  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Actually,no; I don't adhere to your opinion of rev or of rom 11.

Can we agree that rom 11:26,27 was a quote from Is 59?

Then the question that must be asked is what salvation and deliverence Is 59 was referring to?

Do not attempt to impose our opinions if the meaning of rom 11 onto Is 59, but vice versa.

There is/always was a salvatiin from the law of sin/death by faith in the Goodness of the creatir; the goodness if life and of the coming of the promised seed of Eve to eradicate any shame & seperation from ones maker.

But at his coming in Christ, he delivered a new way of peace & truth. As the believers of the new way and followers of Christ left the emptiness and oppression of the law, those who remained enslaved to this law & their rabbis & prestige and rejected the authority of Jesus over life became offensive towards the freed by truth & faith.

How would the followers of the way of live, peace & truth be delivered and save from the persecutors & haters who were enslaved by the law. Thats what Is 59 (and many other passages) was prophecying.

I have studied plenty.

I've covered the topic of Rom 11 in a blog at fulfilledprophecystudies.wordpress.com.

feel free ti investigate.

You're not obligated to believe a word of my ramblings . It's my stauros to carry .

Greetings dear brother Notrash , had our brother not posted , " the end time to come " , this one would have been content to glean any new " Good News " held by those with the power to " buy & sell " . Your repetitive attempt at connecting " salvation " ; you said ; " I agree and added that even Heb 9:28 referred to the same "salvation" by deliverence & judgement through the Romans that Paul had explained in rom 11:26,27 with those verses being sourced from Isaiah 59."
I can't let this slide !
With over 2,000 posts , you are reading a very crummy version of Scripture , you don't read a great deal or something else , I don't care to or would not judge .
I say ; In a verse ; http://biblehub.com/isr/acts/2.htm 41Then those, indeed, who gladly received his word, were immersed. And on that day about three thousand beings were added to them.
4:4But many of those who had heard the word believed, and the number of the men became about five thousand.
I believe these verses as TWO WITNESSES .

http://biblehub.com/isr/romans/11.htm
26And so all Yisra’ĕl shall be saved, as it has been written, “The Deliverer shall come out of Tsiyon, and He shall turn away wickedness from Ya‛aqoḇ,

27and this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”a

In my novice attempt to savvy Scripture , I failed to connect any of your showcased verse as ; " ... , making all haste to write to you concerning our common deliverance, I felt the necessity to write to you urging you to earnestly contend for the belief which was once for all delivered to the set-apart ones. "

Please my brother , read my lips . I read , The Revelation of YAHshua ( Elohim " YAH's , salvation" ) as what our brother , Webster defines , " revelation " it is in English ! The first three chapters are fulfilled prophecy , they receiving Elohim's judgments almost 2,000 years ago . 22:18-19 are warnings .
The remainder is a 19 chapter idiom , an ABSTRACT picture of our Almighty Infinite Creator Elohim , YAH !

The all in ALL .

May our Master bless you & all entrusted to your care .

Hallelu-YAH .

How do Prets see the 'little season' of Rev 20:3, when Satan is loosed for a short time? Is it past or future? :|

Also, how does your view of the 'little season' differ from the Amil view of it?

You interpret this according to the standard modus-operandi of Gods character in evangelizing the world. In this case the little season is linked to the second coming which has now been delayed second by second for 2,000 years.

Look at the fall of Jerusalem as an example. God canvassed Israel for exactly 40 years to bring his elect into the New Covenant His first level of evangelization. Next He started putting Pressure on the remaining populace in order to bring them into the kingdom when the terrorists began the war with the Romans. Paul said they had a hardness of heart and this is how God dealt with it – he softened them with tribulation. For three years the people of Jerusalem lived under the murderous terrorists in the city (no Romans present) - it was a time of intense horror. This was the first level of high pressure.

Next at Passover of 70 AD Titus came with an army of about 80,000 in order to retake the city. Now the city came under the next level of super intense tribulation. The siege of Titus lasted for 136 days according to the time-line of Daniel and the war was finally over on the 1,335th day. God said he would shorten the war for the sake of the elect. The elect being those who came into the kingdom during the tribulation of Jerusalem. If we only knew the facts I think we would discover a mini revival during that time which was driven by the Christians who did not leave the city but stayed on during the terrible tribulation. The purpose of tribulation throughout history has been to direct people to the Kingdom and not punishment as God takes no pleasure in punishing the ungodly. Nor is he willing that ANY should perish.

The entire book of Revelation is the same as it describes what life is going to be like under the New Covenant. There are going to be wars, and all kinds of tribulation brought on to an unbelieving world in order to get them to repent and to be able to see and enter the kingdom of God. John says that Satan will be released from being bound at the end of the Church age represented by the term “Thousand years” in order to stage a Global persecution of the Church. He was only “bound” so he could not do this one thing. This is Gods last ditch effort to divide humanity into one of two groups - believers and non believers. Lukewarm Christians will have to decide which way to go. There will be no longer this massive Grey area like we have today. This short global persecution will divide mankind into one group or the other. You will either be a sheep or a goat – there's nothing in between.

This is how Gods plan of Evangelizing the world works and not like the Futurists believe from a seat of absolute power and authority. So all of those who are camped out on top of Revelation 20 are in for a big shock because persecution and martyrdom will continue until Jesus comes again – just at the end of the “Little Season.”
