tears
and the land drinks of this heavenly dew
puddles replace the dust
irresistible temptations for little feet
Turning my face to the sky
and feeling the gentleness of the mist
washing away my cares
filling my heart with happiness
Lifting my spirits
like the quenching of the crops
Raising my arms
I turn to the four winds
and give thanks for this

Sweet one, that was no demon, it was me ... and I am sorry my face was covered, it was not meant to scare thee ,but to hide me atime from thine eyes and those of many here [though it did scare thee and for that necesity I beg thy forgiveness ]

I stumbled through that doorway unawares and have been seeking to find you these past days here , for you to show me this your sign from the Great Spirit ... you are truly blessed , yet in your innocence do not even know it fully yet, not the half of it... and that is what drew you here too...

Sorry, this must be most confusing to you , and the best way to resolve your fears is for you to talk with '4Everloved' if you will ? She will explain your dream better than you would take it from me at this time ... will you have a chat with her about the vision , for she had one much the same, a sign from God, not demons that did taunt you all your life and she is drawn here too ? Speak with her please and she will embrace you and explain and end your pain of hear of so many years, for thou be-est truly home at last here , amongst the warmest friends ... awake and be thou beloved amongst those well beloved of Wakan takan, greta Spirit, One God to all men... albeit some did change His holy name to their great loss in woe atime...

Ask her too for anything you need .....if you will sweet one a hug for those who love thee well and wilt know thee better ... thy purity of thouht is very special here and timely , and you did it all alone , as ye know, but of Him not thy self ....
