Hello! First i will start by saying greetings in the name of Jesus.

Here's my problem in short. However weird this may sound, certain movies are prophetic to my life. Like the characters represent certain people within my life and myself and situations for years to come. They are symbolic. This is NOT spam. But i think God just did this to give me a light. I don't quite understand it, yet it doesn't take away from the source. But sources show that i will never get to be with the one that i love. Actually dozens of sources show they she goes with, "the other guy" and we become enemies. The sources are very reliable, so it is a 9 out of 10 chance that it will be this way. I know this may sound like spam and it has nothing to do with God, but it is just my walk, and it is prophetic, i don't understand it, yet this is just a small thing. I'm sure millions of people have a "special source" that God has given them to aid in their walk. This is just mine. But back on the subject, it makes me sick seeing this with my eyes. I don't know what to do. I actually HATE that i ever came across this. Because it cannot be undone. Anyway, what i ask you to do is PRAY PRAY PRAY that it CAN be undone. Anyway, God bless you.

Sooo... you're putting your faith in a man-made movie and not God? I don't understand it either, and I don't believe that it is prophetic. Movie characters may seem like people in your own life, because in non-fantasy movies, the characters are actually deliberately written to resemble real people so that the audience can relate to them. Even in fantasy movies there're elements of that. It's manufactured. There is a literary term for that, even, that aspiring authors learn if they care to train themselves. Along with learning how to develop good plots and characterizations and work with themes, etc. (Did you not ever take a literature class in high school?) That's just how writing stories that resonate with people work. Any resemblance you see to your own life is coincidental, not prophetic.

If you are interested in the True Author (that would be God) of your faith, read the bible. It has plenty of plot and drama for you, including people who may be going through the same things as you are now, have in the past, or will in the future. Don't go to sources, go to The Source - which is God, through his word, which is the Bible. Not a movie.

Once you get your spiritual head on straight, then we can talk about this girl.

All of prophecies concern about the plan of Salvation, so your personal situation with your mate is not shown in prophecies for sure.
Where my girlfriend lives there are many mediums and spiritisst, and often these persons stop you on the street saying "your boyfriend/girlfriend is going to do evil to you", and she thought that those were "prophetical signs", also because one of these "prophets" was her own grandma; so she started to fight against me in crazy panic ways crying and screaming and and treating me very bad and blocking me from contact list, etc..
Only actions can be judged, we cannot judge by interpreting as a "prophecy" what a movie says or what a medium says.

most people do not understand what true love really is; the world's view of love is 'i love you and i need you', which is essentially 'i love me, and i love what you do for me or what i think you can do for me'. True love is selfless; focused on the good of the one loved. so if you haven't spent quality time with this lady, you don't know if you love her - you may be in love with who you think she is based on what you think she will do for you.

God has not forgotten about you; He knows better than you do who is best for you - and you may not have even met her yet. put your trust in God, seek His Love first place no matter what, and you won't miss out on His best for you. the Bible is the Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth - not movies, and not an additional source - it's THE Source of wisdom in this earth; don't let your yourself be led by anything else or you will miss His blessings

As christians we will all be with the one we love in the end, Jesus. He has promised us the Kingdom of Heaven. We will be with God, our Father who loves us with a divine love far above anyone we can imagine.

So not sure what this is all about.

I'm in agreement with this poster. Many movies are made to sell to certain types of people. They'll have a certain type of characters in certain situations that are based on many everyday problems/issues that many of us face. That's why they seem so familiar.

Think of songs you've heard on the radio. How many times have you heard someone say "oh, that's MY song!"? That's because they can closely relate to the story within the song, but the writer was writing about his own experiences - not theirs.

I watched a video a few years ago of a fan who'd been stalking John Lennon's home a few years before his death. John, who seemed to have compassion toward many fans, went out to speak to this person. The person told him that one of his songs had told of his life and he was somehow certain that Mr. Lennon knew this. Of course, he didn't, and he explained as much. He ended up inviting the person into his home, giving him something to eat a ride home, etc.

You're not the first person to ever have feelings like this, so don't be hard on yourself for it. However, you must also face the realization that this is merely coincidence and nothing more. If you're unable to separate what's happening from reality I'd also recommend seeing a mental health professional who can help you. I see them too for some things, so there's no shame in it.

I'll pray for you. By all means, read and study your Bible and listen to what the Lord says.

God bless you.

It may be that you are obsessing over this. I know exactly where you are coming from when you say it feels prophetic. I got a job somewhere where I thought God wanted me to witness to a certain person (saw Bible verses, numbers, dreams, etc. that I thought were signs from God telling me to talk to him). I secretly hoped that I would bring said person to the Lord and we would be together. Writing it out and looking at it makes me feel silly and helps me see the truth from my thoughts/feelings. There ARE such things are coincidences. I keep seeing the number "55" everywhere. Doesn't mean anything, right? I try to connect everything that happens with God and somehow think He's trying to tell me something. Then I tell myself God's got more important things to do than drop my a few hints about someone I have a crush on. See where I'm getting at?

My kindest advice for you is to stop feeding yourself with the belief that this is prophetic before you get yourself in too deep. Once you fall there, it's hard to get out. Believe me. Been there, done that.

*God uses His Word/ Holy Spirit to give us "light"/knowledge/prophesy etc.

I don't quite understand it, yet it doesn't take away from the source.

* True sources being God and His Word.

But sources show that i will never get to be with the one that i love. Actually dozens of sources show they she goes with, "the other guy" and we become enemies. The sources are very reliable, so it is a 9 out of 10 chance that it will be this way. *Selecting a potential spouse is based upon what is revealed in scripture...potential spouse:
should have a sincere faith in the Lord and
His Word... other "essentials":

Deuteronomy 6:5
Philippians 4:6-9

Matthew 6:33
2 Corinthians 6:14
2 Timothy 2:22
Romans 12: 9-21
Hebrews 13:4
Ephesians 4:32
Ephesians 5:28-31

Our guide/ source for life and godliness--
God, His Holy Spirit and His Word/Bible.

Jesus didn't teach his disciples to look to anything in
this world to be our "special source"... let's not do that either.

Relax.

If there is a "special someone" and it is true love, no force in all the earth can stop it. . . might be a 20+ year quest to finally be together against seemingly insurmountable odds & your youths may be gone & bodies ravaged by time, war, and trials . . . but when you are finally together it is wonderful &. . . . well, just speaking from experience, worth the struggle.

But then, I am talking about true love, this kind of thing does not happen every day
