qusetion for "creationists"

...Does it really matter if you don't accept the creationist's version of the opening chapter? As long as you believe in Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, isn't that all that counts?

By creastionist, perhaps you mean YEC, because for me anyone that believes in God and is not a atheist is a creationist. That is about 85% of the people. But the Bible says only one third will be saved from every tongue, tribe, nation and people. They say there will be three surprises in Heaven. The people who are there that we did not think would make it, the people who we were sure would be in heaven and are not there, and the third surprise is that we are there.

If you believe in Jesus and follow His teaching, then I image we will be saved. But it is not enough to call Him Lord and not do what He says to do.
