Was just wondering what is a good option if I am so anxious and depressed everyday i think suicidal thoughts constantly but am not in a crisis situation exactly.... I am waiting for my counselor to be reassigned and going to look into getting CBD oil(the legal kind) but other than that I'm just not doing anything to fix the problem. I bet no one ever knew social anxiety could cause suicidal depression but I think that's the root. I feel like I really really can't deal with people. I tell my bf and friends and stuff but I don't think they get how bad it is. It' only getting worse the more I am around people the more stress and down I get.
I've tried self help cbt I'm bad at it. I feel like I got too many other problems to deal with socializing and it's like Everytime I go out in public other people are an extra Hassel. Their mean comments and expecting me to smile and behave a certain way to fit it. I just feel like I'm going crazy everyday in society.
Any proactive things I can do. I am tired of feeling overwhelmed just because of socializing.
