CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No. They won't. First, this is an adult video game - children should not play it at all.

Contrary to Jack Thompson's rants, video games don't train us to behave as the fictional characters. Gamers can see through the fiction to the underlying mechanics. I could create a game using the same patterns of Custer's Revenge without including any sex at all.
I've also already explained that this sort of game isn't profitable and will cause losses for the company. The video-game industry is a self-censoring system that doesn't need government intervention. If a game is considered obscene, then retailers will refuse to carry it. If the retailers don't carry it, the chances of breaking-even are slim to none. The game has to be placed on the shelves to be taken off... Do you seriously think this game will ever be placed on shelves?

It is more of an issue of sexual repression. When sexuality is repressed it can come out in other ways. If sexuality isn't treated like something that's forbidden then people would have a healthy view towards sex.
I mean, look at our society in America. The reason sex seems to be everywhere nowadays is because "soft core" porn seems to have become more mainstream. At least that's how it seems to me.
Yeah I know. I thought it meant something like "rape play."

The game is a problem because it probably targets a specific group. Women. Although, I don't know if men are raped in this game as well. Now, if human history didn't consist of domination and violence torwards women; If society wasn't filled to the brim with sexist filth, than it probably wouldn't be much of an issue. There would be no need to be senstitive at all. Of course, all we have is reality.
Either way, I'm sure the video game that targets Christians upsets some Christians. And I don't doubt there will be a game that specifically sets out to slay white males at the hands of minorities. Maybe these groups will embrace these games.

I dont think you will ever have to worry about these games being in toyrus or walmart or best buy. However there are shelves you will find these games. Just your basic sex / porn shops.
I dont see you ever having to worry about kids getting the games and going out and raping someone.
I think at best people woudl get this game as a sort of role playing gratification.

Yep just yesterday I broke into a house broke all the pots and I was frustrated when I found no blue, green or red gems.
I then had to go to a hospital after suffering from a concussion by hitting my head into bricks. And once again no coins.
I also got arrested for sneaking up on police for doing a dragon upper cut to a sumo wrestler.
I ran away from them but they managed to find me despite me hiding in a cardboard box. I dont know how they knew i was there there was no search music and I saw no ! marks.
They also added to my rap sheet assault for stepping on my neighbors pet turtles and blow torching their fish. They even added drug possession due to my possession of mushrooms. They weren't magic I NEVER grew in size or became invincible as my concussion attests to.
