I did discover some places where it's no longer available due to it's mercury content.

Tincture of iodine is still available. It’s an effective germicide, but it stings when applied to a wound. Iodoform is a thick iodine-based cream that doesn’t hurt, but is messy and stains the skin an orange-brown color. The most commonly used topical antiseptic these days is Betadine—the brand name for povidone-iodine. Which is a combination of iodine and polyvinylpyrrolidone. It’s a brownish liquid that kills skin bacteria and (in most people) doesn’t irritate a wound. It’s typically used before surgery. It’s painted on the area of skin where the incision will be made. The ledgend mill says, that the ring finger has a vein that goes directly to the heart, so it is the ring finger for marriage....Rubbish! Every one of our fingers is connected directly to our heart. Lol!. Use any finger. Just don't take it off, lol.

I got a job one time at an HVAC company and they asked me if I wore a wedding ring and if so would I not wear it? Blew my mind, lol. Ok so it wasnt that they had a cheaters network set up but that, I would be working on high voltage roof top units and poking around inside the cabinet with me electric meter and such (with a metal Ring on my finger!) is inviting trouble. The higher the voltage, the farther it will jump. These units are mostly 460 volts! I took it off!

Prolly the same. The small opening of the spout on top is not enough airflow to make a significant difference.

That's what most people think. I did too before I got into learning HVAC. You see, heat flows from hot to cold and the greater the temperature difference, the faster the flow.

SO in wintertime the colder it is outside, the faster the inside heat will flow out. So the furnace runs more often. In the summertime it is hotter outside the house so the heat will flow into the house.

So the answer is (and I have demonstrated this) is that they essentially freeze at the same time. When the you first start and one hot one cold glass of water is put in the freezer, the temperature difference is greater in the hot glass so it loses heat faster on the meter than the cold glsss of water does. Then when they get closer together in temp the hot glass stops flowing heat as fast and they come to equilibrium. Same time.

I take mine off because my knuckles don't hold the ring on very tightly. One time, I was throwing a football with my kids and my wedding band flew off. It took me about 10 minutes to find it. When I'm wearing my cross necklace, I will thread my ring through the chain.

I’ve picked cantaloupe and left it to sit and it’s sweetened up. Not sure what they mean. Maybe picking a cantaloupe that is not ready to be picked. *shrug*

Yes,that is if they are picked to soon. What I've gotten lately are not ripe. They are hard and you can't scoop the meat. I left a few out but it did no good.

Well if you can, go to a fruit market or stand. They will show you what to feel for as far as how the fruit feels. It should give a little and you should smell the aroma of the fruit. You should also see the peachy color on the skin with very little green. If you feel you got a mature enough fruit, that needs to ripen/sweeten up, sit it in the sun till you start seeing those characteristics I described and it should be fine.
