Why do you reject it is there scripture against it, are there scripture that says us being alive defines intercession, is there scripture that says the holy spirit doesn't intercede for saints in the presence with God. You guys may help and explain your views with scripture and I would gladly respond.

Did anyone do such intercessory in the scripture?
can't answer a question with a question :) and also theres different forms of intercession like Job getting intercession from angels Job 33:23
Genesis 21:17-18 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven, and said to her, “What troubles you, Hagar? Fear not; for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. [18] Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him fast with your hand; for I will make him a great nation.”
And we know that angels pray to God for us:
Zechariah 1:12-13 Then the angel of the LORD said, `O LORD of hosts, how long wilt thou have no mercy on Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these seventy years?' [13] And the LORD answered gracious and comforting words to the angel who talked with me.
but basically im asking is there any indication in the Holy scripture that states only the living intercede for us and that the holy spirit only intercede for Christians on earth.

The saints that died in Christ also intercede before God, but we don’t actively pursue intercessory with them because no one did that in the scripture and there’s no guidance given to do that. Like when Stephen was killed, did other believers do intercessory with Stephen?

The scripture you mentioned they did intercessory with those angels/spirits after they saw that angel/spirit. But it doesn’t say they did the intercessory with them before they appeared to them. They cried out to God and God sent the angel/spirit to intercede. In the same manner, we will do intercessory with them after/when/if they come and appear to us.

of course intercessory with saints isn't what we just go and try to do we do in the manor to please God 1 Timothy 2:1-3 if you advocate that intercessory with saints is false gotta substantiate why :) and no pretty obvious "Stephen" is a canonize saint we don't try to intercede with believers who we aren't certain was a true believer in Christ.

I actually quite content in knowing that I have a Great High Priest who lives eternally to make intercession for us. If that is true we do not need any other intercessors, do we?
Jesus is our mediator why would Paul say intercede if it was pointless 1 Timothy 2:1-4 intercession is not equated to Jesus mediation yk that right?

I'm pretty certain St Stephen is celebrated in the Oriental Orthodox Church. He certainly is in the Eastern Orthodox, Catholic and Anglican Churches.

Not much love shared among members of your faith community is there. Its just you and God.
The Church I belong to is a communion of love that trancends time and space and even the grave. All members of Christ's body are interceding for each other out of love, whether they are this side of the grave or the other.

First, of course, Paul was referring to saints living on earth and talking physically with each other, not some dead saints who were transformed into demi-gods. Second, why bother praying to dead folks who may or may not actually be able to intercede with God when we have the assurance that Jesus Christ is seated at God's right hand, interceding for His saints forever?

You are certainly free to hold that opinion if you wish.

Intercessory is a two way participation. So it is actively done with whom we have with us, to send our requests from earth to heaven before God. Saints are not with us. They are not omnipresent. If we feel/see/believe their spirit is with us, then we can do intercessory with them.

I’m pretty sure Stephen is a true believer in Christ. So it doesn’t matter whether he is canonized or not.

And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and with golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Since the Bible reveals that the saints in heaven offer our prayers to God, it’s reasonable for us to pray to them—that is, to make our requests known to them and ask them to pray to God for us. Defending the Prayers of the Saints
