When I prayed for you, God lead me to Psalm 121. I felt the parts in bold are particularly for you. As it is written, God is in complete control of your life, you do not have to worry about anything. I pray you find comfort in these verses.

1 I lift up my eyes to the hills
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip
he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD watches over you
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The LORD will keep you from all harm
he will watch over your life;
8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.

Lol more of a stresser, but i'm slowly letting that go, with God's help .
To be honest I really just want to be finished with uni and out in the community doing my thing as a social worker. Alas, the state thinks I need a few degrees to do that lol.

Yeah, it's the same here, which presents a real barrier to certain careers. *sigh* I'm sure you'll do great.

To give you an update as I seek the Lord......whenever I fast and pray to seek His face, He always talks to me about more than I have in mind. I am entirely open to Him and want to hear whatever He has to say, so maybe that is why I do hear so easily. He's talking to me more about *now* than the future. Praise His name! I will attend to that which He has says.

I want to thank those of you who prayed and those who pm'd me. I appreciate it.

Hi all, I have a vision that I saw a couple of days I am not sure what it is but i thought I would share with you all to see if anyone has a word on it..

The other day I had my eyes closed and saw this vision.

I saw a mountain and I noticed this long ray of light stretch out toward the foothills of the mountain the light circled around the mountain twice. It felt like dawn was about to break, it didn't break just yet though. I noticed the beautiful purple sky and the green grass as the light hit the ground. The light seemed to be the sun. The way it moved reminded of how a lighthouse light moves onto the sea at night. The light circled the mountain twice, but dawn had not broken yet.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

If I had that dream I would be believing by faith that revival is coming in my area. Pray persistently, believing and the dawn will fully break and any mountains hindering what God wants to do will be dispelled.

Yeah, we chat periodically. She doesn't have internet access at home (oh my, the horror!). Been doing through a rough patch. Laid off from a couple of different jobs. Husband travels a lot with his work. Considering a possible relocation. Got ordained into a ministry through an online site, so can perform weddings, funerals, etc.

I'm sure she would appreciate your prayers.

I don't really know how you want this thread to go, but this what I am about to post, I believe is Prophetical and Revelational and encouraging to His Sheep.

I believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is saying to His Church that He breathed the “Revelation” of His Truth through His anointed men, to be passed down to those who followed them.

His Word is true in all its affirmation and authority. His Word is profitable by His: teaching of the truth; conviction and rebuking by the truth; setting the truth straight; and training us in the knowledge and understanding of the truth.

HE says that that knowledge doesn’t change a person’s life, but to live without any understanding of WHO HE IS and WHAT HE EXPECTS OF US is extremely dangerous.

As we study His Word: we become: capable and proficient, and fully prepared; knowing His Word, and applying it to our daily life.

His Word is our standard for testing everything else that claims to be true. It’s our safeguard against false teaching that deceives the teacher, as well as others; it’s our source of guidance for how we should live; and it’s our purpose.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2Tim. 3:16)

“But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.” (2 Tim. 3:15)

“But those things, which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thought… false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man” (Matt. 15:18-20)

This is what immediately came to mind.

He is the light in the darkness. Mountains represent trouble, or obstacles.

Is there a problem in your life now, a proverbial mountain you would like to remove?

God's Word is light. God's Word brings revelation. Circle the "mountain" with the light of God's Word by speaking it. See Mark 11:23 and Joshua 6.
