Yep, one of my favorite newer tv shows is getting the ye ole axe after 13 episodes of the second season.

I'm not giving up without a fight. I signed an online petition to keep it on the air, and I wrote to ABC asking them to reconsider. There have been many other shows in the past that started out with low ratings but due to audience demand, remained on the air and grew in popularity over the years. Shows like The X-Files, Touched By An Angel & The Family Guy. I know there are several Pushing Daisies fans here, so I implore you to sign the online petition and also to contact ABC and let them know how you feel.

Thank you. :)

Yup, there is still the slightest little teeny chance that, if the rest of the episodes perform well, it could get picked up.... but it's not very likely. Still, I'll fight for its survival. This was the best new show of the past two seasons, and I'm afraid the writer's strike last year was its death.
