When I was dealing with the Hersey Hunter crowds back in the '90s and early '00s, we used to laugh when all the HH websites would list all the other HH websites as false prophets and false teachers... good grief. They would start wailing at each other like dogs in a dog fight. Once you have investigated these folks, you will learn they do more harm than good. Billy Graham is on these lists, and just about everyone else in the Christian world. If you are or ever become famous or noteworthy...you will undoubtedly end up there, too. A little discernment goes a long way with these.

She even went after Operation Christmas Child! How can you be against that?

If someone says someone else is wrong, I am waiting for the person to tell me exactly what is supposed to be wrong, and what scripture is the person's basis for criticizing the other person. So, if she just says blah-blah about someone but gives no exact quote and scripture . . . my attention needs to be elsewhere.

Be very careful how much someone is guiding your attention. Make sure you are submitting to God and how He guides our attention.

And . . . with God guiding us >

"Test all things; hold fast what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:21)

This includes testing what even gets our attention. Be very careful about using a lot of time to try to investigate some person you don't even know. Because it is possible there is nothing really clear the person says, and you could get a very long runaround.

And numbers of people approving someone can mean nothing. There are plenty of people ready to fall in love with someone they don't even know. I think all the divorces are evidence of how so many people can fall for someone and they do not even know who they are marrying. So, yes we have certain public ministers who can get more than one person to fall for them

My lady friend has Joyce on a lot; so I have gotten acquainted with her message and outreach ministry. One thing, in her case, is she speaks about how she has been growing . . . including getting major correction. So, if someone criticizes her about what she did or said five years ago . . . you might be out-of-date.

So . . . perhaps you could do well to give us some one thing that is an issue, and we can evaluate this, or give us some specifics, in any case.

Listing all those names can get pretty busy without even having specific facts and claims. Instead, evaluate one thing that matters the most, maybe.
