bad nights sleep last night.

Everything came to the surface again. Satan picks his moments doesn't he.

SO fed up of fighting just want the pain to go I know it will take time but I can no longer fight. I have tried.

Tell your spirit man to stand up and fight for you. Put on some praise music and let it play continuously, even while you sleep. You can turn it down so low that you can barely hear it in the natural, but it will feed that spirit man and build his strength. Everything satan is doing to you is illegal and your spirit man knows that, even if your natural man doubts it.

I'd have to agree. I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and so I turn on the radio and put it on volume 2 so that no one else in the house can hear it. It helps me. I'm praying for you Sister Jenna. I know you can do this with the Lord's help.

Holy Spirit, please come down upon Sister Jenna now and give her the strength to deny Satan and say yes to the Lord. Please, give her not only the strength, but the faith. You gave me that faith over a month and a half ago, why not to Jenna? Jenna needs it more than even I do. Give her the faith and strength to do the Lord's will and to say no to Satan.

celina happy birthday for this week and I am suffering very much. The counsellor does not want me to be at home as I am feeling on edge and satan is destroying my life I feel like he is winning.

Thank you I am seeing church counsellor tomorrow again but on wednesday I have to see my work regarding my health issues as they want to see my medical notes as to what is going on. Also I am seeing the doctor

I had someone coming to my appointment with me tomorrow and now they can no longer come with me. I do not know what to do.

I am sure to come out of the meeting very tearful

Lord, we lift up sisterJenna. We pray for her appointment tomorrow, that it might go well. We ask that You might provide someone to go with her, or that You would give her complete assurance that YOU are with her and she can lean on You. Grant Jenna comfort afterwards, through CF and through other friends. In Your mercy, Lord. AMEN.

One of the most harmful weapons the devil has is to convince us that we have NO options. He makes us think there is only one course of action to take. This is A LIE. And it is a pretty big lie!!

The LORD of the universe has given us the freedom to choose among many options. Every day we have so many possibilities of what to do, what to pay attention to, who to spend time with, how to distract ourselves, what room to sit in, what music to listen to, where to go for a walk, even what beverage to drink! Part of the wonder in life is brainstorming all those options!

I pray that today the LORD would grant you hope and bring to your mind all the possibilities He has in store for you, from the small to the large.

I also had a very very scary dream that i committed suicide and i did die. It woke me up crying and so so scared.

I really am frightened I think I will need 24/7 care as I feel a bit fragile right now.

sisterJenna- I have faith in you. I know you can do this. Satan may pull you down, but you are turning to the Lord. It's a slow process I know. I was too young to know what was going on but my brother was once depressed like you. I'm not sure to what extent but i do know he had to get help. Why don't I know? Because I really have never wanted to know. It's a scary thought to me. He's so happy now. I know he struggles some, we all do, but I don't really want to know what went on when he was my age. Anyway, i'm not sure how that would help or anything, I just felt the urge to way it. I know you can do this though. The Lord God is with you.

Lord God, please, be with Jenna now. She needs you. Holy Spirit, come down upon Jenna with the courage to live and the Faith. You came down upon me when I asked, why not now with Jenna? She needs you more than anything. Holy Spirit, please come down upon Jenna. She needs you now. Now more than anything. She depends on you. Give her the strength to say no to Satan and Yes to you. She needs you. Amen.
