Here's how all my favorite characters became my favorite. Some are more random than others.

Tails - the first time happened when I created a series about him. The second time happened while I was playing Sonic Adventure DX a lot.
Bomberman - the first time, while I was playing Bomberman Jetters a lot (trying to complete more of the story mode). The second time, while I'd been watching CPUs battle in Super Bomberman 2. The third time, while I'd been playing Bomberman Tournament some.
Shadow - while I was watching Sonic videos which he was in.
Silver- the first time, after I watched a playthrough of Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games using him. The second time, while watching random Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games series videos.
Miku - after checking out some of her music and liking it.
Ice Climbers - after playing them in the Adventure mode in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Scooby-Doo - both times happened while watching some episodes.
Paper Mario - while playing Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door a lot (trying to complete the story mode).
Toon Link - while watching my brother play Wind Waker and enjoying it. Later, I started playing it too.
Kirby - while playing some of his games.
Sonic - while watching a bunch of episodes of Sonic X.
Pac-Man - while playing through Pac-Man World 3 for the first time.
Samus - happened randomly and suddenly after playing Super Smash Bros. while she was a CPU.

The longest amount of time someone was my favorite: Samus for almost 34 months (I counted wrong before, Tails the first time was actually only about 32 months). The shortest amount of time: Tails the second time for about 2 1/2 months.

Toon Link - while watching my brother play Wind Waker and enjoying it. Later, I started playing it too.

I think I watched my siblings play before I did too.
I liked that Toon Link could crawl every where. Pretty sure I spent a very long time playing on that first island - crawling, breaking dishes and jars, cutting the grass....
I dont think he ever got in trouble for breaking all the dishes in his grandma’s house...

While packing for a trip,I play music that is appropriate for my destination .For example,when I pack for Hawaii, I play Hawaiian Music.

Even though I don't like spiders, the only Sonic character I made up that I use in stories and stuff is Web the Spider. I like him though, he's nothing like a real spider.
