Anyway, I still sing, but not in the choir, just in the congregation now. My children seem to like my singing but I cannot reach the very high notes anymore. Has anyone else noticed that, with age, the voice changes? (Or is it just me?)

I sang soprano as a teen, I took voice lessons and had a 3 octave range. Now I sing alto, the lower the better. And yes I agree, the older I get the lower I get.

Same here -- I can't hit the same notes I used to be able to even though I sing all the time both with a chior and a worship team. I wonder why this is. Is it a hormone thing?
