I'm on a dating site. Maybe I'm lame, oh well.

Anyhow, I asked this guy that emailed me what denomination he is and he told me that he's a seeker. WHAT? Is he for real? What is a seeker exactly? Erm, should I be scared?

Okay, on a serious note... I've never heard of anyone being a seeker. This concerns me a little. If anyone has any information on this, please reply.

A seeker is someone who is not a Christian yet but is investigating Christianity. You may want to ask him about what it means to him, about where he is in his faith journey. It could be one heck of an opportunity to witness to him (just don't date him at the same time).

I think I will take this opportunity to witness to him. He's into a lot of "alternative" healing and such. I mean, I am too, but my Healer's name is Jesus.

I also firmly believe that the Harry Potter books are for kids I was shocked that my 29 year old cousin was reading them... must just be me...

and even without reading any of her books ( ) I know that J.K. Rowling will NEVER be as good as Enid Blyton!

Anywhoo...yeah, a seeker is someone who just hasn't found it yet in my opinion. There's an interest in Christianity but a fear of commitment so to speak.

For the record, if anyone is keeping one, I sorta like the Harry Potter books. Don't care much for the movies, though. I know, I know.
