Desiring to be a Mighty Warrior.

Here you are running towards Abba Daddy
Do you see his loving arms outstretched just for you?
So come like a little child with eyes only for Daddy,
For deep down inside you long for him to embrace you .

And he takes you on his knee wiping your tears away,
He calls you his child and speaks with words of love,
He says your sins are forgiven, Jesus washed your sins away,
And now the Holy Spirit has come to you like a dove.

And he is stripping you of the stuff that gets in the way,
All, the pretence, all the pride and the independence must go,
For behind the façade your heart cries “Daddy I need you each day,”
The truth is you can’t manage in your own strength, any more.

It is only when you come like a little child in perfect submission,
That you can be raised up as a Mighty Warrior of God.
So you come saying “Strip me of self and raise me up in this generation,
Not by my might, nor my power; but Holy Spirit I need you.

For I need you to come empowering me for battle,
For I want to be a warrior equipped for battle,
Abba Father, Daddy total surrender to you is my intent,
That I as your child may as a warrior slay all my giants.”

Oh, but i will ask God for one for u. This is what i was getting:

"The lamp of the LORD searches the spirit of a man ; it searches out his inmost being." Proverbs 20:27

I saw a little cloud, and i was reminded of the story of Elijah and his servant. The cloud was far off, but it came and was a nice sized storm. You may be told to go back and go back, but u will see the cloud. A storm has benefits as well, it brings rain to water the ground, to fill wells, the wind before it can power sails. Be patient, the Lord isnt slow. And a glorious one he is.

Thanks for this Balugon. Could you elaborate on it at all? It feels like it almost but not quite understands. Does this pertain to anything specific? What does the cloud represent?

Jesus fixes us along our lifes journey, He is perfect inside us and thru us if we allow Him to grow in us and live thru us

We overcome by His blood shed for us, and the Word of our testimony(sharing with others)

Revelation 12:10-11

10Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:
"Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Christ.
For the accuser of our brothers(us),
who accuses them before our God day and night,
has been hurled down.
11They(us) overcame him
by the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony;
they did not love their lives so much

The cloud represents the rain of the Holy Spirit

As you spend time in the secret place with Jesus, He will rain His Spirit on you and refresh and fill you with the fruits of His Spirit

When Elijah came he pronounced judgement on Ahab, king of Israel for his
wickedness, he and his wife Jezebel and all Israel were worshipping false gods, particularly Baal(the god of fertility) so God had Elijah prophesy "no rain" and it did not rain for a long time, which resulted in draught in the land, when you have draught, your food and water supplies get thin

When they had the showdown on mt carmel, the true living God of Elijah answered by fire and licked up the sacrifice !Kings 17-18. Then Elijah prayed and the cloud came and rained on the repentant Israelites land

In Romans 12:1 it says we are living sacrifices and to offer our selves to Jesus, and be not conformed to this world but be transformed and renewed by His Word and the rain of His Spirit

The rain softens the ground of our hearts and brings fruitfullness, others see the fruit and they want it

Galations 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature(living sacrifice) with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit

We get the rain by spending time in the secret place with Him

Psalm 91 1 He who dwells in the shelter(secret place) of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. [a]

2 I will say [b] of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust."
3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare
and from the deadly pestilence.

and under his wings you will find refuge;

One of the difficulties Moriah keeps running into in this business being this hidden secret meaning of "allow" which everyone ELSE seems to grasp but which continually eludes it.

It therefore appears to Moriah like a nasty "code word" for "do for yourself in yourself what only Christ can do for you and in you, in order to prove to Him that you really want Him to do it." This ties poor daimonizomai in absolute knots and sends it falling into the Abyss.

It has tried time and time again to clear this up, to get a handle on this, and cannot seem to get past the "code word" thing. Unfortunately this "code word" thing seems to turn Christianity into a "Dumbo's magic feather" trick instead of a life-transforming experience. Which folds in upon itself because if one can already "fly", one does not need the feather in the first place at all. In other words:

If you can will yourself to stop being yourself and stop sinning, in order to prove to Christ that you really bes "sincere" in needing and wanting Him to save you from yourself and your sin, then you don't need saving from sin and you don't need Him: you have already saved yourself by your own "will power".

Yes, some of us happen to be genuine sinners in genuine bondage having genuinely lost control in genuine need of rescue who CANNOT do it all for ourselves as some twisted way of "proviing" to God how desperately we need Him to do it in us and for us and how very much we want Him to, for real and for keeps, not just for two hours of tasting glory then vanish again.

But with these little tricksy code words like "let" and "allow" and "choose" which all get used as euphemisms for the "dumbo's magic feather" version of faith, people effectively doom our kind to the outer darkness, to imprisonment in the Abyss, forever, simply because we don't have the ability within ourselves to save ourselves in order to prove our sincerity about wanting salvation.

I believe the Lord wants you to bury the past, today is a new day with Him. The past is gone and it does not determine your future. Run like a little child into your daddy's arms(Abba Father), nothing is to hard for Him to forgive and he will heal every hurt, wipe away every tear and give you a new found freedom and joy. Forgive yourself. The Lord wants to give you peace and joy. God bless you.

The word of the Lord is alive and powerful. It penetrates below the surface and examines the thoughts and intents of the heart. Others see the outward appearance and base their judgement of you from what they see with their eyes, but the Word of the Lord goes far deeper than that. The Lord sees what is in your heart and searches out the deepest thoughts and motives for the things you say and do. Because the Lord loves you and desires the best for your life, His Word is not harsh and cutting in the same way that the criticisms of people are. These people who merely see the outward appearance can only criticise from that perspective and their criticisms are shallow. Even though they are shallow, they can cut deep enough to cause hurt, and that hurt does not heal easily. But the Word of the Lord is comforting and reassuring. It is like a balm that brings relief. Even when the Word is bringing discipline and correction to you it is wrapped up in the Love of Jesus. The Lord is the loving physician who knows how to operate and to correct anything He does not like in you. His knife is the knife of love, and it causes a strong desire to follow Him. Jesus said, "My sheep know my voice. They follow me because they know me. They will not go after a stranger."

The voice of fleshly criticism is the voice of a stranger and not the Good Shepherd. Therefore do not heed or follow those voices which destroy your confidence and faith in what the Lord is doing in you. It is said that in the multitude of counsellors there is safety; but those counsellors need to be in the Spirit. Let the Lord lead you to faithful shepherds who know how to speak like the Good Shepherd; who know how to build you up and encourage you to have faith and trust in the Lord. These are the shepherds who have your best interests at heart, and are not using you to commend themselves or to give the impression that they are great leaders by trying to control you by put downs and criticisms. Good counsellors will by love serve you and will reflect the strong love that Jesus has for you. If you lack the wisdom to know the difference between the false counsellors and the good ones, the Lord will give you all the wisdom you need as you seek Him for it, and He will not put you down for coming boldly to His throne of grace to ask for it.

Followed a rabbit trail of posts and found this. While Oscarr did not share this for Moriah, it bes going to claim it anyway. Therefore it does not have to listen to anyone or anything that violates it, EVER, because GOD SAYS. And if you don't believesy? Then just ASK DAD!!!
