(Isa 60:21 KJV) Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
22 A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.

It is the Truth.Christ Jesusthat will set those prisoners free. The many in church have been in bondage to their captors.their powerful pastors of earthly understanding They have been in bondage to mans doctrines and commandmentsbondage to fear.

61:1 The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

There are those who mourn what they see happening in the churchesthe hatred, the strife and envythe divisions.

2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

The sprout of the Truth can grow up in our lives and make us trees of righteousness.

For he that is dead is freed from sin.

here I see this .. Jesus being buried with us as transgressors /sinners the POWER OF THE CROSS OF CHRIST JESUS IS the ressurection and the Life ... Hi Chickapee, thank you for your post.

Wanted to touch upon Pauls epistles a little bit.

Saul/Pauls life 2000 years ago mirrors the life of his writings in the church. Pauls lettershis written epistleshave been misused by many pastor and leaders in order to deceive the church..to persecute the body of Jesus. They have taken his writings and have wrested them..distorting the Truth that is in them. The Lord has given much wisdom and revelation in Pauls letters, yet religious man has taken them and have used them for their deceit.

(2 Pet 3:15 KJV) And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

Those that distort what Paul is really saying are those who are leading others astray.being led away with their errors..their misinterpretations of Pauls epistles. We are warned not to be led astray by their misinterpretation of Paul.

17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

Satan and his ministers had received authority to misuse his letters against the church. The double meaning is that Saul received letters 2000 years ago from the authorities to persecute the church and Satan and his ministers also received letters.Pauls epistlesto wrest and lead many in the church astray. This authority can only come from God. Satan and his ministers have put many in the church in a spiritual prison.

(Acts 22:5 KJV) As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished.

The devil has put many of the church into a spiritual prison via wresting of Pauls epistles in the mouths of ungodly pastors and church leaders. The church has been tried just like Jobjust like Peter.just like Jesusand yet Jesus is the only one without sin. The word some is not in the Greek.was inserted by the translators.

(Rev 2:10 KJV) Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

The unlearned and unstable pastors of the churches have taken Pauls writings and have misused them for their evil works..for their errors. They have done things that are contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth. There is a double fulfillment of all of this.

(Acts 26:9 KJV) I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

Satan and his ministers have shut up many in a spiritual prison.and have put them to death.and have given their voice against them. They have led many down that path of ruin.into hatred, divisions, strife and envy.

10 Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them.

No church denomination has been untouched by Satan.he and his ministers have infiltrated all church denominations and have compelled many to blaspheme. They know not what they doand their sins have been forgiven of them by the sacrifice of Jesus. Strange cities = strange doctrines of men. They have been led astray by mens doctrines and commandments.by the twisting of what Paul has really said.

11 And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.
12 Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

Men are forgiven for their blasphemy .for the misusing of the Bible.misusing Pauls epistles for their evil. They know not what they do.

(2 Tim 4:16 KJV) At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.

The Lord will stand with Pauls letters though.He will strengthen them by revealing that wisdom that is contained in them.the heavenly wisdom of God. When the Lord reveals the Truth in the epistles of Paul, then we shall FULLY KNOW and hear. Then Paul shall be delivered out of the mouth of the lion.out of the mouths of ungodly and wicked pastors. He shall not be in weakness, in peril, in hunger, etc. His writings shall be used for the deliverance of the church from its spiritual prison.

17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

Pauls epistles shall be delivered from every evil work. Men have wrested them in order to pursue their covetousness.to pursue power over the flock. The Lord shall deliver Pauls message in Christ from the earthly understanding of ungodly pastors to the heavenly understanding of God.

18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Pauls letters have been wrested in order to persecute the church.in order to try the church .the temptation and trial of Satanwho uses the literalness (devoid of the spiritual Truth) of the Word in order to deceive.

(Acts 26:15 KJV) And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

But what has happened to Pauls epistles has been for a reason.to display the glory of God in this last day. His writings shall rise and stand upon their feet..to be strengthened by the revealing of the Truth that has been hidden in them. Pauls letters shall be made a gospel of deliverance in Christ Jesus to all of those who have been deceived by the wresting of those same letters.

16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

His letters shall be delivered from the wresting of the Gentile church which has led many into ruinhatred, strife an division.. and will be used to save them instead. His epistles shall be changed from the earthly, decayed understanding of man into the heavenly understanding of God as they were intended.

17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,

Instead of being used for deceit in the mouth of Satan and his ministers, Pauls epistles will be used to open the eyes of the church and turn them from the darkness of not understanding to the LightChrist Jesus.the knowledge of God. The church shall be delivered from the power of Satan unto God. The church is in need of forgiveness for their sins.their misses of the mark of the Truth. They have missed the mark of the Truth of Pauls epistles.they have distorted his writings which has imprisoned the church in mans doctrines and commandments.

18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
19 Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

Although Pauls letters have made the church sorry for a season, his same letters that have brought sorrow to the church shall bring salvationrepentancein the revelation of the TruthChrist Jesus. The season is the season of temptation by Satan and his ministers who have wrested the Scriptures in order to deceive and try the church.

(2 Cor 7:8 KJV) For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season.

Instead of the sorrow of the world, his epistles will bring godly sorrow that works repentance to salvation. Those who will continue to wrest the Scriptures after the receiving of the Truth, will do so unto their own destruction..receiving damage.

9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

The spiritual Truth shall be raised from the dead according to Pauls gospel.the gospel of Christ that is spoken through Pauls words. The revelation of the Truth in this last day will start with Pauls epistles. That Truth shall be king over all of mans erroneous interpretations.

(2 Tim 2:8 KJV) Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:

Even though Pauls letters have been in bondsin the earthly understanding of ungodly menthe spiritual Word of God is not bound.

9 Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.
10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

the abuse and blatant blasphemy of scriptures is sad indeed , those who in darkness and ignorance speak great swelling words of shame , yet they are Not ashamed !

where is the fear of God in them ?? this is dishearting and makes us sad
1Ti 6:1Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and [his] doctrine be not blasphemed.

Rev 2:9I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and [I know] the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but [are] the synagogue of Satan.Rom 2:24For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.seeing these as connected too , say they are Jews but lie , they are of the synagogue of satan Jhn 8:44Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it they abode in Lies and not in the truth / Jesus Christ HIS BODY

(Acts 9:15 KJV) But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

But his writings have suffered great things by the mouth of the enemy.

16 For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

But in this last day, his writings shall receive its sight.to be filled with the Spirit of Truth.to reveal the wisdom and knowledge of God that is contained in them. The true interpretation of Pauls writings = receiving his sight.

17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.

For his writings shall say the Truth..but for now he has abstained. His writings have withheld the Truth until the appointed time in which they will be used for the glory of God..which will shine in his work.

(2 Cor 12:6 KJV) For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.

This forbearance of the Truth has been brought on by the messenger of Satan to buffet his writings.to misinterpret them with the fleshly mind . The Truth cannot be readily seen by the church because of the fleshly-minded, literal preaching of men. This has kept men from exalting Pauls writings above measure. There is an ABUNDANCE OF REVELATIONS in his epistles.but they are hidden by the preaching of the mouth of the lion.Satan and his ministersthe thorn in the flesh.who seek to devour those by the mispreaching of Paul.

7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.

11 I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing.

It has been through the infirmity of the flesh that Pauls gospel has been preached to us. His writings have been preached to us by fleshly-minded men who literalize what they do not understandwho wrest Pauls gospel.

Even so.Christ has still been preached through Paul. Many still have received Pauls work as a messenger of God.

17 But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel.
18 What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.

Paul hopes in Christ for his writings to be used for the salvationfor the glory of God.

19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

Christ shall be magnified in his bodythe body of epistles.in the Life of Christ Jesus. Paul has suffered in the deaththe thorn in the fleshthe messenger of Satan .the misinterpretation of his letters that has brought envy and strife and hatred into the churchthe death.

20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

Christ shall be magnified in his bodythe body of epistles.in the Life of Christ Jesus. Paul has suffered in the deaththe thorn in the fleshthe messenger of Satan .the misinterpretation of his letters that has brought envy and strife and hatred into the churchthe death.

20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

Amen! I do see alot of Pauls writtings confirming what Jesus and the Law and prophets spoke also , revealing things that many have twisted to ''suite/clothe '' themselves with ...

I just read the Books of Daniel again ,

and thought of how men in high places

would such is kings of the earth
would set their hearts to do harm

to those whom did not acknowledge their power
and over and over again,
I saw how the Lord God would turn
that evil into something good for those whom trust in God !!

He surely is faithful as promised !!

all things work together for the good whom love the Lord

and are called according to His purpose .. the Lord is our strength

Saul persecuted the body of the Lord 2000 years ago.his writings have also been used to persecute the church by the preaching of earthly-minded men. His epistles have also fallen to the earth.in the earthly wisdom of unlearned and unstable men who have wrested his writings.distorting what Paul has said.

(Acts 26:14 KJV) And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

Saul means to ask.it is Satan who has asked to try the churchto put it in a spiritual prison. Satan asked to try Job. Job means hated..and is veiled reference to our Lord Jesus Christ who is the only one without sin.he was hated without cause. The church has been enduring a time of testing.the body has been struck with envy, strife, division and hatred. Yet, the sacrifice of our Lord covers those sins.sins of ignorance.

(Job 2:4 KJV) And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.
5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.
6 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.
7 So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.

The church has been asked to be sifted as wheat.to test and try it.just like Peter. Saul means to ask.Satan had asked and received permission to test the church.

(Luke 22:31 KJV) And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

The church has both gone into a spiritual prison and death.as Peter prophesied.

33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

Many in the church have denied the Lord.his faithby their works of darknessby their hatred, strife and envy. Yet, they are to be strengthenedthey are to be converted back to God.and they are to strengthen the brothers with the revealed Truth.

34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

Satan has put many into a prison.into death.into Sheol. The word saul and Sheol are not coincidentally derived from the same word shaal. It is a play on words.for it is Satan who has asked to put the church in a spiritual Sheol or Hades. This is why the Lord Jesus tells the churches that he has the keys to Hades and death. The churches need to be delivered from the death.by the Living One.

(Rev 1:18 KJV) I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

For many of the church have been suffering in the death.in the prison. The instruction was to love one another..being faithful unto death.being faithful as many have been led astray.

(Rev 2:10 KJV) Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Satan and his earthly-minded ministers have snared many.they have taken many captive. But it is the revealed Truth that shall bring them to repentance.

(2 Tim 2:25 KJV) In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

In the spiritual Sheol, there is no godly wisdom.no knowledge of Godno righteous acts. There is only works of darkness.hatredenvy and strife.

(Eccl 9:10 KJV) Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

Religious man has not known his time..they have been caught as fishes that are taken in an evil nettaken by the literal, earthly-minded pastors.their preaching of error.

12 For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.

They have been taken captive by those who only understand the natural things.the outward letter of the Bible. They do not see the deep things of God.the spiritual things. It is the dust that they understand.it is the dust that they feed on. They preach the outward letter of the Scriptures in order to gain things of this world.great church ministries, buildings, honor of men, etc, etc.

(Gen 3:14 KJV) And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

Their belly has been their god. They only mind earthly things and have taken many down with them. They serve their own bellytheir own lust for things.and not our Lord Jesus Christ.

(Rom 16:18 KJV) For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Our Lord Jesus is that Truth that shall deliver us from the evil net of earthly-minded men.

is this a warning and not a good thing seems religion is corrupted by a few like the 2 that PAUL warns of here !!

seems we have to stay close to God by prayer and supplications asking for the Holy Sprit to help us and teach us His Truth in humblness and fear of the Lord , that He keeps us near Him ....

Indeed, we are to love Gods judgmentsthey are just. That is awesome that you linked Jeremiah 27:9 with Acts and Timothy.

Heres some speculation on my part about the spiritual counterpart to this. The king of Babylon is the confusion over the Scriptures that we are to accept and we are to have faith that the Lord is coming to open them to our understanding. We are to not hear the false prophets who preach that they have the full Truth of Godthat they have the understanding. Their preaching leads us down the wide path to ruinenvy, hatred, strife, divisions. The false prophets preach deception..they preach the literalized Scripture of parables as though that was the Truth..the resurrection.

(Jer 27:9 KJV) Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:

We are not to hear the false prophets.they prophesy a lie unto us. We are to follow the Lords commandment to love one another. Love is greater than knowledge. We are to accept that we do not have the spiritual Truth of the Scriptures and love one another.

10 For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish.
11 But the nations that bring their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their own land, saith the LORD; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.

We would live in Christ if we do not rely upon our own knowledgeour own wisdom of the Bible.

12 I spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.

Because if we rely upon our own earthly wisdom of the Scriptures, then comes the swordwars among usdivisions..then comes the famine and pestilence.

13 Why will ye die, thou and thy people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as the LORD hath spoken against the nation that will not serve the king of Babylon?

They are the judgments of God upon the church. The white horse is symbolic of the confusion over the Biblethe not knowing. Just like the king of Babylon, the confusion of the Bible has ruled over us all. It has conquered all.

(Rev 6:1 KJV) And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Love is greater than knowledge.we were to love one another and resist the temptation to lean upon our own understanding of the Bible. We are to have faith that the Lord will come and show us all things of the Scriptures.in His Truth. When we lean upon our own understanding, we are resisting the king of Babylon.we are saying we have the Truth within our teachings. When we lean upon our own understanding and produce doctrines and commandments of men, then comes the sword.wars and divisions.

3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

When religious man relies upon his own earthly knowledge of the Bible, then peace is taken from the earth. Those who are earthly-minded do not know His peace.

4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

These are all the judgments of God upon the church.upon the church who has fallen into the temptation to interpret the Bible for himself instead of waiting upon God. Those that rely upon their own earthly wisdom are in the spiritual famine.

5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

They are in death and hades.not knowing what they do.living in hatred, envy and strife.being led astray by false prophets.

8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

(2 Tim 2:15 KJV) Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Who concerning THE TRUTH HAVE ERRED.they had missed the mark of the Truthby saying that the resurrection is PAST. These are symbolic of the false prophets today who say that they have the revealed Truthbut they are preaching earthly-minded wisdom that deceives those poor in Spirit. The resurrection is the recovery of the spiritual Truth. If they think they have that Truth already, then they are not watching for our Lord to come.they are overthrowing the faith of some. They are not waiting on the Lord for His salvation.if they think they have salvation and righteousness in their own wisdom and ways.

18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Christ Jesus is the revealed Truththe resurrection in the last day. When he comes, he will tell us ALL THINGS.he will open up the Scriptures to our understanding.

(John 4:25 KJV) The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.
26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

In this LAST DAY, there will be a GREAT FEASTthe feast of the revealed Truth. Jesus will stand.he is the resurrection.the Truthand he will speak to us.

(John 7:37 KJV) In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

We are to believe his interpretation of the Scriptures over mansrivers of living water shall flow out of our belly.

38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

He will give us the Spirit of Truth who shall reveal all things to usall of the Scripture of Truth.

39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

And those who are dead in their trespasses and sins, shall liveif they will believe the hearing of the revealed Truth in this last daythe great feast of the True sayings of God.

(John 11:25 KJV) Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

The true sayings of God....the true interpretation of the Bible in Christ Jesus...is that great feast...the wedding supper. The spiritual Truth shall be "married" to the Scriptures....they shall be as one in the mind of Christ.

(Rev 19:9 KJV) And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Hi Wheeler I was reading Daniel this week as I told you and your post made me think again of Daniels prayer and the 4 things Daniel brought out in his prayer about Gods chosen people Israel

they sinned missing the mark trespassed by being guilty and suffer punishment as well as transgressed going over passed by a boundary God had set against God and rebelled not listening to His Voice ,

serving other gods and works of their hands and turned away from Gods laws and instructions by listening to the false prophets

and not those sent by God with warnings
these 4 things are all meaning something different as iniquity increased being
perversity, depravity, guilt or punishment of iniquity

Dan 9:2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.

Daniel understood that by the book of Jeremiah that Israel would go into captivity

into Babylon the face of confusion and shame

the captivity is also found in Rev , seems Daniel and Rev are connected in description and Jesus confirms this with His Word also

who is the son of perdition but an ungodly beastly man seems he is a king of the earth the 8th or last one/ time

that was dead and was healed and the Dragon Rev 13 gave him power same descriptive of Daniel's vision in chapter 7

the 4 winds of heaven strove upon the sea these 4 beasts also rise up in rebellion to God to deceive many from the sea / many peoples , tongues and nations lion , bear , leopard 4th one is horrid and different IMAGE in rev maybe,

when I saw the 4 sore punishments and kept searching out there is alot of references
to the beasts of Baylon dragons mainly seeing this as Satan and also the beast that rises up out of the sea

in Rev seem to be Leviathan found in Job 41
the one who rises up out of the earth is Behemoth in Job 40
the descriptions are more of a type of peoples than an actual literal
animal , more along the lines of animal natures found in people

I am overwhelmed with all the information , how it ''hit '' me as seeing the captivity

as all the world wondered after the beast , but only those who had the seal of God on their
forheads we not under the sway of the beast ...

Men are as the wild beasts..they are hunters of men.they seek whom they may devour with their falsehoodstheir doctrines and commandments of men. They seek to destroy those who will listen to them.leading them into ruinenvy, hatred, divisions, etc. As Satan tempted Jesus, so has the church been tempted. Only Jesus is the one without sin. The wild beasts are the pastors and leaders of the church who hunt after their prey..the poor in spirit. The sheep are scattered in the wildernessthe wilderness of envy and strife and hatred. The church have been with the "wild beasts"...men who seek to deceive for earthly gain.

(Mark 1:13 KJV) And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

Every beast is Histhey serve a purpose. Men are as the beasts ..they are His and do His will according to His plan.

(Psa 50:10 KJV) For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

The fowls of the mountains = powerful, high-minded pastors. The wild beasts of the field = those pastors and leaders who hunt after men. They are of the field.they use the literal, earthly understanding of the Bible to catch men. They use their earthly understanding of the Bible to deceive. They use. misuse. verses to accomplish their objectivestheir lusts of money and power over the flock.

11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.

Man that is in honor and understands not is like the beasts that perish. Many pastors are in this position.they are in honorhighly esteemed in the churches. Yet, they are natural beasts.not having the true understanding of the things of God.

(Psa 49:20 KJV) Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.

The natural brute beasts will not understand the spiritually-discerned, revealed Truth when it comes. They will contradict and oppose it.because it will threaten and eventually destroy their hunting activities. The Truth will destroy their richestheir power.their lusts for the things of this world. They are made by Godthey are brought forth by Him.to be taken.

(2 Pet 2:12 KJV) But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

Even the wicked are made by the Lord for His purpose and will. The wicked pastors have been ruling for a season over the church all according to His will.in the day of evilin the day of adversity.

(Prov 16:4 KJV) The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

They are the goodman of the house.who should be watching for the revealed Truth so that they may be preaching it when they hear it. Instead, many pastors are asleepblinded by their riches.in their drunkenness of coveting after things. The revealed Truth is coming to take many of those sleeping pastors followers away from their houses. Many shall come out of Babylon.

(Mat 24:43 KJV) But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

They have been as a roaring lion.a beasta hunterseeking whom they may devour with their earth-based wresting of the Scriptures. It is the poor in Spirit who have fallen prey for them. There are many who have been devoured by the lion.

(1 Pet 5:8 KJV) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Every day these pastors and leaders of the church wrest the Word of God.and all of their thoughts are against the Scripture of Truth. Their power is in the preaching of the parable, surface understanding of the Bible.

(Psa 56:5 KJV) Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil.

There is a season and time to every purpose under the heaven.even this time of darkness that the church has been enduring under the control of ungodly pastors.

(Psa 104:19 KJV) He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.

We have been living in a time of darkness..it is the night seasonin which the beasts of the forest do creep forth. The natural-minded pastors and leaders have crept in among us in the nightwhen men are spiritually asleep. They have come to devour those simple who have been led astray by their preaching.

20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.

They.as the young lions.who roar after their prey.roaring to devour those poor in Spirit who know no better. They devour them with their words of falsehoods.the roaring. They seek their meat from God.they get their meat from their earthly, natural understanding of the Bible.they literalize the Scriptures and so deceive many.

21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

But the sun of the day of prosperity will arise.the sun of righteousness.the Truth shall be revealed. They shall gather themselves together against that revealed Truth that shall threaten their power and hunting activities. But they shall lay down in their dens..they shall hide themselves in the dens and the rocks of the mountains.in the spiritual Day in which the Truth is revealed.

22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

Then man can go forth to do His workto do true works of righteousness in Christ Jesus. When the influence of the lion pastors is removed from among us by the revealing of the Scripture of Truth, then man can do the true works of God.

23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.

It has all been planned by Godin order for His will be done. We have experienced the day of adversity within our churches but the day of prosperity is coming in which man can work the true works of God as compared to the works of so-called righteousness that Satans ministers have been preaching and causing many to do.

24 O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

The day of prosperity shall be joyful for those who will love the Truth. The day of adversity shall have its sun go down.

(Eccl 7:14 KJV) In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

There will be no more laborious, grievous works under the sun of the day of adversity. There will be no night there.the lion pastors who have deceived many shall lose their positions of power over the flock. They shall not smite those any longer with their falsehoods.....there shall no longer be the sun of the day of adversity that smites us with falsehoods and grievous earthly works of man. The poor in Spirit shall no longer hunger any longer nor thirst.neither shall the sun of the day of adversity smite them any longer. They shall know and understand God by the revealing of the Truth.

(Rev 7:16 KJV) They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

The lion pastors shall be as the stars of heaven that will fall to earth. They shall lose their high positions in the church.

(Rev 6:13 KJV) And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

They have been the rulers over the church.they are as the heaven they shall depart. They are the mountainsthe proud, high ruling pastorsthat shall move out of their places of authority over the church.

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

They are as the young lions that shall lay down in their dens.they are the kings of the earth that shall seek to hide themselves from the revealed Truth and the wrath of the Lamb.

Many pastors and leaders of the churches have been as Nimrod.the mighty hunter before the Lord. They hunt after men using great skill. They deceptively literalize the Bible in order to get what they want. They are the mighty ones in the earth.literalizing with their earthly understanding.they are natural beasts. They have become powerful and rich.they have devoured many. But their day is coming to an end.their sun shall go down on them. Cush begat Nimrod. Cush meaning dark. In the darkness of not understanding the Scriptures correctly do the hunters come out to huntthe young lions seek after their prey.

(Gen 10:8 KJV) And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

The beginning of the kingdom.their source (principal, first) of their power.of hunter pastors is Babel = confusion.confusion over the understanding of the Bible. Erech means lengththey have enjoyed their riches and power over the church for a long time. Accad means to strengthen, a fortress.they have been powerful in their leadership over the church. They have wrested the Scriptures with their powerful deceptions. The little flock that follows the voice of the Lord has been powerless against them.but that will soon change. Calneh meaning all of them, complete .Gods will is to be completed.they (false prophets) have served a purposeand that purpose shall have an end.

10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

The sun shall go down upon those pastors and leaders of the church who will not hear and believe in the revealed Truth. It is the pastorsthe prophetswho have caused the people to err concerning the Truth.

(Micah 3:5 KJV) Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.

Their purpose shall be fulfilledtheir day shall disappear.and night shall be unto them. Their sun of rejoicing in their own works shall go down over the prophets.

6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

They will have fulfilled their purpose in the manifold wisdom of Godand there will be no answer of God. The day of adversity in which they enjoyed their works of darkness under the sun shall come to an end. The coming day of prosperity will mean an end to their earthly works and powerthey will have no pleasure in the coming day.

7 Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
8 But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

They have all been teaching for hire.divining for money. And they will be preaching peace and safety as the Truth is being revealed.. none evil can come upon us. But their will be no answer of God.their purpose will have been completed and then the wrath of God will come upon those who will stubbornly continue on in their natural hunting activities.

11 The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.

We must have the mind of Christ to understand all of these things..they are all spiritually discerned.

(1 Cor 2:16 KJV) For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Pauls letters have not been spiritually discerned..in the mind of Christ.YET. He could not speak to us in his letters spiritually.because the many in the churches are still carnalliving in divisions, envy and strife. His letters have only spoken to us in the carnal understanding.

3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

Many Christians have only understood the milk message of Pauls epistles so to speak..they have not been able to hear the meat of his writings.the spiritually discerned message of Christ that is contained in them.

2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

Many are still living in divisions, strife and envying.carnal babes.walking as mere men and not as the sons of God.

3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

To be carnally minded is death. It brings hatred, divisions, envy and strife into the church. Many are living in death and need to hear the spiritual Truth.

(Rom 8:6 KJV) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

The many in the church have not been subject to the law of God..TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER. There is no life and peace. They are carnally-minded.living in hatred of one anotherin divisions. They are living according to their fleshly understanding of the Bible.they cannot please God.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

But those who are living in death.in the graveshall hear the voice of the Son of God. They shall hear the spiritual Truth being revealed in the Scriptures. Those that come forth to hear and believe in His voice shall live. Those that come forth to contradict and oppose shall be judged.

(John 5:25 KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

They must be born againborn of heavenly wisdom and not of the wisdom of the fleshly mind. They must get rid of the old religious man and put on the new man in Christ Jesus. They must have the mind of Christ. Then as spiritual children we can preach the revealed Truth. The enemy and the avenger will be stilled. The lion preachers are to be stilledsilenced.forever from deceiving the flock.

(Psa 8:2 KJV) Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

And when our obedience to that revealed Truth is fulfilled, then we can revenge all disobedience.we can be preachers of the revealed Truth.

(2 Cor 10:6 KJV) And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The spiritual mind does not look on the outward appearance of the words of the Bible. The spiritual mind (having the mind of Christ) sees the eternal Truth being revealed in the Scriptures.comparing spiritual things with spiritual. The carnal mind still only sees the outward, literal and thinks that is the Truth. The carnal mind is NOT the mind of Christ.

7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's.

Pauls letters (and all of the Scriptures) that are understood in the mind of Christ are for our edificationour building us up into a spiritual temple.

8 For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed:
9 That I may not seem as if I would terrify you by letters.

But there will be some that will say that his spiritually-discerned, revealed message is weak and his speech contemptible. Some will continue to lean upon their own wisdom of Pauls letters.keeping them in the literal, carnal mind. His bodily presence = his coming in the revelation of the Truth of the outward letters..in the mind of Christ. Christ Jesus is the Truth of what Paul is really speaking to us in his letters.

10 For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible.

The Living Word of God will become quick and powerful.a swift witness against those who will turn their ears from the revealed Truthwho will say that it is weak and contemptible. When they are absent.meaning when the Bible does not have the living Truth attached to it. They are absent in the outward, literal understanding of the words of the Bible.

11 Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when we are absent, such will we be also in deed when we are present.

When they are presentmeaning when the living Truth is clearly being spoken through their words. The Truth shall be manifest within the words of the Biblethe outward letter of the words shall change into the spiritual message that is contained in them.then the Word of God will become POWERFUL not only in the word by letters but also in DEED. Yet, there will be those who will continue to wrest the Scriptures in their own fleshly, outward letter understandingthinking they are wise. They will continue to lean upon their own outward understanding..wresting Pauls letters and the rest of the Scriptures to their own destruction. What should be for their edification will result in their own destruction because they will have not received the love of the revealed Truth and be saved.

12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

For the gospelthe good news of salvation from the carnal mind (death) and works of darkness..will come to us not only in word but also in POWER and in the Holy Spirit.the Spirit of Truth.

(1 Th 1:5 KJV) For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

Pauls spiritual gospel is to be revealed in the mind of Christ.in the presence of Christ Jesus. But some will be puffed up in their own earthly, religious knowledge against the revealing of the Truth.as though Pauls spiritual message in Christ will not cause them any harm. They will act and speak in their arrogance. But they will understand the POWER of the Word of God. Pauls coming to us = the revelation of Pauls epistles in the mind of Christ.

(1 Cor 4:18 KJV) Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.

They will understand the POWER of the revealed Word of God.

19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.
20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

When we humbly accept the revealed Truth, then he comes in the spirit of meekness. As Jesus entered into Jerusalem upon a donkey, so the revealed Truth shall be to those who humbly accept it. The revealed Truth shall be in love and in the spirit of meekness to those who will humbly receive the love it. But those who in their pride will hold down that revealed Truth in unrighteousness.who will think that the spiritual presence of the living Word of God is weak and contemptible. They shall know the POWER of it. Paul shall come unto such with a ROD.

21 What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?

They shall hold the Truth in unrighteousnessin their pride.being puffed up in their own earthly knowledge. The Fathers wife = the spiritual wisdom of God.

5:1 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.
2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.

It is in the spiritual mind of Christ that we shall be gathered togetherby the revealing of the Truth.

4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

These SPIRITUAL things are REVEALED to those newborn babesthose who are born of the heavenly wisdom of God. They are hid from the wise and prudentthose puffed up pastors and leaders who will not humbly accept the revealed Truth.

(Mat 11:25 KJV) At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

Now if the SPIRITUAL gospel is hid from the eyes of their understanding, it is because they will not have believed the revealed Truth when they hear it. The god of this world will have blinded their minds and so will be lost. They will think that the spiritual gospel.the bodily presence of Paul.shall be weak and contemptible. They will instead continue to preach to handle the Word of God deceitfully.in their earthly, literal knowledgepreaching out of the covetousness in their hearts.

(2 Cor 4:3 KJV) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

The Light of the KNOWLEDGE of the glory of God shall shine.in the face of Jesus Christwho is that revealed Truth.whose words are spirit and life.

6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

The god of this world shall catch away the Word of Truth that will be sown in their hearts. They shall not understand.because they will NOT believe.

(Mat 13:19 KJV) When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

They shall be ever learning but will never be able to come to the KNOWLEDGE of the Truth.

(2 Tim 3:7 KJV) Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

They shall RESIST the Truth..men of corrupt minds.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

They are the man of sin that shall be revealedfor they will not be able to overcome cease from their sins..because they will have loved their own works of darkness more than the Truth.

9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

Christ Jesus is the revealed Truth.the Lightthe knowledge of God .that shines through the words of all the prophets.

(John 3:18 KJV) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

This Light will come into the worldthe Truth shall be revealed. All those who will believe the revealed Scripture of Truth shall not be condemned. But there will be those men who will be puffed up in their own religious knowledge.who will love their own dark thoughts and ways more than the Truth.

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Those that will believe the Truth, it shall come to them in the spirit of meeknessin love.to those who will love the revealing of the Truth. This is all shown by Jesus coming to Jerusalem.in the spirit of meekness.

(Mat 21:5 KJV) Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
6 And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,
7 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

A great multitude will come to the Truth...they shall lay down their own thoughts and ways for the Way of righteousness. They shall humbly accept the Truth...they shall love the Truth which shall come to them in the spirit of meekness....humble and lowly.

8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strowed them in the way.
9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
10 And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

But there will be those who will not come to the Truthto the Light. They will instead continue to handle the Word of God deceitfully.to their own destruction. The Word of Truth then will come to them with the RODwith a whip..in POWER. The Word of God will be a swift witness against them. The Lord will drive out all those who will continue buying and selling in the templewho will with deceitful words continue to make merchandise of the poor in Spirit.

12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

When the influence of lion pastors is removed from the wresting of the Scriptures (the casting out of them from the temple of God,) then the spiritually blind and lame can be healed from their sicknessesfrom the hatred, the division, the envy and strife. They shall see the Truth with the eyes of their understanding...they will be able to walk in the Way of righteousness.

The Truth had been taken from the Scriptures for a short time..the presence of Paul had been taken from us for a season while Satan and his ministers have misused the Scriptures to deceive.

(1 Th 2:17 KJV) But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.

Satan and his pastors of death have hindered the Truth of what Paul has said. They have taken Pauls epistles and have wrested them in order to persecute the church.

18 Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again; but Satan hindered us.

But the biblical saints will be here at the presence of our Lord Jesus Christwho is the revealed Truth.the Scripture of Truth..the eyewitness accounts of the Scriptures will be delivered from the mouth of the lion..those that wrest them in order to deceive.

19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?

Those that will believe and do the revealed Truth will have the living Word of Truth within our hearts. We become the Living Word of God to be read by all mankind.

20 For ye are our glory and joy.

In the revealed Truth.Christ Jesuswe then are to become Pauls living epistles.that is written in our hearts by the Spirit of Truth. We are to be known and read of all men.

(2 Cor 3:2 KJV) Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

The living Word of God shall declare us to be the epistle of Christ by the believing of the revealed Scripture of Truth.

3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshly tables of the heart.

But all will not believe.. Alexander the coppersmith has done much evil to Pauls letters. Fleshly men have taken his epistles in their earthly understanding and have wrested themthey have caused many in the church to do evilnot knowing what they do.

(2 Tim 4:14 KJV) Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:

Alexander means man defender.they shall seek to defend their earthly thoughts and waystheir doctrines and commandments of men. They shall resist the Truththey shall greatly withstand Pauls true spiritual message.

15 Of whom be thou ware also; for he hath greatly withstood our words.
16 At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.

But the Lord shall strengthen Pauls epistles in the revealed Truth.so that ALL the Gentiles might hear what is truly being said by Paul.as opposed by the ministers of Satan who have wrested his letters beyond recognition. The Lord shall deliver the Scriptures out of the mouth of the lion who has devoured many in the church.

17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Pauls letters still preach Christ.even though his epistles have been badly wrested in the mouths of ungodly pastors who only seek their ownwho only preach themselves. Yet, we have received him as an angel of God despite what has happened to his witness. Like the barbarous people, we have still showed him kindness.we still have received himeven during the current cold season that has been brought on by Satan and his ministers.

(Acts 28:2 KJV) And the barbarous people showed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.

Even though Pauls message has been preached in the fleshly understanding of men.many still have received him. The infirmity of the flesh = the wresting of his letters by unlearned and unstable men who only preach themselves..after their own lust for money and power. We have only known Pauls gospel by fleshly understanding.his witness had become like us.in the flesh.

(Gal 4:12 KJV) Brethren, I beseech you, be as I am; for I am as ye are: ye have not injured me at all.
13 Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.
14 And my temptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.

In Acts, Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks.a veiled reference to his epistles. They have been laid on the fire.and the viper had came out and fastened on his hand. Satan and his ministers have attached themselves to Paul.leaving his gospel in weakness and infirmities. They had fastened to his letters in their fleshly understanding. They have fastened to Pauls hand.his powerhis gospel.which has been weakened by the mouth of the lion. Even so, Christ has still been preached through him.

(Acts 28:3 KJV) And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand.
4 And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live.

This venomous beast is the messenger of Satan who has wrested Pauls letters in order to keep him from being exalted above measure by men. But the Lord shall display His glory through his epistles in the appointed Day when the Truth shall be revealed. The Truth has been hindered by Satan by his fleshly preaching.the Truth has been now delayed.. but now I forbear.

(2 Cor 12:6 KJV) For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.
7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

But as we see in Acts..the beast shall be shook off into the fire by Christ Jesusthe Truth, the Life and the Way. His epistles shall feel no harm.no lasting harm comes to the Scriptures by Satan. The bush burns in the fire but it is not consumed.

5 And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.

Then men shall change their mind.they shall repentwhen they see the glory of God shine through Pauls letters. The Lord shall properly interpret Paul.and we are saved by his gospel in the presence of Christ Jesus..in the presence of the living Word of God.

6 Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.

Paul’s letters have not been spiritually discerned…..in the mind of Christ….YET. He could not “speak” to us in his letters spiritually….because the many in the churches are still “carnal”…living in divisions, envy and strife. His letters have only “spoken” to us in the “carnal” understanding.

3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

Many Christians have only understood the “milk” message of Paul’s epistles so to speak…..they have not been able to hear the “meat” of his writings….the spiritually discerned message of Christ that is contained in them.

2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

Many are still living in divisions, strife and envying….carnal babes….walking as mere men and not as the sons of God.

3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

To be carnally minded is “death.” It brings hatred, divisions, envy and strife into the church. Many are living in “death” and need to hear the spiritual Truth.

(Rom 8:6 KJV) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

The many in the church have not been subject to the law of God…..TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER. There is no life and peace. They are carnally-minded….living in hatred of one another…in divisions. They are living according to their fleshly understanding of the Bible….they cannot please God.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

But those who are living in “death”….in the “grave”…shall hear the voice of the Son of God. They shall hear the spiritual Truth being revealed in the Scriptures. Those that come forth to hear and believe in His voice shall live. Those that come forth to contradict and oppose shall be judged.

Amen Great post ! I wanted to touch on this because I just read this in Isaiah 28

when asking the Lord for more understanding for us ..

seems the drunkards of Ephriam have errored in judgment when taking

the precepts of God and His verses and has lied about them spoken falsely ,

it has been a trap for all who do this Pauls words also speak of the same things

Isa 28:9Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine?

[them that are] weaned from the milk, [and] drawn from the breasts.

10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept;

line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

12To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest;

the promise of the Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to make Judgment right to the carnally minded which is death ! the Mind of Christ will bring Life

Certainly, having the mind of Christ is peaceit is love it is contentmentit is joy.it is knowledge.

Man must pray to God for His wisdomHis knowledgeto be revealed in the Scriptures. If he lacks wisdom, he must ask God and not doubt what is taught by Him. Religious man must let go of his own wisdom and ways in order to enter in to His wisdom and knowledge. It is religious man who must not unbraid what he hears being taught from the Bible by God because it is not like what he has been taught under his pastors and church fathers who know not what they preach.

(James 1:5 KJV) If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

It is high time that religious man cease from his own works.his own works of darknesshis own works of not-knowing-what-he-preaches and does in error. Religious man must cease from his own ways and finding his own pleasure and speaking his own words (misinterpreting the Bible for his own religious works.)

(Isa 58:13 KJV) If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

Then man can find true delight in the Lordwho will feed us with His TruthHis knowledge.

14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

He shall save us from our sinsour missing the mark of the Truth. When man misinterprets the Scriptures and teaches this error, he has missed the mark of what is truly being said. When man erroneously teaches the Scriptures, he trespasses against the Lord.His Word of Truth. But the Lord forgives.His hand is not shortenedneither His ear heavy. But religious man must repent of his own thoughts and ways.he must turn back to God.

59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

His face has been hid from us because of our sins.we do not have His knowledge. We do not properly understand the spiritual Word of God because of our misses. Our teachings of error have hidden His Truth from us. We do not see His knowledge when we lean upon our own understanding of the Scriptures. His knowledge stays hidden because of mans misinterpretation which is perpetually taught throughout generations. Religious man does not grow because he is stuck in the rut of errors.a vicious cycle by which if he continues to listen to earthly men will never depart from.

2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

When religious man relies upon his own understanding of the Bible.then there is divisions (many denominations).there is envy and strife and hatred..our works of our own religious hands are defiled with blood..with hatred toward one another brought on by doctrinal differences (lips that have spoken lies.) When religious man misinterprets and teaches the Scriptures with his own earthly understanding (literalizing them,) then he speaks lies. He deceives others with his mouth.with biblical teachings that are not in the Truth.

3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

Many of us who are not bogged down in a church setting can readily see that no one calls for justice in the churches.no one really seeks for Truth.that they trust in vanity and speak lies. They preach errorand they do things based on erroneous teachings. They miss the mark of the verses they use to work those errors. They fight and war with each other because of these misinterpretations of men.

4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

But the Lord shall give His wisdom to those who ask. Solomon is symbolic for Gods wisdom. He built the temple which was symbolic of the completed Bible. Solomon built the temple as a sign so to speak of the finished Word of God. He built a house in anticipation of the completion of the writings done by men who were led by the Spirit. We also are to be built into the temple by the wisdom and knowledge of God. We receive His knowledge by properly understanding the Scriptures in the mind of Christ.

The Word of God was made flesh.man has written the Word by which God has lived among us. The house is the completed Bible.the Word of God. The Word of God was finished by His wisdom.the house was built by Solomon.wisdom.

(1 Ki 8:27 KJV) But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?
28 Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant prayeth before thee to day:

His eyes may be open toward this house.meaning His knowledge shall be revealed in the Scriptures. His name is therein the Word of God.

29 That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer which thy servant shall make toward this place.

We are to ask God for His wisdom.just as Solomon did. And God will hear in heaven and He will forgive us of our trespasses. His hidden knowledge shall be revealed in the Scripture of Truth.but man must not unbraid .in unbeliefwhat has been given him.

30 And hearken thou to the supplication of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, when they shall pray toward this place: and hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place: and when thou hearest, forgive.
31 If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine altar in this house:
32 Then hear thou in heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

When the people of Israel be smitten down before the enemy = when the churches have ungodly, self-seeking pastors ruling over it. This house= the revealed Word of Truth that has been hidden in the Scriptures.

33 When thy people Israel be smitten down before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee, and shall turn again to thee, and confess thy name, and pray, and make supplication unto thee in this house:

God shall hear us and forgive our sins.

34 Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which thou gavest unto their fathers.

When the Bible is silent to the hidden Truth, religious men work works of earthly wisdomworks of darkness. When the Scripture of Truth is not known, then the heaven is shut up and there is no rain.there is no knowledge of God in our churches.

35 When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest them:

But the Lord shall hear us in heaven and forgive those who turn back to Him from their sinsfrom their missing of the mark of the Truth. He shall give rain upon thy land.He shall open up the Scriptures to our understanding and quench our thirsty souls. He shall teach us His hidden Truth from the Scriptures.He shall teach us the GOOD WAY that we should walk in.

36 Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.

If there be famine in the landwhich there is a spiritual famine in the churches.if there be pestilence.if there be envy and strife and hatred.no peace. The enemy/ caterpillar = pastors who deceive many of the sheep into ruinleading them down the path to ruin and decay. Many are sick and weak and are asleep in the churchwhich are caused by the false prophetsfalse teachers of error who have misinterpreted the Bible.

37 If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or if there be caterpillar; if their enemy besiege them in the land of their cities; whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness there be;

God will forgive us of our sinsour trespasses against His Word. He knows our heartsand we are to turn back to Him from our own earthly ways and thoughts. Church has been the result of mans own imagination.by what he has thought the Scriptures have been saying. That thought has been in error.mans teachings are in error. It has been these misses of the Truth (sins) that have hid His face from us.His knowledge.

38 What prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:
39 Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men
40 That they may fear thee all the days that they live in the land which thou gavest unto our fathers.

To seek the face of God is to seek His hidden knowledge. But His people must humble themselves and pray.they must cease from their own wisdom and knowledge of the Bible. Religious mans knowledge is literal and not spiritual. God is a Spirit.

(2 Chr 7:14 KJV) If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

His eyes shall be open.He will give us of His knowledge as revealed in the Scripture of Truth.

15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

He will guide us with His eye..He will instruct us and teach us in the Way of righteousness. By His knowledge we are justified.

(Psa 32:8 KJV) I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.

Religious man must forsake his own way and his own thoughts of what the Scriptures are saying. Our thoughts are not His thoughts.our many different interpretations of the Word of God are not His interpretation. We must abandon our own things and RETURN to the Lord.

(Isa 55:6 KJV) Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom.let not our religious PhDs and pastors glory in their own understanding of the Bible. The wise man is in error although many in the church look up to the learned. Let not the rich pastor glory in his church riches.

(Jer 9:23 KJV) Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:

What we are to glory in is in the understanding and KNOWLEDGE of the Lord.

24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

We are to pursue His knowledge..to follow on to know the Lord.

(Hosea 6:3 KJV) Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

It is time to seek the Lord.to seek His face.His knowledge.

(Hosea 10:12 KJV) Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

In the churches, we have plowed wickedness and reaped iniquity..we have eaten the fruit of lies.false teachings and commandments of men. We have trusted in our own way and in the multitude of our mighty men. We have trusted in our mighty pastors and church leaders. That trust is misplaced because they have led us away from His Way of righteousness.

13 Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

If religious man can humble himself, then God will be merciful to us and cause His face to shine.His knowledge shall shine in the Scripture of Truth. His Light shall shine upon us.

(Psa 67:1 KJV) To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.

This Light is Christ Jesus.the knowledge of the glory of God. He is the Truth, the Way and the Life.

(2 Cor 4:6 KJV) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

He shall give us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the KNOWLEDGE of Him.
(Eph 1:16 KJV) Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

We shall see His facewe shall FULLY understand and know God by the revealing of His hidden knowledge that is contained in the Scriptures.

(Rev 22:3 KJV) And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

We shall not need man to teach us anymorefor God shall teach us Himself.He will give us Light. We shall know and understand the Lord fully.

5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

We shall all know Him.we will have no need of man to preach to us.

(Heb 8:11 KJV) And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

The Lord shall give those who seek Him the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. We are to ask....we are to seek .....we are to knock.

(Luke 11:9 KJV) And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

We are to "cry" after knowledge...intense searching for His knowledge....we are lift up our voice for His understanding...to ask Him.

(Prov 2:3 KJV) Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;
4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;

Then we shall understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.

5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
7 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
9 Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

wonderful witness of His grace and glory though Christ Jesus , we shall seek His Face 2Ch 7:14If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land
