Which reminds me of a story:

Descartes was in a French pub drinking with friends, and the hour became late. He arose to leave, and one of his friends said indignantly, "Oh,
René, don't be a wet blanket! Have another!"

Descarts replied equally indignantly, "I think not!"

... and disappeared.

hey I got another question. What do y'all think of Dr Wayne Grudmen and Dr Norman Geisler ?

I like some of his opinions but mostly, I lean toward Calvinism.

Geisler is a master at couching Arminianism in Calvinistic terminology so that people won't realize how Arminian he really is. He says he believes in Total Depravity but actually doesn't. He says He believes in election but says God chooses us because He looks down through time and sees that we choose Him. He believes in Universial atonement. He rejects irresistable grace. He believes in the preservation of the saints but not the perseverance of the saints. So he is a 1/2 of one point Calvinist. (Which is a 4 and 1/2 point Arminian. But he acts like he is a moderate Calvinist. LOL

Grudem & Geisler are great systematic theologians. I would agree Geisler needs to be avoided on Calvinism/Arminianism subject. He really seems to have a blind spot he is unwilling to admit to. Otherwise, both are top quality.

I got a question but it's not about theologians I created a thread on this but I would like a answer. Is the Institute of creation research (ICR) King James onliest ? I know that (from what I have read) that Dr Henry Morris ( the founder) was KJV only .Any answers???
