Yes, he is..always and forever...sometimes it seems he withdraws from us, but sometimes he is testing us....Trust that he still hears and sees you always...

I am learning to get used to the quiet times.
Just makes me look forward to hearing from Him again.

I am doing good..... service was good. God still has us going to different churches. we never know which one until right before the service and then God shows us which one. We went to a Pentecostal church in town that we were not sure what to expect. But the pastor preached the same word God had been giving us all weekend. He even used one of the same passages from the bible in his sermon.

I love it when that happens...just confirmation again and again...

I find that sometimes when I fast things get utterly silent for the first few days and then all of a sudden it is like a double dose......

Yes.....Yes.......that is how it usually happens...and when it comes, it comes.....

Noticed that too, used to expect to feel closer while fasting , but seems to be days later as you said.

I had a fun day a few days ago... The Lord was answering questions that I have been asking about for a few years...the words came so fast that I was flipping back and forth through my bible and scribling notes like one of those movies where the scientist gets a eureka and is scribling formulas and stuff all over the place....

I was sleeping and then I woke up to pray and god had layed on my heart to watch Mahesh Chavda online earlier tonight and I never got past the worship part of the service because The Holy Spirit kept having me rewind and listen again to the worship.....

the worship leader at Mahesh Chavda's church is really starting to hit his stride.. he is starting to remind me of Lindell Cooley from a few years ago at Brownsville.

Anyway , this whole weekend has been interesting..... a week ago Sunday , God led us to visit a pentecostal church here in town that we had not been to ever before. After the service during the prayer time a guy there felt led to approach me and talk to me. Anyway , God gave him and his wife a word for us and they had us over to their house to visit Friday night while the boys were at Youth group.....

It was a divine appointment... Anyway him and his wife were 100% right on and shared with us for about an hour and a half several scriptures and words that God had told them to tell us. it was one of those times where I took it all in and am still meditating upon it all......... Then Saturday morning , this other three hour long word/bible study with the Holy Spirit hit.....This weekend was like a 3 credit university course at bible college......Except it is the school of The Holy Spirit... I feel like I was cramming for exams all weekend......

So tonight at yet another church , The pastor preached the same subject that the couple talked to us about on Friday night and confirmed some things..Of course , I don't think he knew about us....I just played it cool and didn't say anything to him. he knew He was in the Spirit preaching what God wanted him to preach. I figured he didn't need to know it was also confirming things for us.....

Spirit led pastors are used to that anyway....
