Certainly, it would appear that some, but not all who profess faith, will be able to avoid the tribulation. Who are these people? What are their circumstances? Look, I've been a believer for only 2 years. Thats not very long. My life has turned around 180 degrees from what it had been. I understand that works don't equal salvation. However, I live quite well. I have a nice middle class home, fairly new Dodge truck, and I don't miss any meals. This is likely the case with you as well. I'm well aware of starvation, warfare,ignoreance,poverty. These things are not part of my life. I've worked hard to get what I have, and I feel like I've earned it. Yet on some level I'm aware that my attitude is a sign of indifference. It seems like those who are raptured, will be different, have a more charitable attitude, and willingly, give most of what they have to any in need. This behavior would make it impossible for their lives to look like mine. I believe we are saved. For now. If I get hit by a truck and die, I believe I'll get to heaven. But it seems likely that I will have to face a trial, by fire if something like this doesn't happen. The truth will come out at the moment of decision.

Nearly every teaching that I hear or read says the rapture will occour before the tribulation. I can't find any concrete scripture to back this claim. I can find scripture to the contrary. Revelation,6:9-11. Also revelation 7:9-14. Any thoughts?

Second 31/2 yrs. political Power...Man of Sin (Satan) DEMANDS Worship ..2 Thes 2.....Abomination of Desolation--Israel Flees to mountains...matt 24:15-16.......Satan Cast out of Heaven....Rev 12:9.....Battle of Armageddon....the blood will run Bridle deep to horse......

Then Millenium...Christ (Kingdom) Rev 20... Perfect Environment..1000 yrs.
No more wars...no more poor...
At the end of Millenium...Satan is released from H-ell for a short period (months?)...Battle of GOG & Magog

Eternity Begins.....New Heaven and New Earth ....Great White Throne Judgement..... And Eternal H-ell....

Believers in etenity with Christ for Forever......

So what you'r saying, is in essence. If it becomes unlawful to not have an i. d. chip placed in your hand or head, you will go ahead and get one. Since the real item won't be around until the second half of the tribulation. Most days, while watching the news, there is a story about identity theft. There was a story a while back, that the pentagon had several hundred employees, with false i.d. We can only be going one place with this. The fear factor, will make it seem reasonable. The chip will seem to solve all that. Don't forget, there is a lot of discussion about the order of events, up to and including, the second comming of Christ.
