As stated earlier, Martha represents those of the church who will initially hear the Word of Truth in this last day, but will continue on with their church activities.....too busy to pay attention to go further in the Truth.

(Luke 10:40 KJV) But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

The “Martha” church is those who will hear the Word of Truth but the cares of this world choke out the Word and it becomes unfruitful in their lives. They will be too busy doing “church” and missing out on His great revelation of the Truth. Their lives have always been centered on their church lives....their ministries, their buildings, their riches. They cannot detach from their religious lives to stop and hear the Truth fully....and so it becomes unfruitful. Their little bit of understanding is removed. The Word is the revealed Truth of God....the opening up of the Scriptures to our understanding in this last day. They will hear the “seed” of the Truth but the “thorns” choke it out....their activities....their busyness in this church world overrides their longing for the Word of Truth. And so they do not go further in their hearing of the full revelation of the Truth......their understanding becomes darkened. What may have sprouted is eventually “choked” out among all their cares, riches and lusts of other things.

(Mark 4:18 KJV) And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,
19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

The “Mary” church, though, sits at the feet of Jesus to hear the Truth. She is of the “good ground” .....who hears the Word and receives it into her heart. She is not distracted by the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches. She gives it her full attention. She will go on to bring forth the fruit of the Word of Truth.

20 And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.

She hears....understands....the Word of the Truth of the gospel. We’re not talking here about what man has been preaching for the last 2000 years....but the REVEALED gospel of Christ Jesus. ....the eternal gospel. The “Word of Truth” as compared to the gospel taught in pretense by man....who is motivated by the things of this life.

(Col 1:5 KJV) For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;

Those that receive and hear it with all of their hearing will bring fruit. We are approaching the Day to hear the Word of Truth as preached by Christ Jesus....the Truth.

6 Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

“Epaphras” applies today to anyone who preaches the Word of Truth in Christ Jesus.....who is the Truth.

7 As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;
8 Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.

Those that hear intently, like Mary did, will by filled with the complete knowledge of His will.....in ALL wisdom and SPIRITUAL understanding.

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

And when we hear the Truth.....His voice....we can become fruitful in every good work......INCREASING in the knowledge of God. When we stay in our “churches”....we never increase our knowledge. We are stuck in the same old rut that bogs down every denomination. Each denomination does not grow in His knowledge. They think “growth” is how big or rich the church gets.....they think “gain” is the evidence of their godliness.

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

We are made partakers of the inheritance of the saints in Light. We will understand the words of the Scriptural saints....in the SPIRIT. We can become preachers of the Word of Truth in Christ Jesus....who is the Truth.

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Our Lord delivers us from false teachers who have kept us in darkness...in prison houses of denominational churches. We are “translated” into the kingdom of the Son.....we will have reign with Him in the Scripture of Truth......which is powerful and quick.

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

We are to take “heed” of what we hear in this last day. For those who stop and hear and give it their full attention, more Truth shall be given them.....more understanding of the Truth. But those like Martha, who are overwhelmed with their church things, will have what little they have heard (the seed) taken from them. It becomes “choked” out by their own worldly pursuits. She was too busy to hear everything. Those who devote their full attention will be given more.

(Mark 4:24 KJV) And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.
25 For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

But we are not to be surprised that the “world” will hate us. The “world” = the current religious system of man. The world will hate the Truth because it testifies that its works are evil. Religious man does not want to hear that his own works and words are evil.

(John 7:7 KJV) The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

For religious man will hear and then turn his ears from the coming revealed Truth....not wanting to hear that his own works and words are evil.

(2 Tim 4:3 KJV) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Christ Jesus....the Light....comes to us in this last day with the Truth. But many church people will love their own deeds more than the Light of the knowledge of God. And that is what will condemn them. They will not hear that their own church deeds are evil....just like the Jewish leaders and their followers did 2000 years ago. They didn’t want to hear it...they thought they knew better...they leaned upon their own works and wisdom.

(John 3:19 KJV) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

But those that come to the Light.....receive and love it...and they become fruitful in God.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Let us remember Noah....and Lot. Let us remember how those in Noah’s day did not hear. Instead, they continued on as business as usual. So it will be in this last day. Many church people will not hear “Noah” and his building of the Truth. Noah was a preacher of righteousness....yet they did not want to hear that a flood was coming to destroy them all. They wanted to hear pleasant things....they surrounded themselves with teachers teaching what they wanted to hear. Today will be NO different.

(Luke 17:26 KJV) And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Religious man will continue to corrupt himself in the things of this “world.” And he will not pay heed as the Son of man is being revealed.







28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

The “Mary” church will sit down at Jesus’ feet to hear his Word of Truth in this last day. She will cease from all distractions (busy church activities) and will listen to Jesus who will reveal the knowledge of God through the opening up of the Scriptures for our understanding.

(Luke 10:39 KJV) And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.

She....the “Mary” church....will bring every imagination, every thought and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God into “captivity” to the obedience of Christ. She will sit at his feet. When Jesus reveals the Word of Truth to us, we are to get rid of our own wisdom....our own thoughts and ways which have been in error of the Truth. There is forgiveness for our sins...there is mercy in obedience to the revealed Truth. No matter how great our sins have been....as a church....there is forgiveness.

(2 Cor 10:4 KJV) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

The “Mary” church sits a the feet of Jesus to hear His Word of the revealed Truth....she is obedient to the Word.

6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The “Mary” church will leave the “Martha” church: “my sister hath LEFT me to serve alone.”

(Luke 10:40 KJV) But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.

As Jesus tells us, no man that has left house, brothers, sisters, father, mother, wife, children, lands for His sake and the gospel’s shall receive a hundredfold now in this “time.” The “time” is the time of the revelation of the Truth....the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ who causes us to hear His voice in the opening up of the Scriptures.

(Mark 10:29 KJV) And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,

As painful as that sounds, we are to leave our own church....our own brothers and sisters who are not obedient to the revealed Truth. We are to leave their doctrines, their ways and thoughts....their “lands.” We are to be obedient to the Word of Truth....casting down all religious thoughts and ways to accept His knowledge...His ways and thoughts. But, we will gain other “houses and brothers, sisters, mothers, children and lands” ........we will gain them in the Word of Truth. We are to be of one mind and one Spirit with them. We will also receive “persecutions:”

30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
31 But many that are first shall be last; and the last first.

We shall receive “persecutions” by those who we leave behind. They will say: Why aren’t you helping me in our church works? Why aren’t you “running” with us any longer? The “Mary” church will cease from sin....from the sins of their church ways and thoughts...in order to be obedient to the Truth.

(1 Pet 4:1 KJV) Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

We are to no longer live the rest of the time in the flesh to the lusts of men....in the church. But we should now, in the revealed Truth, live to the will of God.

2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

We will cease from our busy religious lives....the chasing after worldly things....the reveling in our own thoughts and ways....our doctrines...our wisdom.....our church buildings....our church corporations....our church businesses....our riches....our bible schools....our religious music....our selling of merchandise to the people of God.

3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

When we cease from all those things of the flesh and leave the “Martha” church with her busyness, then they will speak “evil” of us. Why aren’t you helping me?

4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:

But, blessed are you when your own church men will revile you and “persecute” you and say all manner of evil against you falsely....for the Truth’s sake. They will persecute you for leaving their company....they will speak evil of you. ....but the Lord will bless us.

(Mat 5:11 KJV) Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

For that is how “religious” men had persecuted the prophets in times past. They also did not want to hear what the prophets said....they persecuted their very own over the Truth.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

When we leave their company, we are testifying that their deeds are evil. We are to shake the “dust” off of our feet. We are to leave our “house” for the Truth of God. We are to cease from the lusts of the flesh....the “dust.” We will no longer walk after the things they walk after....we will no longer walk in “lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries.” We will no longer “run” with them....and they will think it strange that we leave them.

(Mark 6:10 KJV) And he said unto them, In what place soever ye enter into an house, there abide till ye depart from that place.
11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Our Lord is merciful to the “Martha” church.....He rebukes and counsels them. He rebukes those that He loves. He will speak to them about what is needful for them to do. They have to make a choice and the “Mary” church will have chosen that “good part.” We are to lose our “lives” to save them. The “Martha” church will lose all her busyness....all her things that she occupies herself with. She has to make a choice.

(Luke 10:41 KJV) And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

The “Martha” church will receive the Truth into their home....but will she be able to chose life over death....will she accept and DO the Truth to the detriment of her own things. Will she make the right choice?

(Luke 10:38 KJV) Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

When the Son of Man reveals the Truth, how will the church receive Him? Will He find faith? Will they be like Martha who will receive Him into their homes but not do as He says? Will it be like Ezekiel, the prophet, going to his own people? They will come to hear the Word of Truth but they will not be estranged from their things....from their covetousness after the lusts of this world. They will hear but then NOT DO the Truth.

(Ezek 33:30 KJV) Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.

The “Martha” church will “hear the words, but they will not do them.” They will receive the Truth in their “homes” but they will not choose the “good part” that the “Mary” church will choose. Instead, their hearts will continue to go after their covetousness....they will continue to go after their church buildings, their ministries, their works, their religious lives....their “much serving.”

31 And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.

For the Word of Truth to them will sound like a “very lovely song that hath a pleasant voice.” The “voice” is that of the Lord’s who opens up His dark sayings upon the “instrument” of the Scriptures. The Scriptures will be opened up.....a new song. It will sound beautiful to them...they will hear the words, but they will do them NOT.

32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

And when they will not do them....when they have made their choice, then they will know that a prophet has been among them. Then will they know that He has taught in their streets....hearing Him...but not doing what He says.

33 And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them.

Hi Wheeler , sorry it took so long to get back to you , the weather has been crazy here! we had thunder storms last night and hard winds , so i had to shut the puter down Alot these days , now a cold front is passing though , strange spring so far
I have been having angina cause by stress , need to trust the Lord at all times and not just say it , but DO IT ! many family matters are going on to numerous to mention right now .

well, I will be fine God willing , have another appt on Friday and will know more then .

I'm glad to hear that it isn't too serious....hopefully. Stress can really mess with your health that is for sure! Angina doesn't sound like fun at all. I pray that your life can become less stressful....I know how stressful family matters can get. Hang in there!

Well, I think I'll cut back on the posts here to maybe once or twice a week...so as not to overwhelm the thread. I'm sure everyone will breathe a collective sigh of relief. ....not that many are reading them anyway.

I have so enjoyed this thread , and will keep in touch , God willing will be able to study once again soon , seem there is so much to do in the spring time on a farm
we are repainting the barn Red and now the rains are coming again for a whole week I will be able to get on the computer more often

I got a huge garden to tend to and just hilled 5 rows of potatos and weeded the green beans 5 rows and some yard work .. and the sun is setting for the night and the rains will be here tonight

“Miriam,” the sister of Moses and Aaron, represents, spiritually, the Jewish people in Numbers 12. Miriam spoke “against” Moses because of the “Ethiopian” woman he had married. The Ethiopian is the word “Cushite.” Cush means “dark” and is spiritually speaking of God’s heavenly wisdom that is hidden within the words of Moses.....and not her literal dark skin. As Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses so also did the Jewish leaders speak against Jesus, who like Moses, they were to hear. Jesus spoke the hidden wisdom of God in parables to the Jewish leaders.... “dark sayings”.....spiritually the “Ethiopian woman.” They had a problem with his parables.

(Num 12:1 KJV) And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.

Wisdom is personified as a wife, mother, and sister in Proverbs....and this wisdom is hidden.... “dark” to the eye of the earthly man. She is “black” as spoken in the Song of Songs. She, Wisdom, is hidden from the understanding of earthly men. She is dark but beautiful.....as the tents of “Kedar”....meaning “dark.” The “sun had looked upon her”.....the Pharisees, scribes, leaders of the Jews (my mother’s children) were angry at Jesus and his “dark sayings”....his parables that concealed the wisdom of God from their hearing.

(Song 1:5 KJV) I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.

Miriam and Aaron were to hear Moses whose words superseded theirs. They were not to speak against him in their limited understanding and yet they showed no fear when they spoke against him.

Numbers 12:2 And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.

This was a prophecy of the Jews who would show no fear also in speaking against Jesus...who is THE Prophet, who like Moses, they were to listen to....whose words were the very words of God. They were to listen to Moses who prophesied about Jesus.....who they were to ultimately suppose to listen to. Moses testified of Jesus.

(Deu 18:15 KJV) The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;

For Jesus did not use his own words.....he spoke what he was commanded to speak by the Father:

(John 12:49 KJV) For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

As Moses, Jesus was very meek compared to the arrogance of the Jewish leaders who thought their words were more important than his. “Upon the face of the earth” = men who literalize the Scriptures...who know nothing of the spiritual wisdom of heaven.

Numbers 12:3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)
4 And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.
5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.

The Jewish leaders only knew the Lord through a “vision” and who had spoken unto them in a “dream.”

6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.

Moses “spoke” to the children of Israel because they were afraid to have God speak to them directly. And so Moses spoke to them using similitudes of the Lord....a veil covers the spiritual Truth contained in his writings. That veil is still in place whenever Moses’ writings are read. They only see similitudes, visions, dreams in Moses’ writings. That “veil” is removed when Christ Jesus interprets the writings of Moses in the Spirit of his testimony. The Law without the spiritual understanding is a “similitude”....it is a “vision” ....a “dream” by which God had spoken to them.....because they did not want God speaking with them directly.

(Exo 20:19 KJV) And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.

Moses’ writings are on the surface “dreams” that need an interpreter....and the Lord Jesus Christ is that interpreter of those “dreams.” Joseph was a type for Christ....an interpreter of dreams....who interpreted the chief butler and the baker’s dreams.

(Gen 40:8 KJV) And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell me them, I pray you.

Interpretations belong to God.....man’s private interpretation of the Scriptures is in error. The “magicians” of man’s earthly understanding cannot interpret the Bible. All of our religious “wise men” can not properly interpret the Scriptures.

(Gen 41:8 KJV) And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.

For the “Egyptian” “wise men” among our churches know nothing of the spiritual.....nor can they know them for they are spiritually discerned. Having a PhD from a bible college doesn’t make one wise. Only in the mind of Christ Jesus is found true wisdom.

(1 Cor 3:18 KJV) Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

The Lord knows the thoughts of the “wise” in the church that they are “vain”...they are emptiness....profitless....idols.

20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;

Only God interprets His Word of Truth for us. Joseph, a type for Christ, also interpreted Pharaoh’s dreams.

(Gen 41:15 KJV) And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it.

It is God who is the interpreter of His Word. He interprets the “dreams” that He has shown to us....in the Scriptures.

16 And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.

Jesus speaks not on his own but speaks the very words of God that he is commanded to speak. God has given him the Spirit without measure.

(John 3:34 KJV) For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

Daniel, who is a type for Christ, also had the “spirit of the holy God” in him. Christ Jesus is the Light, understanding, and wisdom of God.....he has the Spirit of God without measure.

(Dan 5:11 KJV) There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;

Christ Jesus, who Daniel is a type for, is the interpreter of “dreams”... “a shower of hard sentences”.....THE interpreter of the Scriptures. His interpretation dissolves doubts.

12 Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and showing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will show the interpretation.

Christ Jesus is the revealer of the hidden secrets of the Scriptures....he is the interpreter.

(Mat 10:26 KJV) Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

And what he reveals to us in the Scripture of Truth, we are to preach upon the “housetops.”

27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

Those that can overcome their own thoughts...their own wisdom...their own knowledge for His true interpretation of the Scriptures shall have his new name written upon them.

(Rev 3:12 KJV) Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

This is a flashback to Joseph’s new name that Pharaoh had given him. Joseph’s new name was “Zaphnathpaaneah”.....which means “revealer of secrets.” And so will this name ....authority.... be written upon those who hear the Lord’s interpretation of the Scriptures...we too will be revealers of secrets. What He tells us in the “darkness,” we are to “speak in the light”.....to preach on the “housetops.”

(Gen 41:45 KJV) And Pharaoh called Joseph's name Zaphnathpaaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On. And Joseph went out over all the land of Egypt.

We are living in the last days. With His Spirit upon us, we shall “see visions”.....we shall DISCERN “visions.” We shall “dream dreams”....we shall “see something” in “dreams”....we shall interpret the Scriptures....with all His spiritual discernment. The literal, historical words of the Scriptures = “visions, dreams” that are meant to be interpreted in the mind of Christ.

(Acts 2:17 KJV) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

Getting back to Numbers 12, like Moses, Jesus is the true and faithful witness in all of the house.

Numbers 12: 7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.

Like Moses, God speaks through Jesus “mouth to mouth”.....not in “dark speeches”....and he understands the similitude of the Lord...he understands Moses and the Prophets in His spiritual knowledge and wisdom. Jesus is THE Truth. And yet, the Jewish leaders were not afraid to speak against him....just like Miriam and Aaron were not afraid. They confronted Jesus’ authority and his superior, spiritual knowledge of the Word of God.

8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

Jesus spoke the hidden wisdom of God in parables....in “dark sayings”.... to the Jewish leaders. The mysteries of the kingdom were “dark” to them.....Hence, the dark “woman” of wisdom....the “Ethiopian” of Moses. His sayings were “married” to parables.

(Mat 13:34 KJV) All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Jesus opened his mouth in parables....he uttered “dark sayings” of old. They were to incline their ears to the words of His mouth.

(Psa 78:1 KJV) Maschil of Asaph. Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
3 Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.

The spiritual “Ethiopian” “woman” was the “dark sayings” or parables that Jesus spoke that the Jewish leaders had problems with. They heard almost every thing he said literally....and murmured against him.....they could not hear and be saved....because of that “Ethiopian woman.” They could not see past the surface of most of his parables that he spoke...they could not see the hidden-in-“darkness” wisdom of God in his words.

(John 6:56 KJV) He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

They had problems with his “hard sayings”.....not being able to understand the “Ethiopian” woman....the hidden mystery behind his words. They spoke against him.

Jn 6:60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
61 When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?

Many were offended by the “Ethiopian woman”....the “dark saying”....and walked no more with him:

(John 6:66 KJV) From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

Another example ....they heard and misunderstood the “dark saying” about destroying the temple

(John 2:19 KJV) Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

As Miriam and Aaron (the high priest) spoke against Moses about the Ethiopian....so also the unbelieving Jewish leaders spoke against Jesus’ “dark sayings” of God’s wisdom.....sayings they could not understand. They questioned his authority.

20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

They did not understand most of what he said to them.

(John 10:6 KJV) This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

They were not afraid to speak against him...many said that he had a devil and was “mad” because of his sayings....because of the “Ethiopian woman”....the wisdom of God they could not see with their “eyes.”

(John 10:19 KJV) There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.
20 And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?

Nicodemus, a teacher of Israel, could not understand....for he saw only the “earthly” message....the face value of the “dark sayings”. He had a problem with the “Ethiopian” woman....the hidden wisdom behind the sayings.

(John 3:3 KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Nicodemus saw only the literal....as many Christians do today...being “carnal” babes in Christ.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Those born of the flesh read the Bible in the flesh....with his natural mind....who literalize what they read. Those born of the Spirit read with the spiritual mind of Christ. They understand the “dark sayings” behind the words, stories, eyewitness accounts in all of the Scriptures. They understand in Christ Jesus. ....that is our inheritance with the biblical saints.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Jesus was a bit surprised that Nicodemus....a teacher of Israel....could not understand his sayings. He could not receive Jesus’ witness.

Jn 3:9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

The Jewish leaders had Moses and the Prophets.....who spoke the Word of God through the “earthly things”.....and it was Jesus who was summing up the teachings of Moses and the Prophets with the heavenly wisdom of God....spoken through parables. He spoke of the heavenly understanding of Moses and the Prophets. If they were true to the earthly witness of Moses, they would have understood Jesus’ “dark sayings.” In this case the parable was about being born again....not literally....but spiritually. Those born of the flesh read the outward appearance of the Scriptures and do not understand. Those with the mind of Christ read with the spiritual understanding of Him.

11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

And as the Lord’s anger was prophetically kindled against Miriam and Aaron, so also was His anger kindled at the Jewish leaders who spoke against Jesus. The Lord departed from Miriam and Aaron. The house of the Jews was also left.....desolate.

Numbers 12: 9 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.

Their house was left desolate....by the departing of the Lord.

(Mat 23:37 KJV) O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

Notice Jesus “went out and departed from the temple” after saying this....a major prophecy in a seeming trivial detail. The Lord departed from those that did not receive His testimony of the heavenly things.

24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to show him the buildings of the temple.

The judgment of God came upon them for speaking against Jesus....against the very words of God. And as we see Numbers, Miriam became “leprous”.....the Hebrew word is “tsara” which means “to scourge, to strike” and so also were those who did not believe struck with a spiritual “scourge” by the judgment of God.

Numbers 12:10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.

The “leprosy” was “white as snow” as Aaron looked upon Miriam. If we look in the Law, the priest is supposed to look at the person who has a leprosy break out. Aaron was the high priest who looked upon Miriam.....whose leprosy became white as snow.

(Lev 13:12 KJV) And if a leprosy break out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy cover all the skin of him that hath the plague from his head even to his foot, wheresoever the priest looketh;

And as it says, if it is all white, then that person is clean:

13 Then the priest shall consider: and, behold, if the leprosy have covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: it is all turned white: he is clean.

And so Miriam was seen as clean because of its white color.... “white as snow.” The Jews are also forgiven.....just as Jesus indicated from the cross...they are “clean” because the “leprosy” of their condition is “white.” It is not a permanent condition.

(Luke 23:34 KJV) Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

Miriam and Aaron had done “foolishly”....they knew not what they did.....and so has those who have spoken against Jesus.

Numbers 12:11 And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.
12 Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother's womb.

They are to be healed .....they are to be grafted back in....even though they had spoke against the Lord in their foolishness. They are to be pronounced clean by the high priest....Christ Jesus who shall look upon them.

13 And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee.

The unbelieving Jews have been spiritually “shut out” from the “camp” seven days.....but they shall be “received in again”....they shall be grafted back in as indicated by the prophecy shown through Miriam. The “seven days” speaks of the seven churches which make up a spiritual “week.” After the fullness of the Gentiles come in (the “seven days” = the seven churches,) then shall they be “received in” again.

14 And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again.

They have been put to shame by the Father.....to be put to confusion, reproach....for “seven days”....while the seven churches come to the full....the seven days. But they shall see Him again...... they shall say "blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord."

15 And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.

The religious leaders had spoken against Jesus who has the words of God.....the true spiritual wisdom of God. They had only “visions” and “dreams” to rely on.....they relied upon their own understanding of what they thought Moses and the Prophets said. They had put their faith in the wisdom of men and not the power of God.

(1 Cor 2:5 KJV) That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

In these last days of the seven churches, we too are not to put our faith in the wisdom of men.....the wisdom of our pastors, reverends, priests, preachers....the “princes of this world” whose wisdom will come to nothing. The Scripture of Truth speaks a hidden wisdom.....to those that are perfect....to those born from above....to those who have overcome the “princes of this world’s” wisdom and knowledge.

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

The Scriptures speak a wisdom of God in a “mystery”......hidden wisdom. God has concealed this wisdom in order to reveal it to us at the appointed time. This hidden wisdom of the Scriptures is not what has been popularly taught to us in our churches.....where the “princes of this world” rule over us with their own wisdom of men.

7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

The religious leaders of 2000 years ago did not understand the parables of Jesus....his “dark sayings”.....the Ethiopian woman. If they had known it, they would not have spoken against him....they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

God will reveal to us the hidden mysteries...the hidden wisdom....through His Spirit. These things are spiritual. Man’s religious wisdom teaches from his literal, natural mind...being born of the flesh.

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

The “natural men” among the Jewish leaders could not receive the things of the Spirit of God. They spoke against Jesus.

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they
are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

They thought to have known the mind of the Lord....to instruct him.....like Miriam and Aaron thought to instruct Moses over the Ethiopian. Yet, they could not hear....understand...him because of their own wisdom was obstructing.

16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

We are to put away.....to divorce.... the spiritual “wife” of the doctrines of men. Many have been “married” to their church doctrines of error.

(Mark 10:2 KJV) And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him.
3 And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you?
4 And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.

Moses wrote and Jesus testifies about the divorce of a spiritual “wife” that has been found to be unclean....the doctrines and commandments of men that many have been married to for the last 2000 years. When we hear the spiritual Truth and find “some uncleanness” in our doctrines (teachings of error,) we are to “write her a bill of divorcement”......send her out of HIS house. The phrase “And it come to pass,” in Deuteronomy 24, speaks of the time of the revelation of the Truth of God ....of Christ Jesus. When the revelation of the Truth arrives, it is lawful to “divorce” our doctrines wherein is error (uncleanness) for His Truth......for His doctrines of Truth.

(Deu 24:1 KJV) When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

Moses wrote this because of the “hardness of our hearts” which is a result of the “destitution of the spiritual perception” of the Truth. Through our own spiritual ignorance, we have married a “wife”...our own doctrines..... and so it was written in the Law...the Torah....which means the instruction....on how to cleanse ourselves from our own doctrines. He wrote this to those who will find “uncleanness” in their doctrines that they are married to....when they awake to the spiritual Truth at the revelation of Christ Jesus.

Mark 10:5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.
6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

We are to “cleave” to our true “wife”....the wisdom of God. We are to be ONE in His Spirit and wisdom....knowledge and understanding. We are to be ONE in Christ Jesus....of one mind and one Spirit. We are to leave our “father and mother”....this is not speaking about leaving our Father in heaven.....and not our “mother” New Jerusalem....the wisdom of God. It is not speaking about leaving our literal mother and father.

7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;

But, we are to leave...abandon...forsake....Babylon.....”the mother of harlots.”

(Rev 17:5 KJV) And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

We are to come out of her....Babylon...the “mother of harlots:”

(Rev 18:4 KJV) And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Babylon is the “mother” we are to forsake....for she has shaped our religious lives with her “wisdom”.....with her teachings and commands.....with her missing-of-the mark (sins) of the Truth.

(Psa 51:5 KJV) Behold, I was shapen in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.

We are to leave the “corruption” or pit of man’s understanding that we have made our “father:”

(Job 17:14 KJV) I have said to corruption, Thou art my father: to the worm, Thou art my mother, and my sister.

We are to leave the father of lies for our true Father in heaven.

(John 8:42 KJV) Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

We shall be ONE....united in God through Christ Jesus. We shall be reconciled to God through Christ who is the Truth. The literal will be one with the spiritual.

Mark 10:8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.

And if we have been made one in Christ Jesus....we are not to put “asunder:”

9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

We are to be made “perfect in ONE.” We are to be made one in Christ Jesus....who is the Truth...who is one with God.

(John 17:22 KJV) And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

What God has joined together, let no man put asunder. Let no man forbid (through his erroneous commands) others from “marrying” the Truth....to receive, believe, know and do the Truth. Let no man command others to abstain from the revealed Truth when it comes.....the “meat” of the Word of Truth.

(1 Tim 4:1 KJV) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

In Mark 10, we see the phrase “In the house” where the disciples asked him again of the same matter of divorce. “In the house” spiritually refers to the time we are to awake from our “sleep”...our errors....and “marry” the spiritual wisdom of God. “In the house”=in the house of the revelation of the Truth.

10 And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter.

Once we know the Truth of God (in the house,) we should not turn back to our own wisdom and doctrines. Let him not return to get his doctrines of error. We should not put away our true “wife”....the true wisdom of God ....to marry another which is spiritual adultery.

11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.

Once we know the spiritual Truth of God, we are not to put away our “Husband” and be married to another.

12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

Our Lord is the “Husband.” This is all about not turning our backs upon the revealed Truth that He gives us in this last day.

We are to “rejoice with the wife of our youth”....to rejoice in His wisdom EARLY in our awakening to His revealed Truth. We are to gladly receive His Truth....to be “married” to His ways and thoughts. We have all been just babes in Christ...but we are to grow up into a young man in Him....to be “married” to His wisdom.

(Prov 5:18 KJV) Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

We are not to be ravished with a “strange woman” and embrace the “bosom of a stranger.” We are to leave that “woman” Babylon. We are to leave the biblical wisdom of man for the spiritual wisdom of God. We are not to return to her.

20 And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?
21 For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.

Those that reject His instruction.....His wisdom....shall share in the sins and plagues of Babylon.

22 His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.
23 He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.

Those that “put away” the ways and wisdom of God for their own ways and wisdom will be made “contemptible and base” before all the people:

(Mal 2:9 KJV) Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as ye have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law.

Our own thoughts and ways cause envy, strife and hatred among the brothers.

10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

To be “married to the daughter of a strange god” is to be married to our own earthly understanding of the Scriptures....where there is error...envy, strife, divisions, hatred.

11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.

Those who do these things will be cut off....the “master and scholar” of the earthly wisdom of man shall be cut off. He shall be cut off “out of the tabernacles of Jacob”.....meaning he shall be cut off from the revealed understanding of the Scripture of Truth. He shall not share in the inheritance of the saints....he shall not be a revealer of the secrets of the hidden mysteries of the Bible.

12 The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts.
13 And this have ye done again, covering the altar of the LORD with tears, with weeping, and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the offering any more, or receiveth it with good will at your hand.

For the Lord is a witness between us and His wisdom....the “wife of thy youth.” We are to keep her and rejoice in her....in His wisdom. If we forsake His wisdom and Truth for our own, then we are dealing “treacherously” with the “wife of thy youth.”

14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.

He shall make us ONE in Him. We are to be faithful to Him.....He seeks a “godly seed.” We are to be fruitful and multiply with His wisdom....to have true fruits....to have true works of holiness. We are to take “heed of our spirit” that we not turn our backs on His wisdom....His instruction....His understanding.

15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.

For the Lord hates the “putting away”.....the spiritual divorce....the putting away of His wisdom and Truth for our own “wisdom” and works. The result of our own wisdom brings violence....it brings divisions of the church....it brings strife and envy....it brings hatred for each other. Over what? Over our own erroneous interpretations of the Bible.

16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.

We are to “marry” His wisdom....his Truth. We are to be ONE with Him through Christ Jesus. New Jerusalem.....His Wisdom....is not a literal city....but the spiritual city of His Wisdom in the light of His knowledge. We are to be her citizens....to be governed by His wisdom. It is the Scripture of Truth that we are to enter into. If we can overcome our own thoughts, ways, wisdom, then we can enter in and discover the true, hidden treasures that are in the Bible.

(Isa 62:4 KJV) Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
5 For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.
6 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence.
7 And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

It is the honor of kings to search out a matter.....and God will reveal His Scripture of Truth to those that can “take away the dross from the silver”....to those that can overcome their own wisdom and knowledge for His.

(Prov 25:2 KJV) It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
3 The heaven for height, and the earth for depth, and the heart of kings is unsearchable.
4 Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer.
5 Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne shall be established in righteousness.

Those that can overcome their own religious thoughts and ways may enter into that spiritual city.....into a greater revelation of the Scripture of Truth....to understand all the mysteries that have been hidden.

(Rev 22:14 KJV) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Those on the outside are those who can not enter in because they stubbornly cling on to their own earthly understanding and ways. They love to keep the Bible in the literalness of their own minds....which promotes envy, strife, covetousness, hatred among the churches.

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

We are to put away our doctrines of “fornication”....we are to divorce them and “marry” the wisdom of the Lord. We are to “put away” the “wife” of fornication....the wisdom of men.

(Mat 19:9 KJV) And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

The early church had left its “first love.”

(Rev 2:4 KJV) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

The “first love” is God’s wisdom.....the “wife of thy youth.” She is the “principal thing”.....the FIRST love....that the church was not to forsake. The early church had left the first love for another “woman” so to speak. The early church began relying upon their own wisdom and every church has since.

(Prov 4:6 KJV) Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

When the early church had left its first love, it had accepted Jezebel as a “wife.” Every church has since “sufferest that woman Jezebel.” The Greek word for “woman” in Revelation 2:20 is “gune” which especially means a“wife.” We have put up with that WIFE Jezebel.....we have tolerated her teaching and ways in our church gatherings.

(Rev 2:20 KJV) Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

Many in the church have committed fornication with her....that spiritual “wife” Jezebel. All of the churches have tolerated her presence in the house.....whether they have committed adultery with her or not. We are to write her a bill of divorce and send her out of His house. She shall be cast down.....just like the literal Jezebel was.

22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

Many in the church have been “stirred up”....meaning “seduced”.....to sell themselves to work wickedness in the sight of the Lord. They have been seduced by her to commit fornication and eat things sacrificed to idols....they teach and do things out of covetousness....for earthly-minded things. Ahab had let her influence him in all kinds of wicked works....he tolerated Jezebel his wife and so do the churches.

(1 Ki 21:25 KJV) But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.

We are to put away and send that spiritual Jezebel out of the house.

(Deu 24:1 KJV) When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

We are approaching the time of the resurrection of the spiritual Scripture of Truth. The modern-day “Sadducees” say there is no “resurrection.” What they are really saying is that there is no spiritual Truth to be revealed behind the plain, literal words of the Scriptures. They think that their own understanding (the fleshly understanding) of the Bible is the Truth....and so have overthrown the faith of those who listen to them. We are to have faith that Christ Jesus comes to open up the Scriptures for our understanding.....in His knowledge and not our own. The Sadducees’ scenario they had presented to Jesus tells us something much deeper....a message about the spiritual Jezebel that the churches have tolerated and committed adultery with.

(Mat 22:23 KJV) The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,
24 Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.

All seven of the churches have tolerated that wife Jezebel. The seven churches = the “seven brothers.” There has been no holy children....true works of righteousness... with this wife Jezebel.

25 Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:

All of the churches have had her....from the first early church (who left its first love) through the seventh....this last day church that focuses only on their riches...who lust after the things of this world. No church...no denomination....has existed without her influence upon them.

26 Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.

At the resurrection of the spiritual Truth, Jezebel shall die.

27 And last of all the woman died also.

She shall be thrown down....along with those who do not repent and continue to commit adultery with her. She will no longer be any one’s wife. All of the seven churches have tolerated that spiritual wife Jezebel....but she will be destroyed in the end. She shall be no one’s wife in the “resurrection” of the spiritual Truth of the Scriptures.

Matthew 22:28 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.

In the “resurrection,” He shall open up the Scriptures so that we may know them. It is through the power of God that the Lord opens them up for us.

29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

No one shall have Jezebel. We shall be as the messengers of God in heaven....speaking the spiritual Truth of Him. We shall divorce her and throw her down.

30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

It will be the spiritual “eunuchs” that will throw Jezebel down. They will put her away because of her fornication. They shall put away the wisdom of men from their lives for the wisdom of God. They shall deny themselves to follow His Truth. They will become “eunuchs” from man’s wisdom. Jesus mentions the “eunuchs” in Matthew in relation to putting away a wife for fornication. This is no coincidence...for we are to divorce that “wife” Jezebel because of her fornication. Jezebel shall be thrown down by the revealing of the spiritual Word of God. The “eunuchs” are the ones who did as commanded and threw her down in 2 Kings.

(Mat 19:9 KJV) And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.
10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.
11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.

Those that can receive the spiritual Word of God will be able to get rid of the “Jezebel” in their lives....and to get rid of her forever. They shall “marry” what is Truth and not turn back.

12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

Jesus mentions the eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake because tt is the “eunuchs” who will throw Jezebel down at His command. If we look at 2 Kings 9, we see a prophecy. The Lord comes as Jehu the king came to “Jezreel”.....which means “God will sow.” God will sow the Word of Truth within our hearts by the revelation of Christ Jesus...who is the Truth....who opens up the Scriptures for His disciples to understand. With His knowledge we can escape those who live in error. We can escape Jezebel...the “strange woman”.....we are made “eunuchs” for the kingdom of heaven.

(2 Ki 9:30 KJV) And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window.

Jezebel painted her eyes and beautified her head.....a prophecy of those men who will stubbornly cling to their own wisdom and will seek to allure those who are escaping “Jezebel” back to her embrace . They will speak great, swelling words of vanity....alluring through the lusts of the flesh....through much wantoness. “Jezebel” will paint her eyes and make herself attractive to those who are escaping from her in order to entice them with her charms...her seduction of earthly things...riches, grand churches, ministries, etc.

(2 Pet 2:18 KJV) For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

Through the revelation of the knowledge of the Lord we can escape. But let us not return back to Jezebel.....let us not commit adultery after knowing Him. Let us not put away His knowledge for hers.

20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

Those that return are like the dogs that turn back to their own vomit again. It is no coincidence that the dogs consumed the flesh of Jezebel in 2 Kings.

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

God’s wisdom delivers us from the “strange woman”....Jezebel. He delivers us from her flattering words....from her alluring words of the lusts of the flesh. She wants those who hear the Truth of God to return to their own ways and thoughts...where there are the pleasures of this life....the big church buildings...the grand ministries...the selling of religious goods in the marketplace. God’s wisdom delivers us:

(Prov 2:16 KJV) To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;

The churches have left their FIRST LOVE....God’s wisdom...the guide of our youth...of the early church. We have embraced the strange woman Jezebel....but He guides us back into Him from her ways.

17 Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.
18 For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

None that go to her return....let us depart from her...never to return.

19 None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.

Our Lord reveals to us His knowledge so that we may escape from the “evil woman” of man’s wisdom and from her flattering tongue.

(Prov 6:23 KJV) For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
24 To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.

Even though she may paint her eyes and make herself attractive to people escaping from those who preach in error of the Truth, we are not to succumb to her “beauty.” We are to escape with our lives.

25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.

Continuing in 2 Kings, “Jehu” enters in at the “gate”....the Lord Jesus Christ enters in at the gate of the Word of Truth. He is the gate...or door. He opens his mouth to speak God’s hidden wisdom. His testimony is the Spirit of prophecy. He opens up the Scriptures to our understanding....to God’s spiritual understanding. And yet, spiritual Jezebel will be defiant to the bitter end.

31 And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, Had Zimri peace, who slew his master?

The Lord will “lift up His face to the window”.....He will open up the Scriptures to us and we shall see His “face” in His understanding and He will call to His people..... “ who is on my side?” Who will receive His saying....His word of Truth? Only those to whom it is given....to those who have been born “eunuchs” from their mother’s womb (wisdom from above)....to those who have made themselves “eunuchs” for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. It is the “eunuchs” who will throw down Jezebel at the command of the Lord. We are the “eunuchs” who will look out to Him...who watch for His arrival.

32 And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.

She will be thrown down at the command of the Lord....by the "eunuchs."

33 And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.

The dogs shall return again to their own vomit....the dogs shall eat Jezebel. The “wall of Jezreel” = the revelation of Jesus Christ.

(1 Ki 21:23 KJV) And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.

And there shall be nothing much left of Jezebel. The “portion of Jezreel” = the revelation of Jesus Christ.

(2 Ki 9:37 KJV) And the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

As stated many times before, wisdom is personified as a woman. She was there with the Lord in the beginning of His way.....before His works of old.

(Prov 8:22 KJV) The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

She was there before He had made the earth. She was there before He had brought forth the men and women of the Bible.

26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.

Man was created male and female.....in “OUR image....after OUR likeness.” The “female” represents His wisdom.

(Gen 1:26 KJV) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Each woman in the Scriptures is a type for wisdom. She could be a representation of man’s wisdom....such as Jezebel....or she could be God’s wisdom....such as Rachel. Sarah was made in the image of His wisdom.....Rebekah was in His image....Deborah was in His image..... etc.
It is no coincidence that the “woman” in the garden of Eden desired to be WISE. Man in his own earthly wisdom of the Scriptures has desired after the “fruit” of his own wisdom.

(Gen 3:6 KJV) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

In the earthly wisdom of man....in the earthly understanding of the Scriptures (the tree of knowledge,) he has sewed “fig leaves” together....he has sewed bible verses together to teach others with. With these teachings which are not based on the spiritual Truth, he produces what he thinks are works of righteousness....the “aprons.” They are his own works and not God’s. Earthly men try to cover themselves with their own works of “righteousness” that are a result of their literal understanding of the Bible.

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

God’s wisdom is as a beautiful woman of the Scriptures. It is no coincidence that Rachel was beautiful.....for she spiritually represents the beautiful wisdom of God that we will see in the opening up of the Scriptures. “Leah” represents the Law of God as given by Moses.... “tender-eyed.” “Rachel” is that spiritual understanding in Christ Jesus of the Law.

(Gen 29:17 KJV) Leah was tender eyed; but Rachel was beautiful and well favoured.

Abigail was a woman of good understanding and also beautiful....God’s wisdom....His understanding..... is beautiful.

(1 Sam 25:3 KJV) Now the name of the man was Nabal; and the name of his wife Abigail: and she was a woman of good understanding, and of a beautiful countenance: but the man was churlish and evil in his doings; and he was of the house of Caleb.

Esther was beautiful.....God’s wisdom is also beautiful. It is no coincidence that “Esther” means “hidden”....for it is God’s wisdom that is hidden in the Scriptures. It will be seen as beautiful when His wisdom is revealed in Scripture of Truth. Esther was revealed also.

(Est 2:7 KJV) And he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle's daughter: for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was fair and beautiful; whom Mordecai, when her father and mother were dead, took for his own daughter.

The woman in Song of Songs was beautiful as well.....God’s hidden wisdom is “dark” to earthly-minded men.

(Song 1:5 KJV) I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.

Sarah was very beautiful.....

(Gen 12:14 KJV) And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.

Rebekah was also beautiful....her true status of a wife was hidden from men.

(Gen 26:7 KJV) And the men of the place asked him of his wife; and he said, She is my sister: for he feared to say, She is my wife; lest, said he, the men of the place should kill me for Rebekah; because she was fair to look upon.

The wisdom of man is also a “woman”....a “strange woman” who is beautiful to earthly-minded men. The wisdom of man is as an adulterous woman...because it causes men to stray away from God and His wisdom. Man’s wisdom is not to be desired.

(Prov 6:25 KJV) Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.

It is no coincidence that Babylon is portrayed as a woman. Those merchants of man’s wisdom will lament her departing beauty. The revelation of the Scripture of Truth destroys man’s wisdom and his works. Man’s wisdom will no longer deceive people...it will no longer produce earthly things for them...the riches....the grand church things.

(Rev 18:16 KJV) And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

Man’s wisdom of the Scriptures fades away...and all those things built upon it...his glory fades. The “beauty” fades away from man’s wisdom. ...but the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom....the true beauty.

(Prov 31:30 KJV) Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Now to turn attention to another beautiful woman of the Scriptures.....Tabitha in the book of Acts.
If we look deeper at the story of Tabitha being raised from the dead, we can see a spiritual prophecy of the recovery of the spiritual wisdom of the Scriptures. It is a story of the recovery from man’s earthly wisdom that have wrested the Scriptures. “Tabitha,” which means “gazelle” and comes from the word “tsebiy” which means “ splendor, prominence, beautiful,” is a veiled reference to God’s heavenly wisdom. God’s wisdom is of true beauty compared to man’s wisdom. God’s wisdom is personified as a woman....a woman who is full of “good works and almsdeeds.”

(Acts 9:36 KJV) Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.

Tabitha, an Aramaic word represents the “old testament.” Dorcas, a Greek word = the “new testament.” God’s wisdom is found in both parts. Wisdom is personified as a wife in Proverbs....she is full of good works.....she is the “virtuous woman.” She has worked willingly with her hands.

(Prov 31:13 KJV) She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.

She has made coverings.....clothing....garments.....just like Tabitha also did.....it is no coincidence that Tabitha made “coats and garments.”

(Prov 31:22 KJV) She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.

Wisdom shall rejoice in time to come.....at the revelation of the Truth of God. She shall rejoice in strength and honor.

(Prov 31:25 KJV) Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

Her “works” are the people of the Scriptures. Their lives and their testimonies are what make up the stories of the bible. The Bible can be read externally....the face value of the stories. They are the “coverings” of His spiritual wisdom. The external stories are a thing of beauty....they cover as a garment the hidden wisdom of God. When man reads the Bible externally, he sees the “coverings”....the “coats”....the “garments” that hide the spiritual Truth until the appointed time. Wisdom, Tabitha, had made “coats and garments” to cover His hidden wisdom until the appointed time. Tabitha was “sick and died:”

Acts 9:37 And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.

God’s wisdom has not “died” but it is men who have stopped listening to Him. In a sense, this is a type of “death.” Wisdom has been hidden from man because of his sins. Wisdom stays hidden in the “coverings” of the Scriptures. . She was “sick”....meaning weakened and Peter was nigh to “Joppa”....which means “beautiful” and speaks of the time that this hidden, weakened wisdom is to be revealed for all to see...it is a thing of beauty. Peter means “rock” and is a veiled reference to the Lord who is our Rock. It is the Rock that reveals His wisdom to us from heaven and not from flesh and blood....those that only see the “covering” of the Scriptures. We desire Him....that He would not delay to come to us. We hasten the day.

38 And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them.

The saints of the bible have been “widows”.....they have not had the spiritual Truth “married” to their words. We also have been “widow”....those who weep over the condition of the churches....those who weep for His Truth and justice to be shown. We are as the widow who should pray always about the adversary. The adversary is in the church....the adversary wrests and distorts the words of the Bible...the adversary deceives the people of God....the adversary has introduced division, envy and strife within the church. The adversary is opposed to the Truth.

(Luke 18:3 KJV) And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

The “coats and garments” which Dorcas had made refer to the Scriptures....the stories and testimonies that were written about while God’s Wisdom lived in their lives. His wisdom directed their deeds and decisions. They are eyewitnesses of His wisdom.....and it was with His wisdom that kingdoms were established....and torn down....it was with His wisdom that we have the Scriptures today. With His wisdom, Moses led the children of Israel out of Egypt....with His wisdom, David destroyed his enemies and united Israel....with His wisdom, Solomon built the temple and governed the nation. All these words and acts of the saints are “coats and garments” that Wisdom has made with her “hands.” We have Dorcas’ “coats and garments” still with us....the Scriptures...which she, in the past, has made. We can “show” them today.....but we need the Lord to “awaken” His wisdom to us....so that we may understand the Scriptures.

Acts 9:39 Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.

Peter, who is a veiled reference to our Lord Jesus Christ, “arose” and went with them. Our Lord will “arise” also ....man shall not prevail over the Scriptures in his own wisdom.

(Psa 9:19 KJV) Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.

Peter was in Lydda before he came to Joppa. “Lydda” means “strife, travail” which describes the condition of the Scriptures now in the hands of wicked men who wrest them. The church is also in this condition....the tribulation by the adversary. Peter “kneeled and prayed”.....this is what Jesus did also in the garden of Gethsemane...which means “oil press”....symbolizing the tribulation at the hands of the enemy. Our Lord instead comes to the “beautiful” garden to pray for our deliverance.

(Luke 22:41 KJV) And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,
42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

He will come and make His wisdom “arise” through the understanding of the Scriptures. Peter turned to the “body”.....Christ Jesus will turn to the body of the Scriptures (which are a part of His body,) and will “resurrect” the Truth in them...for us to understand. Peter said to the body... “Tabitha, arise”....and she opened her eyes and when she saw Peter she“sat up:”

Acts 9:40 But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

Tabitha =Jerusalem= Zion= the wisdom of God that will shine through the opening up of the Scriptures. “Tabitha” shall “awake”....open up her eyes. As we see in Isaiah 52, Tabitha/Jerusalem shall “awake” and put on her strength....for she was “sick”.... “weak.” She shall put on her “beautiful” garments that she has made.....God’s wisdom shall interpret the “coverings” of the Scriptures. When we shall understand the coverings of the Bible.....we see His beauty...His eternal plan and purpose. The “uncircumcised and the unclean” shall no longer wrest....twist and distort the Bible with their own wisdom.

(Isa 52:1 KJV) Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

She shall “arise” and “sit down” in judgment. She shall shake the dust of man’s earthly understanding from the words of the Scriptures.

2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

The Lord will call us....the saints and widows and will present “Tabitha” alive to us. The Word is living and eternal.

Acts 9:41 And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

And in this beautiful time of revelation.........when Jerusalem puts on her “beautiful garments”.....MANY shall believe in the Lord. “It was KNOWN....”.....the understanding of the beautiful Truth.

42 And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

Our Lord Jesus Christ comes to open up the Scriptures in this last day for our understanding just as he did to the disciples 2000 years ago. The Lord comes to speak to us....He comes to speak the Truth of the Scriptures. When we start reading the Scriptures in His understanding, He is speaking to us.....and we are to take heed on how we “hear.”

(Luke 24:44 KJV) And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

Just as Jesus suffered, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the third day....so also have the Scriptures suffered at the hands of evil men who wrest and distort its meanings. But, like Jesus, the Truth is made to stand up in the “resurrection”....the Scripture of Truth appears to us....the opening up of the Scriptures in His understanding. ...on this spiritually-discerned “third day.”

46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

And when people “awake” to this opening up of the Scripture of Truth, we are to preach repentance and remission of sins in His name and understanding. Christians are to repent of their missing-of-the-mark of the Truth. Whenever a false doctrine is preached and deceives people, we have missed the mark. His “face”...His Truth...has been hidden because of our sins....the missing of the mark. We can not understand Him because of our own ways and thoughts of error.

47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48 And ye are witnesses of these things.

“Missing the mark” refers to archery.....we can miss the target of the Truth with our teachings or error. 2000 years ago, men had missed the mark of who Jesus is. Men had said he was John the Baptist...some said he was Elijah.....and others Jeremiah. What man teaches is in error....it misses the mark of the Truth.

(Mat 16:13 KJV) When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

Yet, Simon Peter hit the mark of the Truth....Jesus is the Anointed Son of the living God. “Simon” means “hearing” and “Peter” meaning “rock.”

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

“Simon Barjona”= Simon son of Jonah = hearing what the Spirit says. “Jonah” means “dove” which is symbolic of the Spirit. We are to hear what the Spirit of Truth tells us and not what flesh-and-blood man tells us. The Father in heaven reveals His Truth to us by the Spirit of Truth that guides us into all understanding of the Scriptures. It reveals all of the hidden mysteries. If we hear Him.... “Simon”....we can then hit the mark with our teaching through Him. The word “torah” comes from the root word “yarah” which means "to shoot an arrow" or "to HIT THE MARK." The word means "teaching" or "instruction.” Teaching in His Truth = hitting the mark. What we hear Him speaking in the “darkness,” we are to preach in the “light.” We are to hear His "torah"....His instruction...teaching.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

It is this revelation of the Truth by the Spirit of God that the church is to be built upon. The Rock = the revelation of the Scripture of Truth by the Father in heaven. His knowledge and wisdom and understanding and power will build the church. What man has built for the last 2000 years is going to collapse....it is built upon the sands of error. Man’s buildings are in divisions...in strife and envy.....he builds the gates of hell that keep people locked up in confusion over the Scriptures.....but it will not prevail against the revealed Truth in this last day.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

When the Lord reveals the Scripture of Truth to us, He is giving us the keys of the kingdom of heaven. We can choose to open up a scripture for others to understand or we can keep it hidden.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

This “binding on earth” was shown by Jesus....he told his disciples not to reveal to any man that he was Jesus the Christ. The disciples kept this knowledge hidden from the powers that be....the Jewish leaders....those spiritual rulers in high places. They were the rulers over the people...they were the “heaven”....they ruled over the knowledge of the Scriptures and controlled what was taught to the people “beneath” them.

20 Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.

And then Jesus showed us what was “loosed on earth”....he opened up the disciples understanding to what would happen to him. The elders, chief priests and scribes would cause him to suffer many things, be killed and raised again the third day. By loosening up this knowledge, it was about to be loosed by the “heaven” of the Jewish rulers to fulfill. God’s will in heaven was to be accomplished by the revealing of this knowledge by Jesus of what was going to happen.

21 From that time forth began Jesus to show unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

The Lord will do nothing until He reveals His secret to the servants of the prophets.

(Amos 3:6 KJV) Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

When God reveals His hidden secrets in the Scripture of Truth....He is speaking to us. And if we hear His Spirit of Truth in this last day, we are to repeat what is being said. When we repeat His Word of Truth, we are blowing the trumpet for others to hear....it is a warning that the sword is coming. ....God’s wrath is coming upon all those who refuse to hear the trumpet.

8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

He makes those who hear Him speak in the Scripture of Truth “watchmen.” Those that start to understand the Scriptures in His understanding see the “sword” coming. They see that the wrath of God is coming. We are to blow the trumpet.....to preach to all that will listen. It is not a literal trumpet that is to be heard....but it is the spiritual trumpet of the preaching of the Scripture of Truth so that the people can be warned of His coming wrath. We, with the Word of Truth, are the “angels”....the messengers....that will blow the trumpet of the Truth....to gather all those scattered into one mind and Spirit. Many in the churches are scattered in divisions....living in hatred of one another....living in strife and envy. All these things are spiritually the “sword, pestilence, famine, death.”

(Mat 24:31 KJV) And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The “fig tree” is the Scriptures that puts forth its “leaves”....the revealed Truth. When we start to see the hidden mysteries of the Bible being revealed......know that the end of this current religious system is near. It is the end of this age’s “wisdom” in the church ....it is the end of spiritual wickedness in high places....the stars will fall from the heavens....it is the end of this current religious world and its leaders (the heavens.) When we start to see the revealing of the hidden knowledge of the Scriptures, know that the “summer is nigh”....the “heat” of God’s wrath. The “leaves” are for the healing of the churches....and the Jews. The teaching of Truth heals us from our spiritual sicknesses.

32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

“When ye shall see all these things”.....when you shall UNDERSTAND all these things.....KNOW that it is near....even at the doors.

33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

This current generation of the “heaven and earth” is nearing its end but His Word that He opens up to us will not pass away. Man’s wisdom and religious institutions will pass away....but the knowledge of God will never pass away.

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

But before His wrath comes, the people need to KNOW and understand their sins....and the repentance and remission of sins as a result of understanding. He sets watchmen to preach to the churches about the sword coming. They preach the Word of Truth as revealed by the Lord.

Wheeler Im glad you brought this up, I have been looking at the leaves that are meant to bring healing to the nations, when it speaks two trees of life bearing 12 manners of fruit as even the fruit of the righteous (which is by Christ Jesus) is signified as a tree of life and showing 12 manners of fruit of the Spirit (we are shown being filled with). He is the vine we (who abide in Him) are also the branches (our fruit is by Him,without whom we can do nothing, branch cannot bear fruit of itself). The tongue of the wise (bringeth health as well) even as a wholesome tongue is a tree of life (as revelation shows two trees of life).

I was looking into what these "leaves signified" and in the OT theres a place where the branches also represent the leaves (any thoughts on this?).

Then as you show..Theres putting forth of "leaves" in relation to the knowing it was at the "doors" (in relation to the fruit thereof ) knowing (only) that summer was nigh verses coming to a fruit tree and finding nothing but leaves (for it says it was not yet the time of figs or fruit).

Think these connect Wheeler?

Prov 27:18 Whoso keepeth the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured.

James 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

Luke 8:15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

As it pertains to the trees of life (plural) the leaves are (specifically for) the healing of the nations what are your thoughts on this?

Thank you for the feedback! Thanks for reading....I was beginning to think I was talking to myself here....like some insane person. This post is only the first part...after rereading it, it sounded a bit rushed and incomplete to your questions. I tend to ramble and go off on tangents...forgive me for that. I’ll post some additional thoughts later when I get the time. Thanks for keeping me “sane.”


The “fig tree” is the Scriptures.....it is Israel as written in the Bible. When Nathanael was “under the fig tree”.......he was really studying the Scriptures.

(John 1:48 KJV) Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

The “fig tree” or the Scriptures is to put forth “leaves” in this last day. The Greek word for “leaves” is “phullon” which means “sprout, offshoot.” And as we know that “sprout” or “branch” is Christ Jesus who is the Truth.....the Truth of the Scriptures. The teachings of His Truth as revealed in the Scriptures = the “leaves.” In the Truth is the Way of righteousness for us to know and follow. In the Truth is the true Life of God.....the Tree of Life.

(Mat 24:32 KJV) Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

Christ Jesus is THE “Branch”.....the Hebrew word for “branch” is “tsemach” which means “a sprout.” Christ Jesus is the Anointed Truth that “sprouts” from the Scriptures. The Scriptures have endured a “winter” but it “sprouts” the Truth in the “spring”....in the appointed season that the Life appears.

(Zec 3:8 KJV) Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

The “sprout” of the Truth leads us to the Way of righteousness. It grows up into fruits of righteousness in our lives ....and the Word of Truth executes judgment....in the “summer.” We are able to produce true fruits of righteousness in His revealed Truth.

(Jer 33:15 KJV) In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

We shall all be saved in knowing His “sprout” of the Truth....in knowing the Way of righteousness. The “leaves” are the teachings of the Scripture of Truth that heal us from our church divisions....from our hatred for one another....from our covetousness....from our envy and strife. There shall no longer be a “curse.” We shall be healed from the things that ail the churches. We shall be delivered from the kingdom of darkness....the teachings of the devil who uses the “stone” of the Scriptures.....who literalizes them and turns them into “bread”.....the bread of wickedness...the bread of deceit.

16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.

The Truth....the “sprout” or branch of the Lord.....shall be beautiful and glorious....and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent. We are to escape from those who live in error....who preach the Scriptures in their earthly wisdom....where envy, strife, the sword, the famine originate. We shall be able to produce fruits of His righteousness.

(Isa 4:2 KJV) In that day shall the branch of the LORD be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.

The “stone” is the Scriptures that will have the Anointed One upon it. “One stone” = the “united” stone of the Scriptures with the seven Spirits of God....with His wisdom, fear, knowledge, understanding, power, counsel, Spirit......

9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

He will remove the “iniquity of that land”....He will remove the sins....the missing-of-the-mark of the Scripture of Truth. It is no coincidence that Jesus was of “Nazareth.” “Nazareth” means “shoot, sprout, branch.” The Anointed “sprout” of the Truth of the Scriptures comes with power. The “leaves”....the sprout of the Truth..... are for the healing of the nations. The revealed Truth will heal those who are oppressed of the devil. The devil and his ministers have deceived many....by literalizing the Scriptures and keeping people in envy, strife and bondage to the commandments and traditions of men. The Scriptures shall be anointed with the Seven Spirits of God....in power. “doing good” = works of true righteousness.

(Acts 10:38 KJV) How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

The Jews of 2000 years ago had Moses and the Prophets.....the “fig tree.” The Jews were the “vineyard” that the “fig tree” was planted in. They were to listen to Moses and the Prophets which testified of Jesus...the Truth. When Jesus spoke to them, they should have been prepared by knowing the Scriptures. With Jesus’ words that he preached to them, they were able to produce “fruit.” But since they did not listen to His words, they did not produce fruits of righteousness....they repented not. Jesus came to seek the fruit from them but found none.

(Luke 13:6 KJV) He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

Now Jesus’ ministry lasted for three years. Jesus is the “dresser of His vineyard.” Yet, he found no fruits of repentance from the Jewish leaders in those three years of preaching to them. They did not repent from their sins and so had no fruits of righteousness....which they could have produced if they really had listened to Moses and the Prophets.

7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

They were given a space for repentance by the preaching of the disciples also.

8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

But as the disciples found out.....many of them were filled with envy and spoke against the preaching of them. They had contradicted and blasphemed the preaching of the Truth.

(Acts 13:45 KJV) But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.
46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.

As John the Baptist preached, they were to bring forth “fruits meet for repentance.”

(Mat 3:8 KJV) Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:

For the “ax” was going to be laid unto the root of the trees....and every tree which brought not forth good fruit was to be cut down and cast into the fire of judgment.

(Luke 3:9 KJV) And now also the ax is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Jesus found only “leaves” on the fig tree......no fruits.

(Mat 21:19 KJV) And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

He found only “leaves”.....the commandments and traditions of men. He found only teachings of men....which made the Scriptures of none effect in their lives.

(Mat 15:8 KJV) This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

They were supposed to “hear and understand” his words.

10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:
11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

Every teaching of the Scriptures which had not been planted by the heavenly Father was to be rooted up. Their labors in the Word were no longer going to produce anything of value to them.

13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

They made the Word of God of none effect through their traditions of men.

(Mark 7:13 KJV) Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

They professed they knew God but they denied him with their works. They did not believe in the words of Jesus that spoke. Their works were disobedient....they contradicted...they opposed...they blasphemed.

(Titus 1:16 KJV) They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

The judgment came upon them because they did not hear the voice of the Lord in Jesus....they did not hear Moses nor the Prophets...nor Jesus whom they testified of.

(Deu 28:45 KJV) Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:

The fruit of their land and all their labors was to be eaten up by a nation that they knew not.......the Gentiles.

(Deu 28:33 KJV) The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

The Gentiles have been that “foolish nation” that has angered them. The Gentiles have been an unintelligent nation when it comes to the Scriptures.

(Rom 10:19 KJV) But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.

Thank you Wheeler, no you are not alone in here I come and read but I dont really want to disturb your flow and theres nothing to really add, you do a great job of covering your basis. Thank you for the time you took, much appreciated.

The leaves on the tree of life specifically interest me (and there are two of them shown in revelation)... The leaves of them are for the healing of the nations what do these specifically signify in your estimation? Or would you regard them as the same as the fig tree leaves? Not sure if you made the comparison as them being regarded as the same or not.

He come seeking fruit (finding none) and says Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever

Mark 11:21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.

Though it does sound like...

Hebrews 6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

Sounds like this as well

Jude 1:12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots

Which is echoed here...

Mark 11:20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

James 3:12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.


Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Would you consider the fig tree the same as the tree of life (after the same respects as you show above) as it pertains to the leaves? If not do you see a difference?

I suppose I was concentrating more in regards to Jesus calling those who abide in Him branches (plurally)) rather then concentrating on a singular branch (as you yourself do show). Though I do understand that its in the singular (as well) even as it pertains to the sceptre of His Kingdom

Sceptre here also can mean branch right?

Heb 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

I consider the tree of life as one and the same here in Revelation 22. To me, this scene is illustrating the open Scriptures. The pure river of the water of life is the wisdom and knowledge that flows out of the opened Scriptures....it brings life to whoever can receive and do His Truth. His Word of Truth is pure. The “leaves” which means “sprout” signifies the teaching of the Scripture of Truth by our Lord Jesus Christ ...who is the branch or sprout....it signifies a “season” ......the “spring” time of the Truth. The season indicates the time of His mercy and righteousness and our remission of sins when the Life emerges after the long, cold winter of the power of darkness that has ruled over the churches. The “river” signifies “time.” The one Tree is shown on either side of the river.

(Rev 22:1 KJV) And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

The tree of life is on either side of the river and in the midst of the street....where the pure river of the water of life flows. His knowledge flows from the Scriptures from beginning to end.....on either side of the river.

2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

His Words are true and faithful....His opening up of the Scriptures is the true interpretation of them.

(Rev 21:5 KJV) And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

He is the beginning and the end.....the same one tree of life is on both sides of the spectrum of time. It is fitting that Genesis begins with the tree of life and Revelation ends with the tree of life.....kind of like bookends that hold it all together. Man was driven out of the garden and the tree of life at the beginning....and man is given the right upon the tree of life at the ending. In Christ Jesus is that tree of life. And here we have the water of life flowing freely from the fountain and connected to the 2 sides of time...the beginning and the end.

6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

The “river” signifies “time” that has passed. As Joseph showed by God’s interpretation of Pharaoh’s dream......the cows came up out of the river. The seven fat cows signified seven years of plenty.....because they came up out of the “river” of time. The seven lean cows that came up out of the river....also signified time..... 7 years of famine.

(Gen 41:18 KJV) And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow:

Another indication that the “river” signifies times is in Daniel. Daniel saw practically the same scene as in Revelation. He saw one man on one side of the bank of the river and the other on the other side.....and there was a man upon the waters of the river. The “river” signifies time.....Daniel is seeing the beginning and the end. The words of the sealed book.....the Bible...will be opened up to understanding in the time of the end.

(Dan 12:4 KJV) But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

It was asked how LONG shall it be to the END of these wonders. The “river” is signifying time. The “man clothed in linen” is a reference to Jesus Christ.....who is upon the water of Life.

6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

The words of the Scriptures have been sealed till the time of the end....when man has the right to go to the Tree of Life.....the opened Scriptures...where the water of life will flow freely and give drink to those who are spiritually thirsty. We have been in the “desert” so to speak.

8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

He is the one Tree of Life at both ends of the time spectrum....the beginning and the end.

(Rev 22:13 KJV) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

The words of the Scriptures have been sealed until the time of the end. But the “gates” of the city will be opened to those who do His commandments....so that they may have right upon the tree of life.....they can receive His knowledge of the Scripture of Truth. They can preach the Scripture in Truth.

14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Those who reject His Truth are on the outside....their own unbelief and love for the things of this current religious world keep them from complete understanding of the hidden mysteries of God that are to be revealed in this end of time.

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

12 fruits = 12 disciples = 12 tribes of Israel = all of Israel....Jews and Gentiles...united in one Tree of Life. We are together going to bear fruit in the Tree of Life...with His knowledge and wisdom of the opened Scriptures. There are 12 months....signifying the year of His acceptance of us. The “leaves” are the teaching of the Spirit of the Lord....we are anointed by Him to preach the gospel to the poor. The “leaves” “heal” the brokenhearted among us. His knowledge and Truth preaches deliverance to the captives....those who are prisoners of men who preach things of the Bible in error....who miss the mark of the Truth. In Luke, Jesus came to “Nazareth”.....which means “sprout, branch”.....the teachings of Truth “sprout” from the Scriptures.

(Luke 4:16 KJV) And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

The “book”.....the Scriptures.....is opened up for our understanding by the Spirit of the Lord.

17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

There are 12 months in a year......the Tree yields her fruit every month.. It is the acceptable year of the Lord.

19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

Yes!!! Thank God Wheeler I heard you! Yes yes yes! I was looking at that verse in Daniel and thinking THAT has gotta fit and you showed it perfectly.

The 12 months was throwing me too, the "acceptable year" Yes! The VISION OF ALL (whereas God spake by the prophets multiplying visions and used similitudes (by them) was as the book SEALED. Christ (of who the scriptures testify) "OPENED HE their understanding to understand the scriptures.

Im thinking in seeing two pictures might also confirm this as well

Going through your post (I so love it!) thank you so much (Thank God really) I was following your reasoning, and posted scripture behind you (as I was seeing it in accord with those things you were saying as well, in case others are reading (as well) like I lurk (as you well know).

Those who reject His Truth are on the outside....their own unbelief and love for the things of this current religious world keep them from complete understanding of the hidden mysteries of God that are to be revealed in this end of time.

Ecc 3:11 He hath made every thing beautiful in **his time**: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

Sorta reminds me of this (the more sure word) in the sense of the day star rising in ones heart

Like two great lights as John was a light (the lesser) and Jesus the true light (the greater) that giveth light to every man. The sun of righteousness with healing in his wings (even as the bridegroom) or as Christ in you (our hope of glory)

Now how I was looking at the two trees being the tree of life was in a sorta "mirrored" fashion, sorta like how AS HE IS so are WE in this world. Beholding as in a glass darkly till seeing face to face (sorta like "awaking in his likeness as it speaks of) given that HE is the tree of life but also the fruit of the righteous (we are being filled with by Him) is considered the same. But I can see how you are drawing this up (makes sense as well)

with His knowledge and wisdom of the opened Scriptures.

The Father seeks them who worship Him in "Spirit and in truth" (as no flesh pleases Him) and we are not in the flesh but in the Spirit if the Spirit of Christ be in us (In Whom we are accepted of Him) and by Whom we offer up spiritual sacrifices.

(John 6:63 KJV) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

And if His words are kept by us as the Truth, we shall bear much fruit. We shall be His disciples....his learners of the opened Scripture of Truth.

(John 15:7 KJV) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

The marriage supper of the Lamb is the Lord’s true sayings. They are the true sayings of God....His opened Scriptures.

(Rev 19:9 KJV) And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Jesus’ words are Spirit and Life to those who can “hear” his testimony....his opening up of the Scriptures.

10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

The “feast” is the opening up of the Scriptures.....where the true sayings of God is understood as He intended. The feast consists of the best of “meats” of the Truth and the finest of wines.....which gladdens the hearts of those who understand.

(Isa 25:6 KJV) And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.
7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the veil that is spread over all nations.
8 He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

Going back to the beginning, there are 2 trees in the garden.....the tree of life and the tree of knowledge. To coin a phrase.....they are two sides to the same coin. There are two ways to read the Bible.....one with a literal mind (the flesh that man reads with where there is no life) and the other way is with the spiritual mind of Christ.....where His words are Spirit and Life. To read the Scriptures with the fleshly, literal eyes is looking upon the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Man has fallen into the same temptation as in the beginning. He has looked upon the “tree” ...the Scriptures....and saw that it was good for food.....it was pleasant to the eyes and a “tree to be desired to make one wise.” Man has desired to privately interpret the “tree” and eat of its fruit. Hence, man has made his own doctrines and commandments and traditions based on his literal understanding of the “tree” of knowledge of good and evil. In other words, man has leaned upon his own understanding of the Scriptures and produced his own works.

(Gen 3:6 KJV) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

The “fig” leaves were sewed together....man takes passages of the Bible and sews them together into doctrines with his own wisdom. He produces his own works....from his own wisdom. Man desires to cover himself with his own works of “righteousness.”

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

We are supposed to wait on the Lord....for His words to be spoken....for His opening up of the Scriptures. We are to be clothed with His heavenly understanding of the Scriptures. Those of the flesh read the Bible by the things that are readily seen....the literal. Those spiritual understandings of the Bible are the things not seen....that the Lord comes to open our minds to....where there will be true Life. We can then be clothed with His righteousness...His understanding.

(2 Cor 4:18 KJV) While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The “earthly house of this tabernacle” of the Scriptures is to be dissolved and leave the spiritual, eternal house to be understood. This building will not be made with man’s hands....not with his own wisdom.


5:1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

I love how this falls into accord with the above (Which things we also speak) 1Cr 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 1Cr 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 2Cr 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Wheeler in this verse above doesnt this pertain to "the flesh" (as the veil) in two ways (perhaps) as we eat His flesh (signified as a veil) and the opening up of a new and living way through it, whereas "our flesh" (which profits nothing) sorta dissolves. Becoming one with Him, the flesh of His flesh (Which saw no corruption) not as our outward man which is perishing (being corruptible) but the inward man is renewed day by day, and like a garment he will "fold us up" and we shall be changed pertaining to (or even by) the Spirit. That was is mortal is swallowed up in life (that the life of Christ revealed in "this mortal" body) because its not (as you pointed out) that we desire to be UNCLOTHED but CLOTHED UPON right? For instance, to be carnally minded = death, The carnal mind is also enmity (or hatred) toward God and he that hateth his brother "abideth in death" (still). The last enemy is also death (even as we were enemies in our minds) right? He puts His enemies "under his feet" (His teaching so to speak) as Mary was "at His feet" hearing His word. So death (even the body OF "this death") is swallowed up IN LIFE (which is the exact opposite of the former) would be as becoming "spiritually minded" which IS LIFE (and peace). As the veil is taken away in Christ (even as in the mind of Christ) Who opens up a new and living way (that we might walk in understanding) of which He gives (and cease from "our own") pertaining to our "own wisdom" and "own understanding". Yes, we are to leave our own fleshly thoughts and ways....our earthly understanding of the Scriptures (with its works of man) and are to joyfully receive His spiritual thoughts and ways in this last day. To be carnally-minded is death....and that is the veil that is done away with. The awakening church is to be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. That spiritual understanding comes from the Scriptures. Once we see past the literalness of the outer word which covers the hidden wisdom....the veil...then we can truly understand Him and walk in His ways and thoughts. His knowledge is before us.....but He has to open the Scriptures up so that we can understand spiritually what is truly being said by our God.....the true sayings of God.

(Col 1:9 KJV) For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

With His knowledge that shines from the opened Scripture of Truth, then we can truly walk worthy of the Lord.....being truly fruitful in every good work and increasing in the spiritual knowledge of God. This is all spoken to a yet-to-be awakened church.

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

The awakened church is to be delivered from the power of darkness and to be translated into the kingdom of His Son. We are to be delivered from carnal-mindedness and its works. We are to be delivered from earthly-minded men and their commandments...doctrines....traditions.

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

We have forgiveness for all our missing-the-mark of His Truth....the forgiveness of sins.

14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:


For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. All have missed the mark of the Scripture of Truth. Man has carnally read the outer word of the Bible and taught others with his own thoughts and ways.......this is missing the mark of the Truth.....the sins. Yet, we are all forgiven for our errors and ways because of the ignorance of the spiritual understanding of the Scriptures.

(Rom 3:23 KJV) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

He comes to open up the Scriptures in this last day....so that we can see how we have badly interpreted the Bible...the missing of the mark. There is remission of sins for our past carnal ways and thoughts.

25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

We have been forgiven for our spiritual ignorance.....and He comes to open up the Scriptures so that we may correct ourselves in His knowledge. But after we receive this revealed knowledge of the Truth, there is no more sacrifice for missing the mark of the Truth....sins....if we continue to sin WILLFULLY. If we continue to preach error after knowing it is carnal-minded error, then there is no more sacrifice for our stubborn ways and thoughts. We are to bring every thought and way into submission to the spiritual Truth of Christ Jesus.

(Heb 10:26 KJV) For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

The awakening church is to be given the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.....by the opening up of the Scriptures to our understanding. Our understanding is to be transformed from the flesh to the Spirit....for the verses of the Bible will be “changed” in our minds. They will be raised incorruptible. What man has corrupted in people’s minds will be destroyed.

(Eph 1:17 KJV) That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

The “eyes of our understanding” will be enlightened. Suddenly, scriptures will shine with new meaning....a “new song.” The old earthly way of reading them will be “dissolved”......the fleshly understanding of the Scriptures will burn away. Once we have that “aha” moment, we will no longer look at certain scriptures in the literalness of the outer word. ......the “cherubim” have kept them hidden from our eyes until the appointed time.

18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

He will enliven us in the Spirit. We were “dead in trespasses and sins”....the churches have missed the mark of the Truth of the Scriptures by earthly understanding. But our sins have been in ignorance....in the flesh.....in the outer veil of the understanding of the Bible. He folds the “garment” up....and our sins go away with the departing of the fleshly understanding.

2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins:
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

He quickens us together with Christ...who is the TRUTH. We are to be raised up together in His heavenly, spiritual understanding of the Scriptures. We are to be of one mind and Spirit in the Scripture of Truth....in the wisdom, knowledge of God.

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Our “works” have been of the fleshly understanding of the Scriptures. We have merely sewed “fig leaves” together to cover ourselves. But in His knowledge, we are to be covered in true righteousness.....in true , spiritual understanding.

I have been studying on the child (a babe still yet carnal) and a son (full age) I have always sorta regarded (even these two) as it pertains to Christ (as the Rock of AGES) after a spiritual truth (which really blessed my socks off) Because to one He cannot speak to "as spiritual" (but as unto babes, carnal, walking yet as men) able only for milk. The other as "perfect" (or as unto the full age) able for strong meat or far more able to receive what the Spirit is saying. Sorta like "two parts" of the same body (if I am wording this correctly) one (still yet carnal, earthly minded) and the other spiritual (heavenly minded) but as one body (either partially formed) of the earth or fully formed (of heaven) over which He is the head and of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.

The older serving the younger in that respect. Does that make sense? Sorta like how Paul could speak unto them (yet carnal) as a man (and in the tongues of men, earthly) but unto them who were perfect he could speak in wisdom (yet not the wisdom of this world) but speaking as unto them who are spiritual (or in some respect) more in the tongues of angels (the heavenly).

I love the way these are worded

Prov 27:23 Be thou diligent to know ~the state~ of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.

Phil 2:19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know ~your state~.

Its even picked up right here in relation to what Jesus is showing (in regards to their condition= "children"= no meat)

John 21:5 Then Jesus saith unto them, ~Children~, have ye any meat? They answered him,No.

Heb 5:14 But strong meat ~belongeth to~ them that are of full age, even those who by ~reason of use~ have their senses exercised todiscern both good and evil.

Mat 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom ~his lord~ hath made ruler over his household, to give them ~meat~ in ~due season~?

Paul as a faithful servant of Christ knows "their condition" (meat being in "due season" Paul reccognizes this)

1Cr 3:2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither ~yet now~ are ye able.

Heb 5:13 For every one that ~useth~ milk is unskilful in the word ~of righteousness~: for he is ~a babe~

1Cr 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

1Cr 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.


1Titus 1:7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding **neither** what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

1Peter 2:2 As newborn babes desire **the sincere milk** of the word, **that** ye **may grow** thereby

Isaiah 3:5 And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself **proudly** against the ancient, and the base against the honourable.

Which sorta reminds me of this dilema he was having with them (acting proudly)

1Cr 4:10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.

Yet returning...

Psalm 145:15 **The eyes** of all wait upon thee; and thou **givest** them **their meat** **in due season**.

Luke 24:30 And it ***came to pass***, as he sat **at meat** with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.

Luke 24:31 And their **eyes** **were opened**, and they **knew him**; and ***he vanished** out of their **sight**.

Their eyes were holden (prior to this) for the specific purpose that theyshould **not** know Him, To me, it very much appears it pertains to an **appointed time** (as meat is giving in whats called "due season") The eyes of their heart were opened speaks to their understanding being opened by Him (as it shows their hearts burning within them) even as it speaks of the eyes of our understanding being enlightened speaking to their ability (given of Him, even able for meat) given specificalle to know and reccognize Him.

So that they no longer know Him "after the flesh"= He "vanished out of their sight" (as they once reccognized Him after prior) nor other men after the same (whether Jew or Greek, male or female slave or free). We are to know one another by the Spirit

We walk by faith not "by sight" and faith looks AT THAT which IS UNSEEN, (seeing Him who is invisible). Which makes sense that the very reason the world cannot receiveth him is because it "seeth Him not" whereas now they (of the faith) see Him... As he said... (which they did not at first understand... "In a little while the world will not see me anymore BUT YOU WILL SEE ME speaking of Christ in us
