:| Dont feel bad. Little unknown fact about me....... (or not as I talk about it so much here)

When I workout I listen to old 80's songs (some of them are movie songs..... like Rocky, R.A.D., No Retreat, No Surrender etc.)

Doesnt matter if I am under the weights, cardio or time on the heavy bag.

Hey, no shame in that game.

I like Michael Bay movies.

I did and then the Bad Boys series stopped. The others are full of holes. Like the goober crying cause Bumble bee is a classic Camaro......... imagine his tears if it had been Bumble Bees TRUE form.

Aside from the Bad Boys series, all Michael Bay movies do is pimp out my childhood. :p

Still better than Quentin Tarantino films..... of course, getting kicked in the face with a steel toe is more pleasant than anything from him.

Hey, no shame in that game.

Nothing says one more set like 80s montage music.

I heard they're looking into another Bad Boys. Armageddon was good, The Island was awesome, Transformers- while full of holes- is still an epic experience, pleasing to the eye, the slow-mo shots, the explosions, the destruction, the camera work, the special effects, the music- everything works together. It won't win any oscars, but it's good entertainment.

I got 13 Hours (Michael Bay's Benghazi movie). The first half is excellent. Didn't have time to finish it yet.

Another random fact: I've been enchanted by peacocks since I was tiny. If you look at the back of the picture you can see a peacock feather popping out of the top of the mirror. In high school I kept one in my locker, and had a vase of them in my dorm room this year. The neighborhood where I grew up has peacocks roaming through it, and it's one of the several reasons I'm a bit emotional about my parents selling our house there.

My grandparents had peacocks on their ranch, they were terrified of people, but we did still manage to collect some of their tail feathers.

No wonder they're terrified of people if everyone they meet wants their feathers...

Another random fact about Miss Stanfordella: She's a very beautiful girl, by that picture.:)

Random fact about you: you're a sweetheart. Thank you. :greenheart:

The peacocks in our neighborhood tend to be skittish, and understandably so since some have been murdered.

They've been friendly with me, though. I do have to contain my enthusiasm to not freak them out.

No wonder they're terrified of people if everyone they meet wants their feathers...

Hopefully most people just gather the feathers that have naturally shed onto the ground rather than plucking them out.

To piggyback off of the peacock stories, at a local zoo (before it turned crappy due to being in a ghetto) they let the peacocks wander freely instead of keeping them in an enclosure. I'm told by my family that we had a picnic at the zoo, and a peacock stole my peanut butter sandwich! :D

We didn't pluck their feathers out, we picked up the ones they shed.

Okay okay, I confess, I know nothing about peacocks! I didn't know they shed their feathers like that and people don't have to pluck them. I've probably seen one in my life, in a zoo and that was probably like 20 years ago. There are not too many peacocks around here.

The North American wild turkey is sort of the American answer to the peacock. Male Turkeys can even display their tail feathers in the same manner.
