Here's a better translation:

Our Father in Heaven,
hallowed be Your name,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done,
on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us today our daily bread,
and forgive us the wrong we have done
as we forgive those who wrong us.
Subject us not to the trial
but deliver us from the evil one.
Matthew 6:9-13

~No matter what the precise words, remember, Jesus said "This is HOW you are to pray..."

are we under law like Jesus was... are we jews...

we get to pray much bolder than they... closer relationship

Gal 4:6-7 we are sons... they were never called sons

Could this be a prayer intended for the tribulation? The surrounding verses seem to be aimed toward the time of kingdom establishment. Could the evil one be the anti christ?

If you were a simple sheep following your Shepherd and He were to walk towards an area of temptation or trial, wouldn't He then be leading you into that temptation? Why would a benevolent Shepherd do so? 1- It could be, much to your objections, that you need to be tested. 2- You didn't pray to Him to keep you from that trial and "You have not because you ask not."
