CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It was with my church, so we went to a retreat center, where we listened to a guest speaker and attended workshops. We hiked around the mountains a little. It was beautiful! We also ate a LOT because they provided breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks galore.
I felt like I got to relax and talk with people and bond, so that was nice.

Its almost 1:00 AM here and I am at work again. I am just passing the time til 6:30 AM thats what time I get off work
Listening to my CSO talk to me and I have
the Moody Blues cd on the radio playing. Time seems to be passing by fairly quickly. It will be a sweet thing to get off work, mostly because I have two whole days off.
I am going to look into getting a cam for my puter.
Then if anyone wants to converse, we can at least see eachother and know who we are talking to
