How many of you guys belong to a nondenom church that speaks in tounges. I'm just curious because most of the ones that I've encountered do, but I've heard that that there are more that don't.

You must have misunderstood what I was saying because This^^^ is the type of tongues we speak in TO OURSELVES ...........when you do it that way you don't need an interpretortwistedsketch said:Here's where it comes from:
"What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church. If anyone speaks in a tongue, two--or at the most three--should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret. If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and God." - 1 Cor 14:26-28
Yes, but we are talking about tongues in church.alexeeah said:You must have misunderstood what I was saying because This^^^ is the type of tongues we speak in TO OURSELVES ...........when you do it that way you don't need an interpretor![]()

Greetings from a sunny South Africa Our "non-denominational" can not speak in tongues although a big number of "churches" attending a gathering do.fiveinjuly said:How many of you guys belong to a nondenom church that speaks in tounges.
