Lol....I don't know if I want to go through my twenties again...now that I think about it. 30 might not be so bad...rofl!!

yep, 30's was a good decade for me...so far 40's aren't too bad. Just can't believe I AM in my 40's!

I have witnessed only a few prophecies that fit the biblical model and a whole lot that were little more than fortune telling. I also know that when Joseph interpreted dreams, he didn't need to know the dream, God gave him that as well as the interpretation. To that end, there have been two things that have been weighing heavily on my heart and mind and soul. What then does that HS tell you for me? How do I proceed? If the HS is flowing than some answers should also be forthcoming, should they not? Even if I don't tell you what is weighing on me? What prophecy does God give you all for me?

I understand your skepticsism, as I do not like the idea of fortune telling as well. The only thing I have to go by is the Holy Spirit's prompting.

I believe these scriptures are for you.

" Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it." Isaiah 30:21

"In his heart man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." Proverbs 16:9

"He grants peace to your borders and satisfies you with the finest of wheat." Psalm 147:14

"He provides food for those who fear; he remembers his covenant forever." Psalm 111:5

I feel as though the Lord wants you to be happy in all that He has given you. To not worry about tomorrow for he holds the outcome in His hands.

I feel a wooing in my spirit...as if someone is going through great pain.....and agony!!! May God's peace that passes all understanding come and fill your empty places!! May His grace rain on you till you overflow!!

Interesting, not very helpful, but interesting and very scriptural, that is lacking in many of the prophecies I have witnessed, though not all. Thanks, I'm anxious to see what else the Lord might offer through you all. Maybe something that fits what is going on.

Actually...they spoke to me as well. I try to let God guide me through scripture...since that is the guide post He left behind for us to follow. You never know...maybe it was something for you in the future. Sometimes I can receive a word...and it makes no sense at the time...and then I encounter something in the future that it was for.

Be blessed and I hope God reveals to you the direction you need to go friend!!

I felt led to write this for us as a whole...

"Whatever the need of the moment, the answer is to be found in Scripture, if we take the time to search for it. Whatever we are feeling, whatever we are suffering, whatever we're hoping, the Bible has something to say to us."

You speak of God's direction and trust and what we might need in the future, and you speak rightly. In fact, not all that long ago these passages would all have been welcomed ministries to my dry and thirsty soul. Today, however, trust in God's provision is not an issue for me. I am at peace and joyful in what and where and how God is moving. I look forward to His love and provision as we move on in life. Will the issue come up again, most likely, any time we experience struggles, we question, if even for a brief second, but God is indeed good and the blessings of provision have been unbelievable, Praise the Lord.

I am interested however, in a biblical type prophecy that addresses the things on my heart and mind today.

Father...I thank you Lord for creating such a special person. Thank you Lord that your word will not return void. Thank you Lord for the things we understand and the things we don't. Lord...I present my friend to you God. You know what is on her heart. You knows what she goes to bed with on her mind every night. Lord....maybe this is just a time for you to love on her God. You are the Alpha and the Omega. You are all knowing and all powerful. God, we just humbly ask that you fill her with whatever it is that she is seeking. Thank you Lord...in Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Are you guessing or allowing the Spirit to lead?

To ease your mind, a decision is involved, but it is much more than that, that is only a miniscule part of the whole issue.

And btw, we do suffer lack of food and material things, but that is nothing but an opportunity for God to provide. In other words, nothing but a thing.

Razz...why are you making people jump through hoops? You came in here guns blazing, condemning, then turn and ask for a word, when you get it you throw a fit and make people jump. That is rude. Maybe you need to seek God yourself for answers since the ones you are getting aren't what you want. I don't mean to be mean or offend, but I don't think you are being fair.

Oh my goodness yes!!! Every time I'm in worship and raise my hands there's like a burning! And I don't ever get tired of hearing that word it's encouraging and helps me stay focussed

I knew you had experienced that before I asked. I was just making sure before I started off on that. lol...

I experienced that the other day for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!!! But when that happened to me the other day the Holy Ghost was sayin' to me, "FIRE!!! HOLY GHOST FIRE in YOUR HANDS!!!!" WOOOOOOOOO!!!

So my friend...you also have hands that are on FIRE HOLY GHOST FIRE!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!! AMEN!!!!

I have NO idea!!! Let's keep prayin' about it and see if God reveals anything to us at this time. Who knows...He might not want us to know just yet.
