Recruiting for an agency as a millenial

I'm a millennial and simply put, although I've been taught while growing my agency to utilize my warm markets, I do see the beauty of warming up markets in social media.

Should this be a tool, or is it an avenue not worth exploring?

I notice many put ads in facebook. I've also heard from others who use facebook to market their services. I don't know how good it is though.

What set of talents are you looking for if you don't mind answering.

As much as I dislike social media models like FB and Twit and internet advertising, apparently it is how things are done these days.

Basically person who is willing, ready, and coachable. Doesn’t matter who they are, or where they are located.
