When you open a new post you can just click the circled icon and you'll get a pop-up thingy ...

Put the URL of an image already uploaded to the internet in the pop-up thingy, hit Okay, and yer good to go.


Orrr, and this is the better option for large images ...

When you open a new post scroll down below the text box and click Manage Attachments. (Please note: Forum is not equipped with red circles and arrows despite my pleas.) Follow the prompts.
