CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have a question about how prophesy works. When someone says tha they would like a word, if possible, do prophets then start to pray for that person so that they can receive revelation? Does the revelation come with visions or do you hear an audible voice?

Apostle Paul said that all can prophesy
!cor 14 3 But one who prophesies strengthens others, encourages them, and comforts them. 4 A person who speaks in tongues is strengthened personally, but one who speaks a word of prophecy strengthens the entire church.
5 I wish you could all speak in tongues, but even more I wish you could all prophesy. For prophecy is greater than speaking in tongues, unless someone interprets what you are saying so that the whole church will be strengthened.
Pray for the people above, and wait for God to give a seed thought and then start typing, and then it starts flowing, but make sure your temple is clean and filled with His Spirit

God says you are the apple of His eye and He is very pleased with your dedication and service unto Him, and He is getting ready to promote you in His kingdom, He says to not be afraid to be a leader, be bold, be strong, for the Lord your God is with you and many will follow your lead. Worry not or be discouraged about anything but trust in Him concerning the things you are facing, and He will make a way out of no way, call the things that are not as though they are, by faith!!

WOW!!! My spirit witnesses to this word. Just today I was praying to the Lord for what I need to be bold for Him. I am so amazed at what He has called me to....and at times feel like...'who I am to be chosen to do this' ??? Its a priviledge to serve our Lord....but it can sometimes seem a daunting task when we are asked to step out of our 'comfort zone'.
Thank you for being obedient to Him and passing on the encouragement He wanted me to 'hear' .

I do speak in tongues... I don't understand it though.

I am more sure now God will move in my behalf on this, as first I was discouraged, and now someone had offered to make this happen by evil magic. I refused of course. The only prayers i want answered are from God. Amen.

God says, is anything to hard for Him, for He is the God of the impossible, only beleive, and trust Him and He will take care of this situation, for surely you are His chosen, and He has not forgotten your love and devotion to Him, take courage and praise and worship Him even in this hard time, endure hardness as a good soldier in His army and He will bring you thru and surely there will be victory and increased blessing in short order, speak to the circumstance to be removed and He will bless your faith!!!

When you're praying in tongues to God in your intimate time with Him,you don't need to interpret, the Holy Spirit is praying the will of God thru you, but when an utterance comes in you in a service, this is the Holy Spirit urging you to speak it out in tongues, after speaking it out, a seed thought of interpratation will come to your mind and as you begin to speak the Lord will talk thru you. In the same way, you can practice here, when someone asks for a word, just look at their picture or their name and ask God for a word for them, and then start praying in the Spirit, when a seed thought comes, start typing and the Holy Spirit will flow
If it is God it will always be building people up in their faith, never bringing them down

Amen sister and I am standing with you for your sons deliverance, Oh God right now in Jesus name we come against everything that is not of God in this young mans life, we bind every work of the enemy in His life, and Lord we trust that you have everything in control in His life and He will be a better person on the other side of this trial and you will use this in his life for ministry down the road , Oh God , we thank you for your protection and your angels around him, we stand on your Word right now he has been trained in your ways, and when he is older he will not depart from them, in Jesus name,amen Give HD peace right now Lord, that you have him in the palm of you hand, and bless her on her birthday
Let us all intercede for HD' son that he will return to the Lord in short order

Thank you, I thought you'd forgotten. God has His hand on my son, he is a miracle just by being born (longer story).

If anyone has a word for me it would be appreciated. Need some confirmation
God says He is flooding your being with His peace, and He says to bask in His glory and presence, and not to worry about a thing, for He is taking care of every situation,and he is moving in your family and says to stand on His Word, that you and your whole house will be saved, and as you trust Him and surrender all to Him, surely He will be with you and yours, and you will have abundant blessings in both the spiritual and the natural for He has many plans for you, and wants you to spend quality time being filled with His power and anointing so you can minister His life and blessing to a dying world, for you are a true blessing to all!!

Thank you, I do appreciate it. I'm trying to learn how to use it but i'm not sure of myself sometimes because not too many people I know speak in tongues for one.
