only E rated or like E10+ acceptable? i'd say for xbox yokae laylee (I probably spelt that wrong) is a great game that is a spiritual sucessor to banjo kazooie. in fact both of the classic banjo games are also on xbox. if you get Rare replay you can also nab the viva pinata games which are good fun.

1. Can you make the case for PS4 having good E rated games?

2. What about XBox One?
Yeah. There aren't so many console exclusives these days since cross-platform development has gotten easier.

Yooka-Laylee, Kingdom Hearts, Stardew Valley, and Lego Dimensions are all great options for the PS4

Give me a sec for ps4 i own and have played a metric Ton of games, though if you fancy Jrpg's or more Japanese like games such as the last guardian or Persona, I'd say the ps4 is for you. It also has some of the best horror games in the business im talking alien isolation, I'm talking Resident evil 7 (a must play) I'm talking Siren man was Siren such a good game. though I don't think these will interest you.

I feel Nintendo has better rated E games, like Mario and such, I have no idea about ps4

And I was never into Xbox one
It's not so much that Nintendo has more E rated games as it is that they have less Mature rated games. Everyone wants E rated games on their platform, but Nintendo has historically been more cautious about mature subject matter.

Generally speaking not really. I definitely could however survive. A few examples of games that are E rated: Minecraft, FIFA, LEGO games, racing games.

A personal favourite of mine is called Abzu, a game on the PS4. This is a game I play when I just want to relax and be at peace whilst simultaneously holding the curiosity of a 8 year old, the adventure never ends!
In this game you descend into the mysterious depths of the ocean exploring ancient monuments , an environment full of sea life and beautiful scenery. But that is not all, the music really captivates and makes the atmosphere dreamy and mystical, really awakening that inner child inside of you.

I always thought this was weird cuz If i had to pick the best games the wiiU has to offer I don't think any of the top 3 are rated E (BOTW, wonderful 101, bayonete 2)

If you want safer games then stick with Wii U or any Nintendo product. However alot of games today are not E at all. And if you use Xbox, PS...etc you will pretty much never see a E game. If you really and to be safe just use Steam on PC. They have millions upon millions of games. And many of them are super family friendly.
