random bug infestation

sometime in the past 3 months, a ton of roach type bugs have gotten underneath our refrigerator and have now been multiplying

Yikes! I had a bout with carpet beetles, and it took the pest control guy 3 visits before the problem abated. I pray that you seek a professional pest control person to help with the onslaught; also, be sure to keep your place tidy, just sayin'! Blessings!

I am trying to remember the name of this product....

It is a white powder and you put it in cracks and crevices where no people or animals can contact it, but where the bugs will contact it. Darn. Can't remember the name but you can find it on the net by searching "white powder kills bugs". I once saw a post by a guy who said his older home had many roaches but once he used that stuff, no more problems.
