I will lift my eyes to the Maker

Thank you for this word sister!!! This helps so much!! And I'm thinking about going to the International House of Prayer and starting to study there.. why? Hear anything about that? I'm also wondering if I should stay in town or work with my cousin in LA.. hmm.. Thanks sister! VERY VERY encouraging and uplifing! TOTALLY the Lord!

Hi,

I had this interesting dream a while back and was wondering if anyone has a word on it.. Here's my dream.

I dreamt that I went to a shopping complex (mall) i (normally go to this one in real life).. What striked me as bizarre was the fact that I took off my shoes and placed them inside and near the entrance door.. After I had walked in a bit, I then saw a surge of people entering this same entrance door. The people that entered was so many.. Later I came back to retrieve my shoes that I had left at the entrance door but I couldn't find them I felt so naked without my shoes they had gone.. What I had found was the the surge of people that entered the doors had kicked my shoes out of the way.. As a result it had got lost that way.. I tried to find my shoes and even rang up someone, I think it must of been the next day (who is my former teacher in real life) as they had been at the mall the day i was there.. I remember ringing this person at 6 AM and hearing a ring tone for a few seconds, but then I was too scared to follow through and simply hang up the phone..

What was interesting is the fact that I took my shoes off..

First of all, the mall represents a place where a lot of people go. So we can say that this is a place where you can minister to a lot of unbelievers. The fact that you took your shoes off, represents Holy Ground as well as the fact that your shoes represent the things in your life that are holding you back in your spiritual walk. Or things you are dealing with daily. Through ministering to the unbelievers you will end up growing much more into the Christian that God is calling you to be. Which is why when you go to get your shoes they ar gone. Because you have gotten rid of the things in your life that were holding you back by the word of your testimony. See...the people kicked your shoes out of the way...and in a sense...they did. They helped you get rid of the things holding you back. You called your teacher because you were trying to hold on to the things that God helped you get rid of...your shoes!! You are trying to put back on the things that God removed. But....do not be alarmed....with God's help you get through it!!

Hello Eurasia,
Nice to meet you btw! And, wow...I's so love to see Australia...been a dream since childhood. But, I may have to wait for a new dawn!

Anyways, I read and reread your dream. Now, I would think first the "where" was not that important in the dream. You taking your shoes off...brought to mind when Moses was told to remove his shoes in Gods presence. So, I believe you were trying to be in HIS presence so you "did" take your shoes off.

But, we are living in "this real world" and those who live here and do not know the Lord...just came into your space and "tried" to keep you from your shoes..or "your walk with Him" was trying to be interupted. Then, you searched for your shoes because your mission "is not" complete. So, you had gone to "call" God and ask Him where your missing "time with Him" had gone. And, you should "continue" to try to contact Him. Seems like He is telling you that He has something to say to you...so next time..."Don't hang up and be fearful" because the enemy is using your fear to keep you from a wonderful close experience with YOUR LORD!

And, that is what I saw while I read your dream. Hope that helps! This is our "practicing thread" on dreams and prophecy...and I am learning to walk with Him in this area...because I have always felt this calling on my life. And, I had been fearful...until now! So, maybe that is why "your" dream hit me right away. Seems like a road I have traveled too. Be blessed sister, and if this makes no sense to you...no worries...like I said...we are all learning. Praying that I did bring you His word...and "not" my own. In His amazing love for us all, hannah
