The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.
They say i will not get any better. l just need some advice on how to deal with this.

Welcome to the site... I was going to post some suggested areas for you to find support and advice, however that has already been taken care of.
It sounds like your life is challenging and changing a lot recently. You may want to post in the Women's Discussion for fellowship and support as you face these health concerns, or in the Healing Minstry or Prayer Ministry for prayers. And if there's a specific forum under Physical Health for your malady, you may want to post in there. Lots of people are here to help support you through your difficulties.

Really not sure what to do i have had 5 surgeries since june and just found out i am gonna need alot more.
