It's like they started it in the middle of the song, or something. I kept thinking the recording had to have started before the music sample presented did. Individual aspects of it were all right- but together they did not work or appeal to me. It actually gave me a bit of a headache- it was only on the last chord before the end, when they cut out some of the excess noise, that it got better. Sorry- didn't mean to offend your taste in music, there. 2/10

6/10 It was somewhat cool, the guy's voice was cool, and I liked some of the backing instrument arrangements. But, it also seemed empty to me. I like heavily layered songs though, so yeah... It's probably just a matter of taste that I'm having issues with, but it was decent.

9/10 - Few tracks are ever called 'dark and edgy' and actually deserve it, and here's one of them. They obviously aren't very well known, but they should be. This reminds me of Joy Division's stuff. (Although, frankly, you can't listen to a song with a Death of Marat album cover and expect anything other than what you get.)
