Raw Almonds

I was advised to try raw almonds for morning sickness. It just so happens that I had some in the house so I tried it. Ladies, it really really does help. No, it's not a cure but it does help!!

I don't know if other almonds work the same. I only buy raw and raw was specified but it may be others work too.

Just be careful that you're eating sweet almonds, and not Bitter almonds, sweet almonds are fine, but bitter almonds can contain prussic acid, (The chemical that's refined to form cyanide)
