I had my foot ran over too once.

That's so interesting about your ancestry! There's a book written on my family (my Dad's side) as well. I need to get a copy of it. I'm not sure if I've traced a line of my family as far back as a five hundred years in the U.S. though. Maybe one or two, but I think most of them were still in Europe then, but on the verge of immigration.

It's just my mother's paternal line. Interestingly, my father was adopted so we know nothing about his ancestry (except that he is white/European) while we have loads of information about my mother's line.

Luckily, I found a digital copy of the book from the Morman library so I have it on my computer. Familysearch.org is a great website for genealogy.

-Just the smell of cigarette smoke makes me nauseous, before smoking bans were passed, I couldn't even sit anywhere near the smoking section (we had to eat on the other side of the restaurant)
