I'm really keen to overhaul my eating habits by eating more vegetarian food, but i'm particularly keen on eating more raw food.
Does anyone here eat mainly raw food and have any hints or tips on how to begin? Also can anyone recommend good books on raw food eating?
I've got as far as buying a liquidiser to make fruit & yoghurt smoothies, but not sure what to get next.
