OK I have a technical question..is there anyway for the page to refresh without having to go back to "favorites' and coming back to see posts? I am new to this...so just wonder if there is an easier way..I hit refresh..and it doesn't show what I wrote.

I've wondered that meself. I usually click on the thread name in light blue after I submit my post if I want to see the last posts.

If you refresh the page that should show all new posts. You can just go back to the main Fab 40's page and then come back in too. It's faster for me that way.
