There was a theologian or pastor in the past (I don't recall which) whose office / study was visited by a chap while the cleaning lady dusted. He was awestruck being there and wondered how this pastor / theologian had such a great ministry for the Lord.
The cleaning lady said something like this is how, kneel in front of the desk and put both elbows on the desk... put your face in your hands and start weeping for the lost souls...
