"... enrages MAGA crowd.". Gosh. How rare and unusual. The perpetually outaged being upset over something not real.

The title insinuates that Epps was the leader of the Oath Keepers. Elmer Stewart Rhodes III was the leader of the Oath Keepers on Jan 6th. Epps was never the leader. The title is misleading. Is a charter leader a leader?
The authorities did it just to own the red hats. LOL spite is so fun.... what was it that people were supposed to do with their feelings again?NewsWeek
Ray Epps' Jan. 6 Sentence Enrages MAGA
Jan 09, 2024
Ray Epps was sentenced on Tuesday to one year of probation for his role in the January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol in 2021, prompting widespread criticism on social media from conservatives and supporters of the MAGA movement.
Donald Trump Jr. wrote: "Ray Epps gets probation, a $500 fine and is able to phone into his sentencing?!? Are you fricken kidding me? Yea guys, he totally wasn't put there to incite things by the feds. Our country is screwed... the traitors in charge aren't even pretending anymore."
"BREAKING: Ray Epps sentenced to 1 year probation, $500 fine after telling J6ers 'we need to go into the Capitol' Why did Epps text his nephew 'I orchestrated it'? Why was Epps on the FBI's most wanted list and then suddenly removed? Why did the New York Times write a puff piece on Epps? Why is Epps receiving such a kid gloves treatment?" conservative commentator and founder of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Kentucky Republican Representative Thomas Massie also responded to the sentencing and said, "Ray Epps, the man who directed people to go into the Capitol and privately claimed credit for orchestrating the Capitol breach, gets one year probation. Nothing to see here!"

??? really????This is very odd. Why are Republicans and conservatives frustrated at this. This makes no sense at all. I thought conservatives and Republicans were more for letting many of the J6ers off the hook? There have been folks who have received ridiculously harsh sentences. Whereas this guy gets a very light sentence. Which in my mind is what most of the people should be getting. I don't know, maybe they are and it's just not publicized.
My eyes witnessed Ray Epps and his actions surrounding Jan 6th, no conspiracy whatsoever??? really????
I assume you don't know there is a conspiracy theory claiming that Ray Epps is an FBI agent that works for the deep state and encouraged people to be violent on Jan 6th to discredit Trump supporters
I agree. Ray Epps was not conspiring with anyone. My eyes witnessed Ray Epps and his actions surrounding Jan 6th, no conspiracy whatsoever
Because they knew who he was and had already interviewed. There was no need for the public to continue to send in "tips" about who he was. (And it wasn't a "most wanted list" it was a list of unidentified suspects who engaged in violence. Epps was neither unidentified nor violent. There was no need for him to be on the list. Others would be removed later after ID.)He's was on the FBI's most wanted list then removed,
As I've pointed out repeatedly, to charge on incitement the prosecutors need demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that his words induced anyone to act. Given that he was treated with suspicion as "a Fed" on those same videos from Jan 5th it would be very difficult to prove his actions that night actually incited anyone to attack the Capitol.he was caught on video inciting people to take and enter the capitol Jan 5th, \
No he wasn't.he was on an erected platform with a bull horn inciting and instructing people to enter and take the capitol on Jan 6th
All very normal for misdemeanor defendants in Jan 6th cases.Ray Epps then gets a probation sentence and gets to have his hearing and sentencing via skype conference call to the courtroom
Epps and the DOJ denied this on the record (and subject to perjury charges) in his case and the DOJ has denied it when it came up in multiple other cases. A lot of people have put themselves subject to perjury (and disbarment) if it is a lie.Ray Epps was 100% on the FBI payroll, a FBI planted asset
And I'm sure you have evidence of that in the form of some video? The armed police did escourt Chansley through the building, all the way to the Senate chambers, and they hung out for the prayer meeting
All we have is the justice system and like tens of thousands of hours of security and cell phone footage. Nothing says conspiracy like video tape evidence. It's my opinion you are drinking the kool-aid, following and promoting false narratives blindly
Came back for another round I see...

And why do you say Trump was NOT inciting a riot? He's was on the FBI's most wanted list then removed, he was caught on video inciting people to take and enter the capitol Jan 5th, he was on an erected platform with a bull horn inciting and instructing people to enter and take the capitol on Jan 6th

Ummm.... Because Trump didn't tell people to do that? I believe the words were lets walk peaceably and have our voices heard. And why do you say Trump was NOT inciting a riot?
Funny how you concentrate on that one quote, and miss several others:Ummm.... Because Trump didn't tell people to do that? I believe the words were lets walk peaceably and have our voices heard.
I don't think he told anyone to enter the capital or take the capital.
Ray Epps also used the words "peacefully" but there is a common belief Ray Epps incited violence and Ray Epps did notUmmm.... Because Trump didn't tell people to do that? I believe the words were lets walk peaceably and have our voices heard.
