Are you guys and girls hitting on the Church because you're jealous of the fact we have coffee and donuts after the Mass?

So this thread is a different angle, not really about the usual praying to Mary idea, but isn't the repitition contrary to what Jesus said?
Isn't it in and of itself very uncreative?
Isn't God worth a little effort and a fresh new idea, and new things each day?
Oooops..forgot...the Rosary is not really about him, because the priorities are established in the ratio, where the beads are, so is the heart. Why not reverse the ratio?
We have a full spread of Greek, Russian, Georgian or Arab food nearly every Sunday.
Come on Sunday!
In the EO, we have much more substantial food after liturgy. We haven't eaten since midnight (and usually we don't get communion until almost 11-12 hours later). We are usually starving by then, so we have a lot more food than just donuts. We go through lots of coffee too since we haven't had any of that either.
It can be a bit rough when you get up very early to prepare something really good to add to the spread.
And the Word of God is always good spiritual food to feed on!If it's food, then it will always be great!
