This is the latest Pixar film out in theaters and I have to say it is another home run from those geniuses. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The water... everything, exquisitely detailed and realistic! I also agree the plot and characters were very well done. Pixar outdid themselves on this shining gem. Hopefully it won't get passed up for other big releases.

This movie was amazing. The art was simply beautiful- very precise and clear, but not Toys R Us bright. The plot was great, the perfected the irony to a tee. There was romance- very subtle, very cute, quite convincing. And the ending is genius.

3D animation has come so far that with each new Pixar movie (and others) my jaw drops further.
This is a sweet and thoughtful film. There's not much there for the really young set (my 3 y.o. got pretty fidgitty by the end), but he did follow a lot of the story.
I appreciated the strong story element that it's wrong to steal, even to eat.

But, yea the movie was great! The only thing that got me, was the thousands of rats everywhere, lol. Other than that, great movie.
