Contrary to Jack Thompson's rants, video games don't train us to behave as the fictional characters. Gamers can see through the fiction to the underlying mechanics. I could create a game using the same patterns of
Custer's Revenge without including any sex at all.
I've also already explained that this sort of game isn't profitable and will cause losses for the company. The video-game industry is a self-censoring system that doesn't need government intervention. If a game is considered obscene, then retailers will refuse to carry it. If the retailers don't carry it, the chances of breaking-even are slim to none. The game has to be placed on the shelves to be taken off... Do you seriously think this game will ever be placed on shelves?
