That was not the question you asked though was it? The question you posed was between random and a designer. There are more then just those two options. It is entirely possible to have a non random universe without a designer.

Maybe our universe didn't need planning from any type of super natural entity.
Maybe our universe was developed by alien forces from another universe, that got bored with their own. Maybe it was a super natural entity, or maybe it wasn't.
I know it is comfy cozy for you to personally claim "God did it" and you are certainly entitled to believe as you will.

In short there his much greater probability for boltzman brain than big bang , if you believe in big bang you must believe in boltzman brains . According to that you are just mess of atoms who randomly formed into some kind of brain in some space and you become concious 1s ago with memory of your whole life and you will die 1s later and you really don't exist but just happend for atoms to line up so they make you think you do .

Funnily enough I was only just wondering about a no hassle way of doing that.I've found this solution works for me:
Install the Opera browser and enable the free VPN (Menu->Settings->Privacy & Security). This allows you to select from several countries (or Europe, Americas, & Asia - it varies) as the virtual location. Then you can browse to the relevant link as if from that location.
