Oh, okay. Yeah, that makes sense. And yes caffeine can definitely affect moods. I used to be very sensitive to it, but it doesn't seem to bother me now unless i over do it.
At one time, one of my daughters was diagnosed as bipolar, but now they think that was not the issue.
How are you doing? Are you taking any medication for this?

Yes, I do take an anti-depressant and St. John's Wart. I've also modified my diet substantially to help control my blood sugar level and my moods. I rely so much upon God and my husband to help me when I need it the most. My doctor recommended I also see a Christian phychatrist for my bipolar, but I haven't done so yet. I'm still praying for God to provide this for me.

ROFL!

Okay, that one is more for me. I am NOT a morning person. Did I mention that I'm not a morning person because I'm not! ^_^

Dear little Red Fox, what type of bipolar do you have? I'm not an professional or anything but I know there's bipolar I which is mania with some depression, bipolar II which is some mania and major depression, and cyclothymia which is mild manias and depressions that's low grade cycling of moods but it does disrupt functioning. Then there's also stuff like rapid cycling and mixed cycles to describe it too. My ex was rapid cycling and OY VEY--some days he would go through cycles in one day! :swoon:My son is also bipolar and it took me forever to see it because he goes through about 3 months of doing better and then about 3 months of doing lousy--well DUR! He's got 3 month cycles! When he's "doing better" he's manic, happy, great to be with, and works hard to get his life straightened out. When he's doing lousy he's depressed, doesn't care about his health or work, and his life starts to go downhill.

Anyway, I'm just caring about ya! You don't have to answer if you don't want to or you don't know yet.
