Answer the question what has that got to do with the days of Adam or Genesis?? The admit that you don't know what laws existed in the past. You see, if nature WAS different, then forget all dating by present nature. Elementary.
No idea what you are babbling about. Obviously you seem desperate to cling to any sort of past that has no actual Jesus creating.Sorry, you have to believe in a same state past assert that. You keep telling us over and over we can't know that past state.
Yes, "if nature WAS different" ---a very big IF.
There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the laws of nature were the same in the past. There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the laws of nature were any different in the past.

There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the laws of nature were the same in the past.
Until such evidence comes to light it is prudent and safe to continue to operate on the hypothesis that these laws were as God recorded for us.
You do it all the time. "The heavens declare the Glory of God, the skies proclaim the work of His hands" Ps. 19:1
You might find it's not necessary to accept the "modern science" of macroevolution the government schools shove down our throat as a fact either.Sorry, you seem to have me confused with an atheist. I see the glory of God in all creation. However, I also see it is billions of years in age and all life is of common descent. It is not necessary to rule God out in order to accept modern science.

In the words of Ben Carson, " “You know what? You win. I believe I came from God, and you believe you came from a monkey, and you convinced me you’re right.”
Close enough. This is a strawman by Dr. Carson. Evolution doesn't state that we came from monkeys. We share a common ancestor.
But since Carson and you and I share a common ancestor that is much more recent than our "monkey" ancestors he just admitted that he accepts common descent. He may have thought that he was being "smart" by trying to insult someone, in actuality he admitted to the reality of evolution and common descent. In the words of Ben Carson, " “You know what? You win. I believe I came from God, and you believe you came from a monkey, and you convinced me you’re right.”
Now, now, we all know that the Noah's Ark story is a morality tale at best. All of the evidence tells us that there never was a worldwide flood. On the Ark.
It depends upon how you define "monkeys". As used today the term is not monophyletic. The split between New World monkeys and Old World monkeys occurred before the split between Old World monkeys and apes. Cladistically we are monkeys. This is a strawman by Dr. Carson. Evolution doesn't state that we came from monkeys. We share a common ancestor.
Sorry. Sea shells on top of the mountains with fossils of land animals below them tells me there was a flood. You must be mistaken. Now, now, we all know that the Noah's Ark story is a morality tale at best. All of the evidence tells us that there never was a worldwide flood.
