Well, it was interesting working for WWE last night. Brought back some good memories and makes me actually want to watch it again.
All I can say is... wow... DX is back... *big grin*
Here's a little funny story: Last night, we were told we were needed on stage for some task or another 30 min before the show started. So we are running around looking for whatever person who needed us and can't find anyone. Well right behind the titan tron is a room we built where the wrestlers wait for a few minutes before they have to run out to the ring. So we run up the steps to get to the stage to see what was needed. As soon as I ran into the room, I halted in my tracks. Low and behold, talking on the phone is the man himself, Vince McMahon.
Now, I've been around enough celebrities to understand that they are pretty much normal people. In fact, I found Kane to be a pretty cool person, I also, however, don't like being yelled at for invading the bosses personal phone conversations. So I pretty much ran through the room, saw no one on stage, and ran back through again and down the steps and to another area. We passed him again on the way backstage after finding no one and he was still talking on the phone paying attention to pretty much nothing else. My guess is that he is use to people running around even while condusting whatever business he was doing on the phone.
Kane also took a pretty nasty fall last night. When he fell off stage, he was suppose to fall through that "table" we had built. However, when he fell off stage, the table ended up being a lot stronger than they anticipated and didn't give. It had to be like falling on concrete... only with splinters. ;\
